We would give them more then 5 stars If I could. We rented for a full 24 hours and the bikes were quality the staff was awesome Debbie was so great to us. We had a situation and were running a little late and they were so accommodating. The service you get is amazing !!!

When you have a grandkids and their friends and need to rent some bikes for the day, there is no better place than here. I was impressed with their very true a d reasonable prices. The staff are all smiles and just want to help you and make sure you are set for your adventure. Way to go and thanks to all of them.

Awesome! best place in new port beach to rent from!!! the owner Debbie is so so nice the prices are great Billy the repair guy is awesome!! my friend fell down and damaged one of the bikes a little bit and they didnt even charge us to fix it I highly recommend you go there if you want to have fun while you are in New Port Beach!and Matt is cool too!!!

This place is half or a third the price of many other bike rental shops and conveniently located on the Balboa peninsula, a block away from the beach bike path. Bikes are only $10 per day. Our family of five wanted bikes for close to a week, and the owner offered us a nice discount below the already low prices.The bikes are a bit old, but were in good condition with optional (free) baskets and bike locks.I was very pleased.

I came here when I was on vacation from Alaska. This place is awesome. excellent staff good prices and the Balboa bike trail is very nice.

This place truly cares about customer service. They go the extra mile to make their customers have a great experience. Will definitely rent from them again.

Misleading advertising stating they are open at 8am, we waited until about 945 and left. Most likely due to winter hours, but winter hours should be posted somewhere. Just a suggestion, fore per your reviews you have great service but if the customer cant get in the door great service is pointless.

My families favorite little weekend adventures always start here, ten dollars a bike, and theres no one more personable then Michael. The hours are great 9-9 everyday you just cant beat the price and service here.
