Peaceful little park with small ponds and several bridges. Has a covered picnic area, great when the lotus is blooming.

Such a nice surprise to find this little garden. I wish it was better maintained but still loved it. It is a small area but very peaceful.

The Palmetto Trail runs right by it. The Mayor hiked the last mile with us and told us alot of the history of Newberry and the future plans for the garden.

I spent my lunch break here today. Its was quiet and peaceful and pleasant. The garden could use a little attention and maintenance. One of the water features is dry and the landscaping is missing the attention to detail that I would have expected to find in a Japanese garden. Even though it isnt in the best of shape the garden is still a pleasant surprise to have found in the middle of Newberry.

Lovely niche across from unsightly business. Worth a short drive. I think the water channels are clogged. Needs some weed eating. Spotted one of the frogs hding in the edge of the water. One of arches over water is loose. Nice landscaping.

Gorgeous and a lot of work has been done. Looking as beautiful as it did when I was a child.

Cute stop off on the outskirts of town. Would like to see it a little more maintained, but still fairly relaxing.

Super cute, but very small. I drove 45 minutes and was hoping for something like a large zen botanical garden.

Prettier place when it had its original red colorings. The orange is tacky to be completely truthful.

Cute little spot out of the main downtown area. I come here quite often for various photo ops or for a quiet place to sit and talk with friends. Sometimes its a bit overgrown, especially during summer, but overall I really like this place.

It probably was very cool 20 years ago. Now its sad, rundown, overgrown. Too bad.
