Little known and hard to find, Schaad Park is a find. Better for bigger kids, there is a wonderful rope-based play structure. Also a slide built into the hill. Be careful, it gets hot and is a very fast slide.But the best part of the park is the hiking trail up the hill and around the property. It’s probably a couple of miles but fairly easy and affords some incredible views of the Chehalem Valley.There’s also a half-court basketball court. The lower part of the trail is paved with wheel chair access.

Fun park with really big slide

Nice, very small playground. Located in the middle of a residential neighborhood. Nice loop trail for walking. Short trail though. Razor back uphill on pavement, then changes to decorative gravel rocks. A lot of it is in an open field.

Great park for the young and old .

Lots of nature to look at, many birds to hear chirping, a great place to take a short hike on a partially paved path, great view, nice playground with a basketball court, huge sandbox with toys, big slide, & fun playground

So much fun here... peaceful when you need to think. Fun when you want to play. Wish it had a better drinking fountain and a better bathroom but awesome rope climb area and big metal slide

Wonderful park! Great for children with an imagination. It was even fun for the adults also. 10/10 for sure. Not to mention the wonderful view.

Nice paths, kinda rugged. I like that.

My photos start as we were going past the golf course on our way to the park. And end with the sunset from the top of the park on another day when taking the dog for a walk.Great trail especially if youre wanting to loose some weight. Its all up hill to start with. Loops all the way up to Corral Creek Rd. Then around and back down. Proud to be part of this family. Go Schaads!

Nice park with walking path, slides, playground and basketball court

A great place for kids. Basketball court, dinosaurs bones, literally a jungle gym,20 foot high slide and twisters. A little warning for the slide though, be ready to catch young children at the end. They can launch off the end.

Huge slide. Want to go if it snows sometime.
