Very nice facility and venue for childrens sporting events.

This is a great gym to host basketball games/tournament. Easy to find.Bathrooms and parking are available .

Love the classes and services they offer. Very affordable local recreation center to go too. They need to improve on customer service at front desk. Theres an older woman there who works the afternoon/evening shift who always seems to have an attitude when you come in. Not very pleasant or friendly. They need to hire better people for the front desk or there going to lose customers.

I went to The Waterfront to book one of the rooms for my sons birthday. When I initially called, I spoke to Wanda who informed me that at the moment she was too busy to speak on the phone but that I was more then welcome to check out the available rooms. I went an hour later and was told she was unavailable but a kind older gentlemen showed me the rooms and answered a few questions to the best of his knowledge, and before leaving handed me a pamphlet with pricing information. A few days later I went back to book the venue and was told Wanda was not in until 12 so I would have to come back later on. I went in today yet again and once again was being helped by a nice lady at the front desk. For every question I had of importance she had to go to the back to ask Wanda, which I was fine with but left me wondering why Wanda just didnt come to the front to speak to me directly. After paying the $100 reservation fee I was about to head out when Im told I would also have to pay the security deposit up front. No where on the pamphlet does it say that, and it was also never mentioned previously before. I showed the pamphlet to the lady helping me who went back to ask and verify. Finally Wanda comes out of hiding and makes an appearance with a very unpleasant attitude. She gave me no reasonable explanation as to why I had to pay anything other then the reservation fee besides because you do. After being told that three times, I just turned to her and asked for my money back. It is a nice and affordable venue but while Wanda is employed there I will never give them a dime of my money. Please get someone else to help customers with booking any of the venues, because Wanda is not helpful at all!

I loved this Mall. Many stores to explore. I will be visiting again.

This place is a safe beautiful environment you can rent space to have parties there and the price is affordable great work out room I highly recommend this place love it

Nice place. I go here for the Circuit-fusion class which is challenging and has a great instructor. Its always clean and the staff is nice and helpful.

GREAT COSTUMER SERVICE GREAT LOCATION

Clean well maintained facility. Membership is approximately $20.00 per month includes instructor led classes. Decent well paved parking lot.The neighborhood is less than desirable. Gangs, drug addicts, hookers mixed with regular folk. Police officer is on duty within the facility.

Wonderful place for all of the community and a great way to keep kids off the street. Not to mention the gym and aerobics classes they have available for adults...

The Waterfront has great FREE classes and programs for the kids. My son loved taking karate here. It took 3 months on the waitlist to get him in but it was worth it.

My Grand takes Karate classes there with Grandmaster Kinsler; Kincaid School of Martial arts. Ms Diane is awesome.

Close to my home I take my grandsons there to play in the water sprinklers doing the summertime when its hot out enjoy watching the sports games there as well!

I currently going there for this summer and it is terrible!! They seem to repeadetly were late for the schedulwa, and there is little to do there besides playing on a Field.
