Help needed! Potential to be a great resource for local artist. The paints and canvases are not kept in proper order. Out of many colors! The brush shelving was created to provide a wonderful assortment. Yet, we are left picking from brushes from poorly labeled shelves etc.Painting supplies are expensive. However they are an investment to those that enjoy painting as a hobby or as a commissioned artist.I will return. As my only other option is Amazon (always has what I need. However, many products have texture and colors on the screen are much different than in hand.I wish this place the best. I want it to succeed. Meanwhile; I am happily accepting recommendations from other local suppliers. No “HobbyLobby” please. As their priorities are overtly focused on political and social ideation. They have fallen into the “us against .....” (take your political, social segments of society.Happy to support small business focused on community customer support.

Was looking for candles, surprisingly this isnt the place for them. Literally had 2 colors to choose from red and white. But they honored military discount so I was happy with that.

Jessica working the register this morning had exceptional customer service skills. Extremely sweet, without hesitation exclaimed she would fix the price of my purchase had it not matched the online price. It was all fine, but the fact that she even assured me was very very sweet of her. Super helpful !

I was not able to find everything that I was shopping for and employees on the floor were extremely scarce (found one even though I had walked around the entire building). The cashier I checked out with was very friendly & helpful. The shelves seemed stocked well. Everything was pretty well organized.

Admittedly, in-store shopping post coronavirus (but not so post) is different, for me at least. The store was tidy and the required precautions are in place. Many of the items I was searching for were out of stock. I guess it will take awhile to get back to normal. The staff was friendly and parking was convenient.

The employees are rude. I love the store however treating customers with respect and courtesy is how any business should be ran.

Store is messy and staff less than friendly. I understand it’s during a time when everyone is stressed but, growling at your customers and refusing to help when looking to set up a Michael’s account does not leave a good taste in the mouth. Also, the framing center hours are different to the store hours. We were told the farmer would be there anytime between “10 and 10:30...maybe”.

Always a great experience shopping at this store! A return customer of over 20 years, and Ive never had a problem. The staff is helpful and knowledgeable, the store is clean, organized, and well-stocked. Prices are unbeatable, and the promotions and sales are beyond noteworthy. Highly recommended :-)

They really had very little Halloween stuff in stock..it was disappointing.

I liked AC More better. To bad they went out of bissness. Honestly all the materials I went for, where overpriced and I found better deals on amazon. 10 colored penciles where like 40$ but on amazon I got 100 good quality pencils for 15$.

This michaels store is great for any kind of art and craft supply requirements you may think of from home decor to craft paints to baking decoration needs all can be found at one place. There poto printing section is also nice and staff are helpful.

The store is huge and had a varied range of paints. I was astound looking at the craft supplies and instantly put everything in my shoping cart. I realised that i was nearing the time of store closure while i was selecting colour in one of the bay. When a lady came to stop me and forced me to leave, in hurry i left an item in the bay. I asked her to allow me pickup just that item, but she stood in front of me shouting top of her voice asking me to leave. I felt as if i was stealing something. It was 4th july, and we had entered the store at 5:30pm when the store closing time was 6. I never knew that the customers are removed out if they are in the store after the store closing time. The staff here has no interest in working, and wants to leave sharp on time after closing. HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF, ILL MANNERED.

Store pickup was not available for an item I was trying to order through the website (website offered a 30% discount). I went to the store anyways to see if it was in stock. It was, so Im not sure why store pickup from the web wasnt available... Anyways, I brought the item up to the cashier who wouldnt honor the 30% internet discount because they cant. Empower your people and honor your discounts!

Super sweet staff who takes their time with customers

Doesnt carry what I was looking for anymore, no decent wreaths or flora bushes.. Sad considering what it was several years back... Went to Hobby Lobby instead and Joannes ... Cashier was sweet tho....

Picked up some items for Fall decorating. This store is always well merchandised and clean. Its not easy to find someone on the sales floor to help you find something or answer a question. Typically the only employees I see are the cashiers. Otherwise its a fun store!

One stop for all your art needs.. this is a very good place to buy all kind of art supplies. I am into painting..i get pretty much everything here. They have 40% off regular price item coupon most of the times, which is very useful. Just one thing, they dont have huge variety of diy wooden things & clay pots (which i saw in other stores, & wish they could have them).

While I found what I was looking for, the store seemed overly packed.

I ordered curbside pickup, then received an email saying my order was ready. When I drove all the way out there, they told me that half my order was out of stock. Very dissapointed, now I have balloon ribbon with no balloons. I wish that order is ready actually meant that your order is ready.

When it comes to arts and crafts this is a great place, for the hard to find items!!! And I also love the fact that if there is a coupon they will normally apply it for you, and help you to save!!!

Great store with excellent selection. The holiday sales are awesome! The staff there are super friendly and when we left a bag of small items that we bought at the register, they ran out to bring it to us.

I have never had a problem here. Wish the had more yarn to choose from. But they do have a bit of everything from craft items, frames,and art supplies .

Love crafts. But they dont carry paint by number anymore. And thats what i went in for.

Now that ACMoore is closing, this is the place to go. Unfortunately the location near Christiana Mall is not convenient for a quick shopping visit.

Its always wonderful to shop here but you have to remember that when you go to Michaels the customer service if not as attentive because theres not that many associates. So if you need help youre kind of on your own unless you go all the way up front to ask for help.

Thou we were just getting idea, he took the time to offer his professional opinion and direction. The place to go for crafting supplies. While some of the items are rather overpriced, you are paying for the convenience of having all the tools and supplies that are needed for any project in one place. In fact, it would be quite difficult to find certain items in any other store. The staff is knowledgeable and helpful and friendly. The location cannot be beat - Christiana Mall and many other stores and attractions are all in the same area.

Most recent experience was good and better than previous. The sales associate was very helpful and I was to finish my project.

Visited this store during a Kid’s event. Everything was not ready and associate asked to come back later. Returned at 2:25 PM and associate stated the event is over. Don’t disappoint your kids to visit this store.
