Really beautiful landscape views of the skyline and the Hudson river, even though there are a lot of people who come here it always feels spacious and not too crowded. There is also a children’s park with swings and all that so it’s very family oriented as well. There are a lot of little art sculptures if you really look around and pay attention it is extremely interesting, the grass and landscaping are very well-kept. I recommend this place it’s wonderful.
Interesting idea to add a pier with activities that are otherwise difficult to find in New York. Has a skateboard park, beach volleyball, and a rather tame mini-golf (think hills and rocks rather than windmills). The playground is good for children training to be mountaineers - lots of climbing equipment (with a few swings). There is also a thin field that feels kind of like a filler or a mistake - too thin for sports, and the fake grass isn’t really comfortable for relaxing. Of course, a more natural area is only a short walk away at Rockefeller Park, so not a great loss.
One of my favorite places in New York City. Pier 25 at Hudson River Park has a lot to offer. It is extremely clean and spacious they have bathrooms 24 seven. It’s a great place to go jogging or exercise. They have things like mini golf and volleyball available seasonally when the weather is nice and they have a skate park there. They sell really good lemonade and snacks as well. Many people walk their dogs here, In fact there is a really great dog park. It’s also just a nice place to sit on a bench and enjoy lunch or contemplate. Really beautiful views, even though there are a lot of people who come here it always feels spacious and not too crowded. There is also a children’s park with swings and all that so it’s very family oriented as well. There are a lot of little art sculptures if you really look around and pay attention it is extremely interesting, the grass and landscaping are very well-kept. I recommend this place it’s wonderful.
My favorite summer spot in nyc, I totally miss normality but I’m glad I can still come and enjoy a couple of drinks. Please come and enjoy before the fall comes.
Went to play mini-golf. Excellent views of the river and the city. Clean, fun.
It’s good an all but they need to increase the parks tho and they can possibly make a ferry stop there
It is in a great spot and has a lot of free stuff to offer. There are many beach volleyball courts and a long turf area. At the end of the Pier there are stairs and chairs that you can relax on and watch the boats go by or watch the sun set over Jersey City. If you are willing to spend money you could play mini golf or go on a ship called The Grand Banks and get some oysters and cocktails. It feels peaceful on the Pier and there are views of the statue of liberty and the freedom tower.
Great spot for pictures, the views are amazing. I like to hang out in this area of the city. Great place if you are visiting the city for the first time as well. And you can get the ferry, its even free and on every 30 minutes.
There is no twenty-year-old boy here named Hudson, so he fails and apologizes.
Lots of fun activities around it! Good time to spend on mini golf.
Fantastic place to spend the day outdoors. Its clean with an array of things to do from Skateboarding, Beach Volleyball, Mini Golf, to lots of childrens outdoor areas (water park, sand box area, rock climbing,) and free fishing on selected days! We caught an American Eel on our 1st try. Theres a restaurant on Pier 25 (havent tried it yet). We spent an amazing day in the city with an out of the city feel!
Hudson River Park is a joint state and city collaboration, but is organized as a New York State public-benefit corporation. Plans for the park were devised in the late 1980s following the cancellation of the Westway plan, which had proposed an interstate highway to replace the deteriorated West Side Elevated Highway. The park was built starting in the 1990s in conjunction with the construction of the surface-level West Side Highway. Work was completed over several stages through the 2010s.Hudson River Park connects many other recreational sites and landmarks. It runs through the Manhattan neighborhoods of Lower Manhattan (including Battery Park City, World Trade Center, and Tribeca), Greenwich Village (including the West Village and Meatpacking District), Chelsea, and Midtown West (which includes Hudson Yards and Hells Kitchen/Clinton). The park connects two other waterfront parks: Riverside Park to the north and The Battery to the south.Bicycle and pedestrian paths, spanning the park north to south, open up the waterfront for recreational use. The park includes tennis and soccer fields, batting cages, childrens playground, dog run, and many other features. The parkland also incorporates several rebuilt North River piers along its length, formerly used for shipping.
The mini golf is so cool, the view is spectacular. Theres a nice park for kids as well as sand volleyball. Overall a nice place to take kids or a laid back date.
As a HUGE fan of Blue Bloods, and specifically Jamie & Eddie, it was fun to head to the mini golf course where the proposal happened (even if we never saw the actual proposal on screen, and only heard about it when they returned). Beautiful views!
Great price for mini-golf in Manhattan with the entire NYC and NJ skyline view. The course was small but enjoyable none the less. Even though it was crowded (I went on a weekend), I did not wait too long at any hole for others to finish.
Had a good time playing mini golf
I had a room near this place and I was coming here to run in the morning because of the weather its not that hot and I really enjoyed it. I hope we do fine and go out as soon as possible.
Great playground and nearby mini golf.
Amazing pier with a lot of amenities! There’s an amazing mini golf course that I enjoyed using—even though I sucked so hard mini golfing. There’s also a volleyball court and a roller skating rink, which I heard were pretty good. The view out to NJ is phenomenal.
Beautiful place to walk and enjoy your family. My boy Jax just wanted to chill by the yahat
I was living near this locations and I was running every day in the morning here. It was a pleasure with all this amazing views. I hope we can do this again very soon after everything goes away.
Really nice place with great views, perfect for a sunny afternoon. Worth a visit.
Peaceful and serene with beautiful views of the Hudson River, great for running, easy access from the westside bike trail, back volleyball, basketball court, skate park, miniature golf, playground for the kids, bathroom facility, and at the end periscopes to see views of New Jersey and the Statue of Liberty.

Beautiful park. Great for jogging around and its connected to the west side high way path so you can jog the whole west side of Manhattan. They also host professional beach volleyball tournaments here every July.
One of the best soccer fields on the planet, these pictures dont even do the pitch justice.Beautiful anytime any day, that being said I believe it closes overnight dont Quote me.
Beautiful park close to the water, very nice to workout and take some sun in the summer.
Definitely a place to check out
The food stands used to be great. i love walking her with my dogs.
Really nice views, relaxing walking park that was kept clean and in good repair.
Convenient location for a game of mini golf.
Very very nice place on the Hudson River...just sit a while and relax...now i know I love New York....
Best place for sunset, skyline pictures of Manhattan!
Best kiddie water park in NYC!!!
The mini golf course was only 7 bucks per person and no wait. It was a beautiful night for a game. The course is a bit easy but it was fun to play. The views of downtown and New Jersey are splendid.
M8 this might be the densest and dirtiest water I hv seen
Tranquil with a few other activities volley ball court mini golf
It is a place that keeps the summer waiting
The bartender Willie was a Joy drinks was different and refreshing... a must see when I come back
Great atmosphere, lots of joggers (makes me want to be more healthy)
This place is worth a visit. Kids and adults can find activities they like. Beach volleyball, miniature golf, soccer field. Or, just enjoy a chat with your friend in a beach.
Lovely place to get away from the crowds. Mini golf can be full but goes at a nice pace. The mini golf course itself is declining as everything does. The fountains are no longer running and it is in need of a good cleaning.
Wonderful place to relax, enjoy river views, read, bike, picnic.
Great spot to spend an evening. Mini golf activity is available for 6 $. Good restaurents and bar available near by.
Love this place ! Especially the mini golf ️
Amazing view and one of the best moments of my life I proposed to the Love of my life..
Inexpensive, great view, not very challenging as a mini golf course and not a ton of features but who cares. Fantastic view. Sometimes gets busy but same goes for every mini golf place.
One of my favorite places to go in the city! Great views of New York and New Jersey and a great spot to catch the sunset on the Hudson!
GREAT PLACE - NO POLICE HERE THOUGH. :(Great spot to read or relax & soak up the sun.Just right to bring your little ones to play.NO SECURITY ! ! ! ! ! !People who smoke marijuana and/or drink have nothing to worry aboutNo police presence is seen.No security guard here to patrol.WHY WOULD I COME TO PLACE THAT HAS NO CONCERN TO TRY TO KEEP THIS AREA S-A-F-E FOR VISITORS.
Its beautiful over there
If you can find the Pier in the morning, it serves as an amazing respite from the noise and madness of the city while being literally in the shadow of said noise and madness. The Pier packs a lot into a such a narrow but relatively long extension into the Hudson River, including an actual sand court for volleyball, mini-golf, and lounge chairs at the end of the pier. But it fills quickly during peak hours and quickly loses its charm.
Loved going there for kayaking in the summer. It’s free but you can also leave donations. The team of volunteers there are amazing, supper friendly l, professional and very helpful. The current there is a bit not smooth specially if there are big boats crossing by. You will def get wet so make sure you have a change of cloth and not to curry your electronics in case. There are safes to leave your valuables, chose or cloth. Very nice view of the skyline of New Jersey but the track for kayaking is limited which was not a problem unless you want longer kayaking.
Great free place to entertain kids for hours. Free fishing. Free kayaking. Sand box. Water games. Rock climbing. (The golfing does cost a minimum fee) There is a lot space to ride bikes and scooters. Stunning relaxing view. Will definitely come back again and again and again.
Pier 25 is a peaceful and clean area. I want to chill and relax and enjoy Pier 25 is a good place to visit. I enjoy the breeze and sound of the water wave. This is one of the best places NYC had. I always come here to release my stress to think and meditate.
Amazing park. Very beautiful place.
Great views and clean.
Great staff. Lots of fun!!
Breezy place to visit on a hot summer day. Great place for ocean views and to watch the sunset. You almost feel like youre not in NYC.
Got the RIB speedboat and it was amazing. 50 miles per hour. One of the best things we did in New York. Had a drink in the floating bar which was also lovely
Nice place to walk and relax. Weve took also the RIB New York High Speed Harbor Tour, wich is starting here.
I love coming here for a volleyball tournament but the tournament got bigger than the location and had to move.
Nice place
Fun place..beach volleyball, mini golf and other cool stuff
Very nice place to just relax and unwind on any given afternoon, weather permitting. There are tours of the city on the water, either on old sail-type boat, big ferries, or fast rubber boats.
Take your children to the park, play golf, kick a ball around, have a skate, play some beach volley ball grab a bite or a drink on the boat. Its a great place to have some fun.
Awesome fun atmosphere, many family orientated activities, gorgeous view of the Hudson River, snack bars & (clean working bathrooms).
A really cool mini golf course. My friends and I loved it
Great for families...the kiddos will love the playground and splash pad. Great for doggos too. And of course the Mini golf is fun is great!
The mini golf here is actually pretty good. Well kept greens. The staff is helpful. And view is worth a million bucks.
Great day out hitting the park with the kids. Would love more water fountains & loo stops!
Great place for some family fun and so.e putt putt. Very friendly staff. Great area
Duck boat tour from here seems like a nice little place to bring Kids Putt-Putt golf enjoy the view there is also a skatepark but the kids there was smoking marijuana
Am amazing place for day out! Great vibe and spectacular view of skyline.
So I play soccer here with a group of people every once and awhile. The field here is great. There is also a sand pit to play volley ball and as with all other piers you can run/walk around it or just enjoy the view. The view of One World and New Jersey are nice from there. In addition, there is a family (KIDS) park at the front of the pier that all can enjoy. Would suggest checking it out if you are in or live near the area.
Very good place. Need some undercovers here for all the people here who smokes everywhere. There are kids here. Still a god place. Perfect for Sunday mornings.
Beautiful views of the strait I like to visit it again
Went mini golfing here and it was absolutely awesome, beautiful atmosphere and incredibly friendly staff!
Easy putt putt course that moves along quickly. Great views. Great time on the water.
Lots of fun things to do. Mini golf was fun
Quality of facilities is mediocre but for $7 you can’t ask for too much! The cheapest mini golf in the area and easy to get to.
An amazing place to stay for a while and watch sun or be active and get your work out done . It is one of the best places where my 2 yrs old son enjoyed atleast 1 day of the trip for there are parks
Beautiful park . Good for all ages.
Nice park for various ages and good views. Relaxing.
Last of Summer. Shooting an ABC TV series here
Beautiful park with lots of greenspace on a hot day. Many activities for kids and teens, including a skate park, playground with water features, fields, running and bike lanes, and a great view of New Jersey
Great spot in NYC to see the fireworks in Jersey city. The crowds are minimal and the view is phenomenal.
