Nice quiet small rv and mobile home community. Clubhouse was just remodeled with more amenities being added

If I could give this place a negative I would. We werent allowed to extend our days weve been here since Thursday because someone complained we had loud music and such going on. We have barely been here and been out most of the days. However my 3 yr old daughter and I get noones by drunk older people and nothing gets done with them. They were riding around on their golf cart yelling being belligerent and mooning people but nothing got done about that. Now myself and my 3 kids have nowhere to go. Dont go here.

This post has nothing to do with the mobile home park. This is about the highway SR44 it is located on. There are no lights on this highway near this mobile home area. 3 drive safely memorial signs all in 100ft of each other. One in particular belongs to my brother. If I could give 0 stars, I would. 3 people getting killed this close together tells you something! YOU NEED MORE LIGHTS AND SPEED LIMIT SIGNS!!! People speed along this road. Should only be 35mph near the mobile home park anyway! We miss my brother very much! He shouldnt be remembered this way. :(

This is a very nice price to rent or buy. All the ppl here are very friendly and its super quiet.

I would suggest that the manager change the recording on his message machine. I called on a Sunday for information on the park for future. The recording gave his personal number and encouraged me to call him for information. So I did..he laughed at me and told me to call back during regular hours to get exact info. I have managed campgrounds,Not good responce. ....

We stay May-Sept for $65 month Electricity is off Then pay for nights used. Excellant deal! Staff is very friendly Has activities and cookouts on holiday weekends Pool is ok I dont use it because I broke out in a rash Not sure why Tried a few different years same thing When rainy the roads get muddy The bathroom is by the pool which is why it gets dirty a lot No shower head just a pipe They have excellant hand dip ice creamHidden gem is finding a lovely peaceful lake after hiking in the back of the property Ocean is 4 miles away Lots of restaurants and stores
