Rents are too high lot rents that is and there is no management to speak of only thing going for it is a great location

Definitely a good place to settle down, lovely community and some very nice houses, not what youd expect from a mobile home! I aint living there yet, but I probably wont in the future cause Florida finna be flooded. But if it wasnt, I just might.

Senior living mobile home park. Clean neat. Does not have a lift for the pool. To help senior get out of pool. Does not offer maintenance for your yard. So this can be a problem, finding someone, to mow. Also they do not fix your cement pad next to your mobile. Even though you rent the property and cannot take it with you. There are some real issue to think about before moving in.

Very upset with the way this place is managed. Yes you target me next but there is fair housing authority on my side. You cannot dictate a vendor to perform work in order to not evicte a person You cannot

Loved the area. People were friendly, the manager was very knowledgeable and not pushy.

Love living here. Everyone is friendly and helpful. Manager is great, if I have a problem he always is there to listen to my concerns. If he is not in the office, he always calls you back. The community is wonderful. Just wish that they could take care of driveways that needs to be fixed. We dont own the property and I am on a fixed income and cannot afford to pay someone to do it.

Beautiful living facilities the place is very well kept have an opportunity to visit a friend there and I was impressed this is not your typical trailer park atmosphere these people are friends their neighbors and they take care of their surroundings which is greatly appreciated and I wish them nothing but the best

We stayed here for a month in February. The campground is beautiful, clean and quiet but still offers lots of activities to enjoy. We loved all the trees and shade.

Its been there since I was a kid but its getting new and better homes in it, the community is close and dont speed because they will stop you and tell you how they feel ( not that I do, but Ive seen it). Theres a pool and a nice clubhouse, its located close to shopping and has a convenience store in walking distance ( or biking) the one down side is the entrance exit is on Pioneer Trail and sometimes can be complicated for inexperienced or passive drivers.

My dad lives here and after spending 3 weeks helping him, I can tell you there is a huge lack of community, very little in the way of organized activities and its lonely -- not a whole lot of people, even when all the snowbirds arrive back.

I have a friend who lives here. He likes it very much. The park is clean and neat,no junk sitting around. The lot rent is NOT cheap but they offer a lot for your money. They have a pool,clubhouse wifi and so on. A very nice, older park.
