Very nice park with trees and relatively substantial space between homesOn the lake with many acres of common areas. Boat access for fishing. Magnificent sunsets. Lots of birds and other native wildlife.Not your average mobile home community. A real feeling that everyone is looking out for each others best interests.Very well maintained.

The lake is good but they will close the gate at 8 without waiting for ppl to get out. There is no response when you call their emergency contact. We had to leave the car in the park and catch Uber that day. Returned the next day and picked the car up.This incident happened a week ago and the emegency contact person has still not called me back.

Had flat tire right now front of their entrance, very helpful people came to my side and made sure I was ok
