Great place to relax and take a walk. Good sight for bird watching. I havent seen them every time, but I have seen up to 9 gators at one time here.

Beautiful watching the birds come in to roost. Lol, a local said flamingos are found here but they are to roseate spoonbills which are also pink.

Love going here for a quick trip to see the alligators and birds.

Great place to see birds and alligators. Spoonbills, egrets, herons, anhingas nest on islands in the middle of a small lake. Birds are easy to see (binoculars help) and the roseate spoonbills were stunning. Its an easy half an hour walk around the lake however need to be aware of the alligators.

Many pink spoon bills were in migration. Dont be surprised, it really is a big pond in a field. Its nice to know that some one was so giving to let people enjoy their private property to observe these beauties. Bonus, we saw the sign for Rip Van Winkle Gardens and went back for tour.

If you want to see herons, egrets and rosette spoonbills, you will get your fix here. Be very careful if you visit at sunrise....I stepped on a small alligator right after crossing the little bridge.
