Last evening I had the opportunity to see a marvelous film at the Jewish Film Festival which had its opening night at the NBPAC. The facility is beautiful and a far cry from what was there before. The seating in the theater was not to my liking. The seats were narrow but that was okay, the problem is no knee room whatsoever. This reminded me of some of the old Broadway theaters that had not updated their seats. Midway through the film I had to stand by my seat as my knee was aching. I looked around the room and saw numerous others doing the same thing. What a huge disappointment and I personally will not return to this venue.
Beautiful space, will be back for another show for sure!
Home to two world class organizations, Crossroads and George Street Playhouse.
