The worst slumlords you could ever imagine. They wont fix anything nor replace what you repair because they are to money hungry

I had to visit this place to pick up a family member visiting a friend. I did not know how horrible the dirt road was that I had to drive down to get to the address. Its flooded out in places and theres no way to tell how deep the flooded areas are. Huge pot holes that are impossible to avoid. I dont see how anyone with a car lives there.

The dirt road you HAVE to drive on is atrocious! Some of the water holes are deep enough to flood your car if you have to drive through the middle of them. Something needs to be done! It is a health hazard should anyone living back there have to call an ambulance! FIX THE ROAD!

They have some run down trailers they need to get rid of and the road leading to the place is the worst dirt road ever. Has been like this for over 15 yrs. Dont recommend unless you are desperate.

Last resort for a place to live... used to be fairly decent but the driveway is torn up bad....really bad.

I used to live here when i was 7. Since then it got bad on drugs and violence....

You will not like it here rats and mold in trailers and they dont fix broke things in trailer

Run down with horrible washed out dirt roads.

Havent had any problems myself there. It doesnt have a good reputation but its ok if you mind your business.
