These people perpetuate the negative American stereotypes associated with mobile home paks. Some can be very nice but this one...not so mu.Ch! LOUD mariachi music all night long often, LOUD dirt bike racing up and down the street at all hours, screaming people... its definitely NOT my favorite place.

Its not that I disliked it, it just seemed to have a lot of trash in almost every yard whoever they pay to keep the lawn maintenance needs to do a little better! Seemingly mostly minoritys that live there I am sure they are working more than they are home. Other than the trash all over the trailer park it looked well kept other than the trash.

The road into this place has been absolutely horrible for more than 10 years. They dont do anything to fix it. If they would spend a little money and they could just make it a simple rock road this way it isnt like going 4wheel driving. Some empty, burnt trailers and the ones people live in a garbage.

Its ok..... The owner should make the people renting the mobile homes keep their yard clean.... it should be mandatory that they keep it clean & trash free... other than the yards bring nasty its pretty nice.... there are A LOT of children around there playing

NOT a place that youd want to live, or to visit, or that youd want to allow your children to live in, or visit. In fact, its not somewhere that youd want ANYONE that you know, that you care about, or that you love to visit, or live in. YES. Its that bad. Frequent police calls. Drugs and alcohol. Domestic violence. It IS the stereotypical mobile home/ trailer park. If there were a way to rate it lower than one star thats what Id give it, but since there is not Ill have to settle for the one star and being able to write down exactly why Ive rated it as such; hoping that people actually take the time to read the reviews on this place before actually giving over their hard-earned money for a deposit on a rental home here.

Trust me, if I could give NEGATIVE ratings, THIS MH PARK would be on the TOP of that list. What originally began as a tranquil MHP just outside of New Berns official City limits has turned into A DUMP. Its filled with debris, mobile homes in need of extensive repair, vehicles that are broken down, up on blocks, or otherwise inoperable. The drug culture is pervasive in this park. Ive been told that if youre looking for it you can find it in this MHP. To be honest, when my husband and I were first considering moving in together, way back in 2000, we heard of a 3 bedroom mobile home for rent in this park, so we called the office & set an appointment to go have a look see. I remembered this place from when it was first begun, back in the mid eighties, so I agreed to take a look at a rental mobile home there. Had I realized the condition that the management and owners had allowed the place to fall in to I wouldve put the kabosh on anything within its boundaries, poste haste. My then boyfriend & I turned into one end of the place and my initial impression of my surroundings was that it was NOWHERE I wanted to live, even if it meant I could live with him & even if I hadnt had two children from my first marriage. You could not have PAID me to take up residence there. Im no bigot when it comes to housing. Ive lived all over Craven County. In the Sunnyside area, in the Ghent area, even almost directly across the street from this MHP. Ill live anywhere IF it seems to be a SAFE and CLEAN area in which to live. This place was NOT. In short we turned in one end of the place, I saw it & we drove straight through and out the other end. I called the office and left a message explaining wed driven through, but due to the evident lack of maintenance and care of the grounds, we would NOT be interested in setting up residence with them.So, this isnt a place that Id recommend to ANYONE for any reason. Especially families with children. Of any age.
