Nice playground for the kids. BMX track and a large area w access to the water! My boys love playing here and walking down to the water to throw rocks!

It was a clean and a relaxed family spot. Will be taking my boys back. I only put 4 bc would have liked a couple more benches but all and all we had a great time.

People that visit there need to learn to pick up their trash! Other than the rubbish, the place is beautiful

I took my kids there on Memorial Day for second time, we were there before when trash was not such an issue, I thought maybe it was just a bad luck. It was totally trashed on Memorial Day 2020 with both shore and the water full of random litter. Not gonna come back, I felt uneasy about safety (could there be broken glass in the water?) and cleanliness. It’s an urban scene.

Easy place to get in the water with a Kayak. There are a lot of speed/motor boats. Some of them drive like idiots which can make some of the experience a little unsettling.

My favorite hidden gem! I hike around the lake at least 3 times a week. One of my favorite spots in Nashville!

Watched the full moon rise. Also there is an incredible mt bike trail here.

Great view. Plenty of space to have fun and socially distance. Very clean.

Nice place but no dock. Nothing to get out of your boat and hold it other than the bank that is nothing but rock. Over all fairly easy to put in and out at. Saw some trash but nothing extreme. Alot of paddlers and kayakers. Had a blast the first time there!

Nice shore. Enough space spread out for shore fishing and letting the dog swim without bothering others.

Wonderful place for recreational activities. Loads of things to do if you are a bit adventurous. Kayaking, paddle boarding, swimming, mountain biking, hiking and barbecue time with family. Would definitely recommend to anyone who is outdoorsy.

Its very calm and relaxing there and there is a lot to do.

Great place for paddle board, and kayaking, you can rent paddle board in this place. Or bring your own stuff. It is really nice place to be with family and take a swim and bring you floatables.

Pretty good trail system with lots of technical sections. Which is why its probably my least favorite place to ride in middle TN. But, if you like the technical rock gardens and rocky climbs youll enjoy this place. Oh, and it does have pretty good flow.

Theres a small playground for the kids, walking trails, BMX bicycle racetrack course, restrooms showers & area to get in the lake & play in the water if you desire & decent parking available. Try it out & you dont enjoy it you dont have to go back.keep it simple

This is a very nice place to take your family and enjoy a free day its a very enjoyable place very quiet in the bathrooms are kept very clean

Music City BMX is one of the best and fun race tracksI have ever competed at. Anyone who races bmx should get out and find this track.

Lovely spot to just sit and read. Paddle Boarders put in here. A few had dogs off leash to enjoy the water so avoid if that is an issue for you. Great spot for yoga if you do that, lots of area.

Really a beautiful quiet place to walk...

I really liked the area, every time Ive been its been very quite, not alot of people or children. Its always clean too.

No door for the toilets and no hand soap. Not generally taken care of.
