A nice, clean movie theater. Went to see Tenet during COVID-19 pandemic and was satisfied with cleaning and social distancing. Popcorn was good and seats were comfortable.

Very comfortable, clean with recliner leather sits cinema. In great location inside Green Hills mall where lot is restaurants around and things to do after watching a movie.

This is a good theater. I was very impressed by the sound of this place. I could feel it through my seat and the screen was huge. The seats were recliners and comfortable.

Good movies, great recliner seating, good sound, clean theaters and bathrooms, easy access, parking, good concessions (cost is crazy, but...) and staff is friendly! I wont go to any other in the area. If I forgot anything, it was good too! Today we saw 1917. Deserves Academy Awards, but not not Best Picture...

They really turned Green Hills Cinema around. It used to be economy class, jam packed seating and for what? The theaters were usually fairly empty. Now theyve upgraded all the seating, food, drink options and made it a real treat to go back to theaters to watch a movie. I really enjoyed my time.

Fancy theatre for us. We enjoyed the escalator and the reclining seats. Sounds and picture were great as well. We watched Pilgrims Progress... which was so good! Definitely a step up from our local theatre.

Forty minutes of commercials. The reclining seats just arent that big of a deal, and with the addition of the slightly curved screen, there are only a small number of good seats (only those in the middle). That plus the fact that the head rest is tilts my head forward uncomfortably no matter how much I recline or not will send me back to a standard theater with normal seats.

I was bitten multiple times (2-16-2020) by bed bugs in a downstairs theater. First on the left. Second row from the bottom. Second seat from the far side. The bites are very painful, raised, red center with a water blister. They bite in lines and clusters, I have both starting above my sock and stopping at my belt line. The Dr. Says it will take 2-3 weeks to heal. I have no doubt about what this is and where it happened. I found the bites the next morning. I have 1 line and 3 more clusters of bites that Im not showing pictures of but you get the idea from these 2 spots.

First appearance this theater appears a bit worn...carpet, concessions, restroom...is it worn and not so clean or is just dated colors and decor...cpuldnt say. Tends to rather empty.However, it is a first run theater and when you get in the actual viewing area its very up-to-date with good sound system, wide aisles,, and fabulous reclining seats.,

It was pretty nice. Its one of the theatres with reserved seating and reclining chairs which is pretty nice. The also got HFR movies which is fantastic. The only problem is with all this great stuff, all the lines are so long that by the time you get your snacks the movie will be over.

Nice theater. They have reclining seats! Prices for concessions are outrageous though! I got a drink and ONE box of candy for $10! That is ridiculous! Its probably the same way for most theaters nowadays though.

Was surprised by this theater. Theres construction going on, so you have a little bit of a walk from the parking lot. However, I really enjoy the layout. You guy tickets on the first floor, which is above ground level. The escalator takes you to the large part of their theaters, and theres concessions on both floors.

The theater is nice. Comfortable seating. On the negative side, the box office is not open and the concessions down stairs is closed. There is ample free garage parking next to the theater.

Would have been 5 Stars without 40min of commercials and $5 candies seriously 40min after the time the movie was supposed to start! Theaters wonder wonder why people would rather stay home.

I came here last Thursday night with my cousin to see The Addams Family in 3D. Ive never had an experience like it at any theater before. First my 3D glasses were so dirty I couldnt see out of them, and I had to get a new pair. Not a huge deal, but that was only the beginning of the mess. The movie started, and the picture was extremely fuzzy, and it was not in 3D. We had the glasses on, but the only difference that made was that the picture was a little darker. My cousin went to find someone who worked there, and they got the manager. She told my cousin she would take care of it. We continued watching the movie. (Kind of. It was hard to look at, and I started getting a headache). The movie was half over, and the picture still wasnt fixed. My cousin went to find the manager again, who FINALLY fixed the picture...and then left the light in the projector room on. Really we only got to see half the movie for a full 3D movie price. The entire experience sucked.

I paid $55 to see Rambo last blood, popcorn and all.. and enjoyed every single bit of it! Seriously, cant beat the movie experience at this place. The seats are awesome! Leather and they recline! The theater was awesome! The screen is the best Ive seen, although Ive never been to an IMAX theater, but this theater is pretty darn good! Enjoy your movie!

Coming to watch 1917 but movie doesn’t play. Didn’t explain why and said this is what it is.The guest service only has one staff, long line has to be waited to get refund.Very very bad experience

Parking garage and elevators give you easy access to the theatre. Reserved seating. Quite simply a relaxing and comfortable experience in a great location. Add lots of restaurants next door including Emmy Squared make the experience superior in every way.

The manager Alex was amazing. When we went to the wrong theater, he comped us four tickets to see the show the following night. He turned a bad situation into a plus for Regal. Will definitely be back when were back in town

Solid four. The facilities were nice and seats comfortable. The theater was a little small but it was made up for by the recliners. The only point of point loss was the smaller food areas and consequent lines.

I love that they have completely updated every theater room to recliner chair seating. This is my preferred Nashville theater because of that. I have had quite a few negative experiences with the staff but I think that’s to be expected in a corporate environment. They keep the place pretty clean and maintained. The concessions line takes 20+ minutes during peak hours even with three registers open so plan ahead or you will be late to your movie. I think this is the best theater option (besides the Belcourt) in Nashville.

Not a first come first serve type. Would need to buy tickets ahead of time and pick out the seats. Other than that, good place to hang with friends and family in those ginormous and comfortable seats

Staff is always nice and helpful. Seats are of the reclining type which is a delight, screens are quality. Snacks, drinks and beers are ridiculously overpriced but thats pretty standard.

This theater is one of two of the only theaters I will go to in the middle Tennessee area. They have a nice selection of drinks and snacks and they typically get every movie that I want to see unlike other theaters.

This theater was revamped a few years back and now all seats recline. The food selection is more than typical movie fair - hot dogs, Mexican fare, etc. They also have a bar for adult drinks. Seats fully recline and the aisles are wide enough that you are not tripping over others to get to your seat.

Reservation system works great, the seats were amazing, so comfortable with assisted recliner when you press the blue lighted button on the side. The room was clean even though the theatre was full. I recommend anyone to visit this place, close to anything and the Green Hills Mall is just right there.Great experience, worth it for the money.

Terrible service at the bar. We stood there for 25 minutes before anyone acknowledged our presence. We usually go see our movies here but Im afraid the service has become awful and the prices too high to justify continuing to frequent this theater

Had to go to the concession stand to purchase the tickets for Frozenll, rang up and prepared popcorn and drinks before checking on tickets. Was sold out, ended up having to purchase tickets to Spies in the Sky..problems with being the last 4 tickets on the front row of the movie little girls didnt want to see. Wasted over $56 dollars for nothing. Improvements needed.

Love the location of this theater and though it’s not as big as 100 oaks, they always have an excellent selection of movies.

Enjoyed...accidentally got tickets in front row. Could not sit up and see screen. Luckily this theater offers easy back chair seats. Next time opt to move further back between commercials and movie if no one is sitting in handicap companion seats.

The prices were good, the concession positions staffed, and a happy group of employees. Our only issue was that the down escalator was not working, but there was an elevator to reach the first floor of the theater.

This is the first time I have been here since their renovation. The recliners were very comfortable. There was just something missing that made me give it a 4. I cant put my finger on it, but the timeshare group that had a table set up may have something to do with it.

If you go during a busy time come 20 minutes early because there are never, ever, more than 3 registers open to buy concessions. As a matter of fact there is a maze rope set up for the line to it.12.21.2017 - love the leather recliners but it doea not make up for only 1 or maaaaybe 2 comcession cashiers and more than 50% of the time somehow being put of hpt dogs (the easiest and fastest possible thing to make). Out of the last 10 visits thia year you have been out 6 times. I went today at 5, I was told I should have been there at 3. Seriously? What is the problem? Either automate concessions or close shop - peopme are going to other theaters instead, me included, now!

We went to this theater once and had a lovely time. It was clean, lines moved quickly, and the employees were friendly. We ended up having to sit in the front row of the theater and the seats were comfy and placed further back so we didn’t end up with a stiff neck at the end. We would definitely go here again!

Do not waste your money on the popcorn. No butter or salt however many times you ask. Tasted like cardboard.

Parking is not good if you drive a full size suv or pup. Spaces in view of the theatre are tiny. If you know about the parking garage hiding next to it they are much larger, but height limits what level you may be able to access.

Theyve really spruced up this already nice local go to threatre. Reclining leather seats make movie going a dream. Their concession choices have been expanded and almost made my head spin. Def a couch patatos dream

Bottom concession stand was closed. When we entered the theater it was very dark (no lights) and we used our phone light to find our seats. Then there was no sound on the trailers until the movie started..

The kitchen wasnt open on a Saturday afternoon, they sold me a hot dog that wasnt even ready yet, didnt tell me at the time, and made me come back in 15 mins when it MIGHT be done, the theater is so spread out. Its absurd, it was just an overall unenjoyable experience amd probably wont be back. Their disorganization and lack of good customer service was horrible. Go to Opry Mills instead. Youll have a much better experience

My favorite movie theater in Nashville. Nice recliner seats. BRIGHT projector bulbs. Clean on the inside. Really unique with main entrance down a nice alley-like area and majority of theaters downstairs underground.

Nice settings 2 floors. Bar with TV. Escalators that goes down to the 1st floor. Lots of parking. And good restaurants near by, such as cheesecake factory, carrabbas. And green hills mall

Nice theatre with big comfy chairs. Tends to sell-out films rather quickly, however. It is still my preferred theatre for films aside from The Belcourt. Parking is absolutely insane. Remember to definitely allow yourself a bit of extra time to park. The car par structure that is slightly behind this theatre is somewhat useful. Just park with caution. Enjoy the show!

The showing of our movie was cancelled 5 mins after the start time. According Alex the GM, the person responsible for putting the film reel on didnt do it and it takes an hour to put the film on. This is a *movie theatre.* How inept does a theatre have to be to not even **try** to have a movie ready?

I am a fan of this theater. My mother and I attend on a regular basis however, recently we received poor treatment by one of the managers who blatantly disrespected us due to an employees error. Luckily, an employee by the name of Chase or Josh made this awful night great. Thank you, sir! We will be back because of you. My advice to Green Hills Staff take better care of your African-American customers. Do not treat them like garbage.

I came to watch Avengers Infinity Wars with someone. Great bar with some pretty good house drinks on the main level. We were trying to kill time before the movie so we had a drink or two. On the Lower level, there’s a few games to play. We were told it’s an arcade, but were slightly disappointed when we got there, as it was TWO games A shooting game and a motorcycle racing game. The entire building is self is very clean. The movie theatre was also well managed. New recliners, extremely comfortable. Nice width. Electronic control to it. But i was so comfortable i fell asleep

I like the cinema just dont like the fact its assigned seats like were kids it cause a lot of confusion to me the food & drinks was great.....

This is my favorite theatre to go to as they have some of the comfiest recliner seats. Makes the movie experience so much more comfortable. Pricey, but what theaters with recliners arent? You can also shop around or eat before or after your movie, so you never have to worry about getting there too early or not having options for things to do afterwards.

No. I will drove across town to go to a different theater next time. Four kids and two adults and the cashier said that front row seats all together were only seats available. Little did we know that there were seats everywhere, just not together. She never offered that. It was packed (went to a matinee on 3-9-17) and only two people working concessions, so we were late to movie. The restrooms were so gross.

This is a movie house that will run movies that are excellent films, but not necessarily box office smashes. They show the hits, too, but we movie lovers appreciate the variety.

The comfy recliners are my favorite part. The food they sell is not bad. I come out happy after every visit.

Love this movie theater. The automatic recliner seats arw amazing. And the full bar although STUPID expensive. I believe its a 24% extra tax on drinks. Its now an integral part of my movie going experience. Especially when seeing potentially horrible films. This movie theater seems like Its always undergoing some type of construction. The escalators seem like they are always out of order. But I still love this theater.

This theater has improved. Concessions are better with more options. Can get refill on large popcorn. Seating is comfortable. Restrooms are cleaner. Staff is helpful and friendly. Kudos to the management. I used to avoid this theater for years but had two recent good experiences. One of two sites in Nashville for Encore Theater productions from London, filmed ballets and other special productions. Park on fourth floor of garage to walk directly into theaters.

Now with updated recliner leather seats, excellent movie theater. A full bar also available for those who want to drink before or after a film. Lots of good dining options nearby.

My wife and I see movies here regularly and love it. The seats are comfortable but love you get your food downstairs and use escalators upstairs to movies. Its. large place also has a convenient parking garage at the mall to use which is nice when it rains

This was nuts. My wife and I went to this theater to see Hereditary and since we bought tickets online we went straight for the concessions. You won’t believe this. No peanut m&m’s anywhere. Guy behind the counter said “we are out of them.” So I ordered another variety of candy and wanted to wash it down with a bottled water. Two in fact, because the wife wanted water too. No freakin water. No 20oz and no liters. We settled for a coke. Service was less than good. Mediocre at best. We saw 3 movies at this theater, 3 days in a row and on the second day they still had trouble with stock.

I purchased two seats online and only one was an actual seat. I would rate this theater with 1 star.
