Must visit place if you are in Naples or Bonita springs. Crystal clear water and sun with super white sand. Can spend whole day. Make sure you go early to get proper parking as it gets full soon and very busy during long weekends and holiday. Plan it well.

This is a beautiful state park beach with sugar white sand (that clings to everything!) Part of the park is good for swimming and the far end of the beach is good for fishing, where an inlet attracts all kinds of shore birds such as heron, ibis and pelican. The entire beach is great for walking, looking at shells and gorgeous blue/green waves. There are clean facilities to change or use the bathroom. Along the road to the beach youre likely to see gopher turtles. Parking is reasonable for a day of beauty and fun.

One of our favorite spots. Parking is $6. Plenty of shoreline, grills, and trees if you want shade. Only complaint is that whole the Beach is mostly nice and sandy, there are some places with so many shells you need sandals as you enter the water. After 5 yards though its perfect

I love this park. There is a friendly guard to take your admission fee, five large parking areas, clean restrooms at #4 (I believe it was), some driftwood great as a photo backdrop or just to explore and inspect, picnic tables and charcoal grills (bring your own utensils), and access to Wiggins Pass where the water really moves during tidal changes. No life guards but there are sheriffs on ATV. So plan on some good clean fun or to just relax and enjoy the pelicans, herons, osprey and the occasional dolphin.

Amazing trip! There is payment for parking but so worth it. I think I paid 4$. There were rinse off stations and restrooms. It’s a beautiful beach, quiet and secluded. You almost feel like your at a private beach. Grills and picnic table areas are also available!

This is my favorite beach in this area. It is well kept, clean, kid friendly and well staffed and patrolled. There are clean bathrooms, showers, changing areas. It has a good food vendor that also sells the things you forgot like sunscreen, hats and etc. Chairs, loungers and umbrellas are available to rent. You may fish from the beach in designated areas and I was never asked to produce a fishing license (though I had one) which can sometimes be a hassle if its a repetitive request.

Wonderful beach to go to. It has everything you need in the park: water, fun, restrooms, showers, a bit of food to buy, etc. Plenty of seashells to find (including some that may be small conch & are nice to display). Weve even been approached by dolphins during previous visits when we were hanging out on the sandbar.Even when the beach is pretty full, it doesnt feel like it, as everyone has plenty of space. As seen in the later pictures, this time was a tiny bit frustrating as a group of 20 somethings decided to sit right directly in between us and the water, even though there were MANY other spots open to them. They saw it wasnt a nice thing to do, mentioned that it probably made us mad, but they didnt care.Them being between us and the water made it a bit harder to watch our little ones as they were in the water, but one or both of us were in the water with them most of the time.Clearly people can sit wherever theyd like, but if there are plenty of water front spots to sit, generally its not very nice to sit in between someone else and the water.Eh... ultimately, it happens and wasnt a huge deal... not everyone is going to follow social constructs the way they should... hopefully they will learn someday.Bottom line, even with an occasional challenge or two, its still one of the best beaches to go in southern Florida, and well be back time and time again!

This is a great place to go just have to pay the $6 or pay the annual fee to access all state parks in Florida. It fills up fast on premium days so get there early. What I like about it is the parking area are close to the beach accesses so you really are not walking along way no matter what of the five parking areas you park in. There are facilities and you can even order snacks and theyll deliver it to you at the beach access.

Great place to take your family for a beach day. They have bath houses to rinse off when you leave. Several park style grills are available under Australian pine trees. They also have a boat ramp that you can launch your boat or kayak from. They do have a small food vendor, sorry not much info on this. I think its $8 a car. Have fun!

The Park is a tropical paradise. The beach is pristine and the trees that line it up offer some welcome natural shade in the mornings. The nature is spectacular and we saw dolphins, manatees, turtles, raccoons, and countless species of birds. It does tend to get crowded and noisy at the weekends so plan wisely if that bothers you.Entrance is $6 for a car (up to 8 passengers).

My favorite beach in the North Naples/Bonita Springs area. Just as nice as Barefoot Beach but with tremendously less hassle. 5 nice-sized parking lots, all with direct beach access and their own bathrooms and rinse stations- this means no long walks to get to the sand, even when parking is congested during the busy season. Additionally, because it is a state park there are numerous grilling stations all along the board walk so its a lovely place to just camp out for the day with friends and family. Parking is cheap, only a few dollars, or, you can purchase a FL State Park Passport, which will jot only get you into this beach for free all year but almost every other FL park as well!

Beautiful beach but the facilities are awful. There is caution tape on the railing around the restrooms, all walkways are made of splintering wood, and the concession area smelled like urine. Needs some serious maintenance. Surprising considering there is a sheriff tower and employees all around; expected better upkeep for sure. The splintering of the wood on all walkways is dangerous.

Beautiful state park in west florida, the place is just gorgeous. The water, much like Vanderbilt beach is nice and warm at about 85°F regularly its mostly shallow for about the first 100 yards deepest it goes is around ~5 feet. There are some very convenient tables with seats about 20 meters from the beach where there is also a grill located. There are showers aswell available for when you are going to leave the park. Everything is well taken care of great job by the park rangers on keeping the park clean. Overall great visit would come again!

Reasonable price to get in. The sand is what you want at a beach its so much better than anything on the east coast of Florida it reminds me so much of Long island sand. It doesnt get overly crowded because theres very spread out parking and theres not a whole ton of it so it keeps the beach in a pretty good capacity. Theres food and restrooms and showers for you to clean yourself off so thats really nice and dont get me started on the water it is so nice that is when theres not a red algae
