Definitely I have to come back with my children, very clean, organized, comfortable, big balcony, excellent views, the best location 2 minutes from the beautiful beach and the 5th avenue.

Had a blast in Naples! Staff was friendly and helpful. Very clean, safe and well kept. Plenty of things to do in the area.

The place was absolutely amazing! It was 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, full kitchen, living room and dining table. There was everything that you needed in the kitchen. Also a washer and dryer! The view amazing. Beach is about a 20 minute walk--nice walk and view too! Didnt use the pool, bikes or the club house but they were there if needed. Isaiah was a great help! Had some trouble with the door and keycard. Thought that the red light was a locked sign but its the opposite here. Very clean and would stay again!

It was our anniversary weekend during Covid 19 and the staff help make our stay wonderful. Loved the 2 bedroom suite with kitchen and living room and long large screened balconey with water views.

First vaction with diamond resorts. Have to say club charter in naples is a beautiful clean place. Welcome Home Like they say. Love the home feel compared to the hotel feel.

The condo was absolutely amazing. Had everything you needed for the kitchen. Every room was well stocked. Great patio seating. Great home away from home!

My family loved it. Very comfortable unit with 2 rooms and 2 bathroom, very clean and nice pool and Jacuzzi. It have a great view and is only 10 blocks to get to the Pier. Friendly staff.We enjoyed it very much and will return very soon.

We were given a room which had an EXISTING roof leak (Room 10A) It rained all weekend and water started coming in through the EXISTING leak which was confirmed by the maintenance person. The water was coming into the light fixtures in the kitchen, rendering the kitchen useless, not to mention a safety hazard. I was moved into room 7c which had a very low bed on wheels (a cot) and was extremely uncomfortable. I have been requesting a refund to no avail and was told that acts of God are not covered. I dont consider it an act of God, but an act of NEGLIGENCE on their part. No follow up, no interaction, nothing from them until I called for a FOURTH Time. Needless to say, Im very disappointed with the service and hospitality from management. I am in the process of filing a complaint with the building code department so that no one has to experience this.

Our favorite place to get away! Beautiful view of the bay, in walking distance of beach, restaurants, wonderful parks, shopping etc. The staff is the best!

We have wanted to stay by the bay in our town for some time, and got the chance to do so the week before Labor Day.We enjoyed being at the pool overlooking the ships on the bay each day.The resort is so quiet and the atmosphere calming.The units are spotless and while needing updating, paint wise, and bathrooms, the 25 feet plus porches are a real treat.

Nice, secluded are to stay and relax; however, its a hike to walk to the beach.

We had a wonderful time at Charter Club Naples Bay. The staff is very friendly. The units are large, CLEAN and well-stocked.

Accomodations are amazing! In suite laundry, screened balcony, comfy beds! Having checked In after hurricane Irma wasnt quite sure what to expect. The grounds were beautifully maintained and the staff was exceptional beautiful property.

Ok for adults but not the best place for families with children. The rooms are clean and spacious. The pool is very small. The front office closes at 6PM.

We have stayed here several times. Good location with parking. Large roomy apartment and lanai. Disappointed there was neither a mid week clean (unlike previous stays) provided nor bathroom cleaning materials/disinfectant.

Super relaxed setting if youre looking to get away from the hustle and bustle of Naples. this resort does not have an elevator, and we had to walk up to the 3rd floor within our stay. It was an easy way to burn off some calories from Kilwins Ice cream shop! Dolphin tour is adjacent to the resort, Minutes away from everything! Very relaxing time here at the resort we slept very very well here! live music on certain days till around 8pm and trivia nights as well. definitely will stay here again!

My family and I had an amazing time there. The resort had everything. They had bikes, beach chairs, fishing equipment, and they had a nice grill you can use with barbecue utensils. The front desk agents Isaiah was amazing. Especially Marvin(front desk supervisor)he went above and beyond for us. He was courterous, well mannered, and very helpful. I also cannot forget the maintenance guy who came to fixed our AC ..he was also very nice, and helpful. The rooms were spotless clean, new mattress, clean kitchen, clean bed sheets. I just loved everything about that resort. It is old, but its renovated. The lawn was well maintained, the view was gorgeous. The location was so perfect, everything was so close by. We are definitely coming back.

Very quite get away. Just relaxed by the pool and dinners at night.The rooms were clean. The check in was easy, staff very friendly and the bartender Laura was chatty and pleasant.

Property was great! Great location to downtown and beaches. The pool area with bar is superb! The front desk attendants are very nice and provide a seamless experience. We checked in early, and while our room wasnt ready, we were provided with great service, allowed to hang out by the pool, and our bags were delivered to our suite when the room was ready. Front desk staff was super helpful as well. They have everything you need - you can borrow beach chairs, umbrellas, flotation toys, bikes, etc. all as part of the resort feed. Would definitely recommend and return!

Well kept resort with a family feel to the place. Apartment clean and well appointed. Reception staff were really helpful. If you have two cars in your group then one needs to be parked on the main road as its one car per apartment.

Great location. Nice rooms

Large suites, two bedrooms both with en suites. Lots of room for a family or two couples. Close to 5th Ave shops and restaurants. Walk to beach, downtown, Tin City. Close to the airport which is hood in one way but can be noisy. Tiki Bar on site next to pool has a menu, drinks and a nice place to watch the boats and the sunset.

Absolutely love this small resort, great for families, awesome location, close to beaches and shopping.

Spectacular property. Beautifullly maintained, check in was quick, the gentleman at the desk was great, condo was very large with more than enotroom to spread out. Full kitchen made it even better. The porch was so relaxing. Centrally located to all of downtown Naples, shopping and beaches. We will define back.

You will feel at home

I loved the rooms. A lot of space. What I didn’t like was that they had no elevator. My mom has had many surgeries in her feet and she had to go up and down 3 floors.

Perfect place, relax

Excellent resort property, very well maintained and sparkling clean. Close, at walking distance, to the center of Naples and to the beach (Naples Pier), Big 2-bedroom apartments, fully equipped with 3 TVs, fully air-conditioned, washer/dryer, dishwasher, refrigerator. stove, etc. Nice big balconies with view of the bay and fully protected by mosquito nets and equipped with ceiling fans!

Condo was nice - living areas were particularly spacious and nice. Double length balcony overlooking the boat club. Lots of space for a family of 4. Only issues were that the front door didnt quite reach the floor so we had visits from a small lizard and there are no staff on site after 6pm. It would have been nice to have some security overnight.

Visited a year ago. Loved our week. Looking forward to spending another week in November!

Laid back, clean and beautiful. All around spectacular.

Looked at a bunch of properties for a “waterview” location. Such beautiful pictures on their website. Location appeared to be a timeshare property, while the unit was large the view of a parking lot, and boat ramp was terrible! So much for those pretty website pictures. Oh, and the location in directly blow the flight path for the local airport. First and last visit.

I visited Charter Club to see the property. All rooms were full so I wasnt able to see them. I went to the tiki bar by the pool for a few drinks. The view of the bay is beautiful. The bartender was very friendly and generous with the drinks. The pool is somewhat small but there were lots of lounges and chairs available.

The view of the water from my unit, able to watch the boats pass by. Interior of the unit is next to perfection in cleanliness and decor. Close to great seafood restaurants and interesting shops.

Charter Club exceeded my expectations. Dont be put off by dated look of rooms in photos, everything is in great order and the condos are very spacious - the location far outweighs any old fashioned decor. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Free use of bikes a big plus.Only minor issue would be the size of the pool - not too much of a problem when there arent many people but can get crowded at weekends.In summary - would definitely stay there again, good value, brilliant location. Oh, people with mobility problems would need a ground floor property as there is no elevator/lift.

A classic beach spot....

Not new but exceptionally maintained. Small complex but spacious units in an ideal location to walk to downtown Naples and the pier. A small dock on Naples Bay is located right at the property for water excursions. Boathouse restaurant right around the corner had great food. Loved our stay here. Sorry to leave. Much more to explore after only two full days.

Very nice accommodations. Beautifully setting. Great staff. Lots of things to do. The resort provides bicycles, fishing equipment, beach chairs, board games, and have on site bbq grills. If your older or have back problems make sure you ask for help with your bags. There are no elevators.

Great resort, centrally located. 5 minute ride to beach or a 20 minute walk. Right at the entrance of downtown Naples and mere minutes from the pier and the family 3rd street South district. Accommodations were very nice, good amenities (bikes, kayaks, outdoor kitchens, pool, tub, fishing dock and gear, tiki bar, hot tub, playground and plenty of room for kids to run around). I would stay again and again! Great restaurants nearby.

Charter Club Reort of Naples Bay is a great place to stay for a relaxing beach vacation. Located on the water, the resort offers beautiful views, a pool and spa, bicycle rentals, and more. The two bedroom two bath units are spacious and comfortable.

A home from home. Large, airy apartments. We were on the to floor in building 5. Lovely view over the little park and water. Completely fell in love with Naples. We will be back.

It was really nice to have a full kitchen while on vacation. The location was close to the beach and hot spots such as 5th and 3rd. There are many restaurants within walking distance. The bay view was very nice to have. Property is next to a public boat launch and park making it a little busy at times but being boaters we enjoyed going down to the dock and watching boats coming and going. The area is a bit noisy with nearby construction and planes approaching and leaving Naples airport. Overall the Charter Club is a very nice place to stay with its convenient location and being very well maintained.

So bad personnel and manners - they canceled on our nationallity basis leaving a family with two young kids stranded. Lawyer to follow.

Great location, great staff, and central to good eating and shopping. These are two bedroom units, spacious enough for 4 adults and a couple of children. Clean.

I went with my family and because we were hispanics they treated us bad. The rooms were not the same as shown as the picture. Pool small and The staff are the worst. I don’t recommend this hotel to nobody .

Walk to downtown, marina or beach. If you have a unit on the upper floors, you will have a great view of the bay. Nice floor plan with comfortable beds. Three TVs! This is an older property recently updated. We had a lot of trouble with the toilets but maintenance took care of us.

Location of this excellent timeshare exchange is phenomenal!! Very clean rooms, and excellent service. Within walking distance of restaurants and quaint shops. We are here for a week and this is our second day. We are experiencing internet issues but is being resolved as we speak. Fast, friendly service. Will be back, as Arnold would say.

The rooms are great and its location is close to downtown with plenty of restaurants and entertainment spots. The first time I used one of the towels after showering, though, I found a few hairs that werent mine which I found somewhat disturbing. Their pool is pretty small and unfortunatelt closes at dusk, but the location is nicely tailored to older adults.
