Lovely place! Rooms are clean and well kept, however, the AC thermostat dont go below 73, so rooms temps can get quite warm. The on-site restaurant is amazing! Great quality, tasty and attention from staff. We will definitely come back again soon!

We’re very happy with this hotel. It has a great location in Naples. Right on the beach, pools, jacuzzi, bars and restaurants with a nice view, live music. Very beautiful sunset view. Relaxing atmosphere and excellent service.

I am speechless on how great this place is. Not overly fancy, just the perfect beach stay with every single amenity. The BIGGEST shout out to Gary who works there and went out of his way to make this the best weekend. Told us all about the history of the place, and gave us great customer service all around. The man deserves a raise, and this place should stay for good.

This hotel is so beautiful and the staff are truly amazing. I had my wedding here this weekend and everything came out beautifully, thanks to our amazing wedding coordinator Jessica. She was with us through it all!! She is a great support and really sweet. We are so happy that we choose this resort to have our dream wedding. The rooms are huge and very clean. The service is great!! Highly recommended this resort to everyone.

Overall the place is good starting with the location, proximity to the beach and gulf course. The service upon arrival with Christopher offering and outstanding service in the valet area was delightful. He and Mr. Denis delivered a welcoming arrival experience. The hotel also has a crystal clear swimming pool with spotless bathrooms and surrounding areas. There are some areas for improvement such as the upkeep of the place( furniture seems outdated ) and the rooms even though they are perfectly cleaned and maintained are in need of an upgrade. The price for the place at 300++ a night doesnt really reflect whats being currently offered. I must insist that every single team player was very polite and professional at all times and they should be celebrated for their great job.

This hotel has been a part of my life for the last Decade. My wife and I even chose to get married on the lawn. The pina coladas are incredible, and the staff is so helpful. During our last stay we left my sons baby blanket, and the staff got it back to us before he even knew it was missing. We enjoy each and every stay and cannot wait to see what the next chapter brings.

The room was worn out; the shower head was old, the paint, the walls, etc. I thought it was going to look better since it was a resort. The outside facade needs work too. Some of the staff were rude too. I don’t think I would stay here again. I definitely like Ft. Myers better.

Golfed but got rained out early on. The pro gave us a voucher for only 9 not 18 and said it was good for one year. I tried to book a tee time and was told the rate was double. I explained that I tried to play earlier but they were closed due to COVID19 and that they would honor the voucher later in the year. Today I tried to make a tee time and was told that the rate would now be double. I asked to speak to the pro and he told me the rate was $255.00 per round, per person and that was his policy with no consideration for COVID19 and what I was told earlier in the year. I have been lied to and cheated. I would never go to this place again EVER! The course is not worth $255.00 per round. They would not honor the voucher as promised. Very nasty people. What a rip off! DO NOT GO THERE! THEY LIED TO US THREE DIFFERENT TIMES. I AM SO MAD!!! WHAT A WASTE OF MONEY!!! THEY ARE RUDE, NASTY AND LIERS!!! WHAT A WONDERFUL GROUP OF PEOPLE...SO CARING AND HONEST...YA RIGHT... NO CONSIDERATION FOR COVID19, NO COMPASSION, NO CONSIDERATION. WHY SHOULD THEY, THEY ALREADY GOT OUR MONEY AND WE GOT NO SERVICES. RIP OFF!!!

I was here for a conference and stayed there for 4 days. Such a beautiful place by the seashore and they have a restaurant which serves very good food. Very friendly staff who are waiting for your call to serve you, be it anything at anytime. Would definitely come here again for vacation.

Location location location is the best reason to stay here. A bit pricey for a quite small room with a bit of a dingy bathroom, but less than 20 feet from the beach. Dinner at the restaurant at sunset and the brunch at the golf club were worth the price too. Love that they have an adults only pool. 4 star rating bc it is super pricey for what you get.

Very expensive. Very nice. Staff was what you would expect at this level (but dont always get!). Room was a ocean front superior (room 410). Loved the shutters vs drapes. Really annoying that the pool closes at dusk (Im on vacation, really? I cant relax in/around the pool at 7pm??), they should address that. A pretty major drawback IMO that the front desk says that they get very regular complaints about it. Everything costs more than expected (we do stay at other hotels in this same area) -- 6.00 bottle of water in the room, coffee service was out of reach price wise (I dont remember but it was high enough that we only used it once).I have no issue with the room price, it is the small charges that pick you to death that adds up in my opinion.

This place have very small rooms and charge $400 FOR ONE SINGLE NIGHIT ONLY FOR GOLF VIEW you have to pay for seat umbrellas and even for water . the beach is very good but you can go whiteout pay anything and go to a better hotel near.

Pretty good. The pool and beach area were nice. Not much to do at night though. Clean and spacious rooms.

Im only reviewing the bar. The bar in the back is pretty difficult to get to from the street. It is valet only and is a good 10 minute walk back through the hotel. Once there, youre greeted with a beautiful bar area with a ton of beach front bar space that couldnt be 100ft from the water. The sunset is a magical thing to watch to watch, and the people really come out for it. The menu is boring and contains overpriced beer and cocktails, with watered down frozen drinks. Just amazing for a special night out, but if you want this to be a regular spot you better pack your wallet.

We were here to attend a wedding. The views were absolutely gorgeous and the staff was very nice. However, for the amount you are charged for your room I feel like there shouldnt be obvious water damage on the dresser and doors throughout the room. The rooms also need a few updates the complimentary soaps and lotion were very nice. The food was not good. It was presented beautifully but the flavor was not up to par. Also, the buns were stale and none of the food that was supposed to hot was even warm. The appetizers that were served during cocktail hour were great. Disappointed but we enjoyed our stay.

Very very disappointed. This used to be an awsome place to come and stay. I havent been here in a few years and it is so run down. Although the hotel was not remotely busy only PGA golf professionals and families here for a tournament and they couldnt even place us in decent rooms. Ours overlooked smelly dumpsters. The shower had no presure and the toilet wouldnt flush. So so upset with these conditions. The only positive was that the beach staff were very accommodating and friendly. Ill probably stay at a beach resort up the road the next time.

Rumor has it they are tearing it down to rebuild and the deferred maintenance is really starting to show. Staff was nice and we had an enjoyable time but the rate was wrong, other people were charging to our room, bathroom door wouldnt close from water damage.... Just kind of overpriced for what it is.... We could have stayed at a much nicer place for the same $$ and not had a view that included a rooftop.

Too cold and windy to be outside but the staff was very accomodating. The crab cake starter was delicious, the bone in rib eye had good flavor. Mashed potatoes were cold. My husband had the scallops entree. No taste of coconut even though it was described as coconut scallops. We shared an almond cake dessert with pistachio and berries that was nice. It was an okay evening but at fine dining prices I expected more.

Wow! This place has stunning views and a great staff! I truly enjoyed my time here. The perfect setting to get rid of the day to day monotony. I feel refreshed and energized, ready to bring more peace into my life.

Attempted to rent a room for the night and have local family members over to the pool area. We called ahead but upon arrival the hotel wouldn’t allow everyone, seems pretty crazy when each person is willing to put money back into the hotel industry during these crazy times.

We visited here a couple of times first times with family that was visiting from overseas, the second time is where My significant other proposed to me! It’s a great place to sit by the beach have a drink watch the sunset and receive a wonderful marriage proposal!

First time in Florida for me and I could not have picked a better place to stay.. We took a suite on the beach and it was spectacular... will also say that the staff were all exceptional.. Jeffery Deane at the front desk is the first member of the team we met and it just got better.. we will be back!!!

I LOVE having lunch here! You dont have to stay at the hotel to enjoy their beach ammeneties. Have your car in the valet, give them a nice tip, and enjoy the afternoon on one of the most amazing beaches naples has to offer. Their oceanside bar serves the most delicious food and drinks, I didnt even care about the higher priced items. I had not one, but two Miami vices and the grouper fish tacos. Every single morsel was scrumptious! This is definitely a must do for the day. Just make sure you bring your own towels and beach chair otherwise you will be renting them.

The Sunday night dance parties are great (5:30 - 8:30pm?) Awesome beach with sunset views over the gulf, the bands are always awesome! Its sad that this place will be torn down, so best go before its gone this year (2020).

Sunsets at Naples Golf Hotel and Beach Club are hard to compete with having seating for any and a covered area for all! Free parking or valet your car.. Either way Naples Beach Hotel and Golf Club Hotel welcomes all! SUNDAY FUNDAYS are made here with live bands and plenty of room for everyone

My friends and I really liked the Hotel. It was nice and clean. It has a nice pianist at the lobby. The beach is steps away. The beds and pillows are extremely comfortable.

Sunday night is the night see and be seen at the Naples Beach Hotel & Golf Club. They have live music, and plenty of people ready to dance. Always a fun time from 5:30pm - 8:30pm

Great location with a hopping sunset happy hour. You may encounter a huge crowd like I did, but I had no problem getting drinks and food presto by exhibiting a happy attitude! Ordinary bar food and the beach side grill, which is too bad, because people might stick around a little longer if they had something else to do besides watch sunset.

I agree great location on the beach, great golf, food dining, but the room I was offered for 400$ plus a night was just bad. It was lower level, very dark, not even enough light fixtures to help with poor lightning, shower room especially shower head is just bad. They should update the shower head at least, it’s fairly inexpensive taking into account price of hotel. Or well, it’s Naples, expect to be pricey, but for my family will look for different place to stay next time. The room was just bad, nothing good to say. Noisy, poor lightning, just horrible shower head. This review is not to be critical but to reflect my actual stay in feb 2020

Did not stay at the Hotel. I called to make a general inquiry during COVID reopening and the person that answered the phone was not super enthusiastic about my call or my questions, in general. She sounded very annoyed. I ended the call and lost any desire to travel to the hotel or read any further about anyone esles experience visiting the property. what a shame!

This was a fabulous hotel. I enjoyed my stay from start to finish. The very best thing about this place is its location. It’s right on the beach. The beach area is so beautiful and relaxing. The hotel does charge for use of the chairs and umbrellas, even if you are staying with them. The big pool was pretty and there is a very small adult pool as well. We stayed in the Watkins building which was newer. Our room was clean and well decorated. I loved the balcony with the small table and chairs. We had a view of the ocean and courtyard.The food at the hotel is overpriced and not great but convenient.The resort is quite large and there are a lot of people working there. Employees were kind and helpful, especially those working on the beach. Luckily, we visited Naples during the week days and loved how we nearly had the place to ourselves.Our one complaint would be about the spa. My mom and I made appointments for manicures and pedicures, but the woman never showed for our appointment. We sat and waited for a half hour and ended up leaving because she was not there. The ladies at the spa desk were apologetic but didn’t do much to find out what happened. We were pretty disappointed.Other than that the Naples Beach Hotel was great! I would definitely come back.

This place is a slice of heaven. The staff is amazing and the views are beautiful. The food is delicious as well. Definitely recommend it!

Not a fan. Stayed here for a conference (off season!) and was frequently disappointed. The rooms feel old in the tower and need a facelift. The a/c vent dripped on the floor and the room always smelled musty. Internet is extra, food is overpriced and parking is extra. I felt nickel and dimed for what I got, especially as a local. Can’t beat the sunset view though!

The Cancer Alliance of Naples invited us to a great weekend at the Naples Beach Hotel & Golf Club for their cancer retreat. The staff was very helpful and the food and drinks were great. The pool is right beside the Gulf and the views are amazing. We loved it!

Its a great resort with nice accomodations, starbucks coffee and beachfront, what else you need !

Most restaurants in the beach you go for the view. And the food is mediocre. I would recommend this place for the food. And yea. It has an awesome view also.
