The kids love this place. There are a lot of games, good store to buy stuff, u can make a Birthday party there.... so if u decide to go there is definitely a good place for the kids to enjoy. What I don’t like the is the line to buy points for machines and pizza or drink is huge and one one girl was working at the cashier.

Not too busy, they have social distancing rules in place. Could use a few more hand sanitizer stations but overall okay

My 4-year-old grandson had been amazingly good recently, so Grandma said Chuck E. Cheeses would be a good reward. I told a coworker about the plan to go there, and she said Oh boy, what did YOU do? I knew what she was thinking - the last time I was there, several years before, I vowed never to return because the food was SO BAD. We figured wed just take one for the team, since its our grandson, but when we sat down to eat, we were amazingly surprised! The pizza was HOT, crispy, and delicious, and got us fired up to go play the games! And the games are modern now (no more tokens, its points on a card!), in good working order, and a wide variety to keep you entertained (but Grandma doesnt need variety, shes a Skeeball fanatic!). Also, a nice salad bar (maybe next time) and a good security program to keep the kids safe - a HUGE turnaround, and now we want to go back! (but go to the website and get the coupons first!)

Clean, fresh, no more band but live Chuck visits during the very well orchestrated and organized childrens parties. Bracelets for game tokens, earning tickets. I could stick to my meal plan with the under $10 salad bar (unlimited visits) and water cup. Great to socialize with everyone, too. Bring your own cake, kids and adults also enjoyed the pizza with stuffed crust.

Kids love it, parents not so much. They all pretty much the same but what this place needs is one of those overhead playgrounds. Some games are faulty and some are really cool. It’s mostly clean except the restroom, you don’t want to go in there. Pizza is life and theirs is delicious, the salad is a must and the drinks are all working fine. The prices as always are absolute garbage, the cool toys are a trillion tickets and most kids just get the bottom toys. Service is friendly and courteous. The coins are gone, now machines use a refillable proximity card in order to play games, and it’s great. Will come back next year.

Very clean and friendly environment with polite staff..

Was there on Saturday around 11 am . Not crowded at all .The place was clean. Now for the bad. Soft drinks tasted bad maybe dirty filters . Pepsi came out black in color had to throw it away . Got lemonade but it had same dirty flavor but drinkable. Went back for more and lemonade was now plain water with bad taste..Waited 45 minutes for our 2 pizzas and sandwich. Sandwich came with about 10 small french fries. For $ 9.00. When food came out it was all cold what a waste of money. .Next question is how can you even think it is ok to not have backup of dipping dots.Awful experience try a different Chuckie cheese.

This has to be the cleanest location I have ever been to. My kids love coming here of course. I cant say anything about the food because I have never gotten myself to actually try it. I just dont know how I feel about eating here. But the games and employees are great.

Celebrated my sons 2nd birthday at Chuck E Cheeses. Had the Mega Superstar package that provided 2 hours of unlimited games. The kids had a lot of fun. The stuffed crust pizzas were surprisingly good!

I had a phone stolen from me and the employee saw my phone with another person and said that they cant stop a person from walking out the door. So lets get this straight someone steals merchandise from you you are the first to call the police but the costumers dont matter thats messed up I will never return

This C.E.C. was EXTREMELY CLEAN. It was early on a weekday, but everything was clean and orderly. The staff was polite and friendly. The pizza was fresh and hot when it was brought out to us and the drink station was spotless. We will definitely be returning to this location rather than the other we have visited before.

The best Chuck E. Cheese Ive been at yet. Employees are very helpful. Very clean & orderly. Only con it is pretty small compared to others. But I still prefer this location & will be coming back

This was actually more fun than expected. We celebrated our daughters birthday here. This was perfect for the winter months. The kids were able to run around, play games, have cake and Chuck made a special appearance. The party was well organized and executed by the staff and our host was great. The manager was very accommodating to our late changes.

It had been 2 years since I had been to a Chuck e Cheese and we were impressed...the friendliness and all the game updates is pretty cool...you took it out of the ballpark with the unlimited time game promos....

Went for the first time to this location and it was good. Good food & staff. Im giving it 4 stars though because it has too many coin machines and not a lot of variety of games. Besides that everything was clean and my kid had fun.

My toddler loves this place. Pizza is pretty good in my opinion. The time cards are the best thing to get.A great place for kids and safety feature of having each child stamped with their parent is smart! That way no one can leave with your child.

My son loves this place!!! We do the 60 min gameplay and he enjoys every min of it while being satisfied amongst leaving which is no problem for me definitely will continue going.. I do think hand stamps should be viewed vigorously to assure children arent being taken.. never had a problem but very nervous of leaving him alone to play.

Always a fun family day trip.They needs to have a better training on how to ensure small kids do not get trampled when Chuck E. Cheese visits with extra tickets.

Recently went for a kids birthday party. Staff was wonderful! Decent amount of games great accommodations with air hockey table and basketball for the little ones. Only downside was a handful of the machines didnt dispense the tickets we earned( 3-4 of the machines).

The boys and I loved being able to buy a play pass for 60 full minutes at $20.....and that is for all games, even the heavy point producing games. My two boys racked up almost 3000 points in an hour and only half their time was spent playing bigger point jackpot games. Simpsons soccer game was a favorite for my 5 year old and both boys loved the Batman driving game. Point tip: If youre good at timing Speed Demon pays out nicely.

One of the better locations for this chain. Large variety of games with a clean environment. Toys available for the tickets are a bust with a horrid conversion ratio. Overall a good time

Where a kid can be a kid! And I can relax because I can watch them from every seat!I love how the seating allows you to see the entire place! Very cheap outing! Fun fun fun.Great that they have the card system now instead of tokens. I recommend getting the wristband to attach the card because you know how easy it is for them to sit the card somewhere or misplace it.The ticket output on the games are very little though. Hard to get the “good” prizes.

I enjoyed this place with my daughter being that there was more then just video games. They have a small area for kids to play around and have some fun.

For a chucky cheese, this location is actually larger than any others I know of. Current game selection, decent salad bar, plenty of room for the kids to fan out and have fun. Children are not permitted to leave without passing through the security booth to ensure theyre with the same people they arrived with.

Awesome pizza place to eat

Clean, with a friendly atmosphere. Staff is friendly and customer service oriented. Good environment for younger kids. Games are excellent for kids up to maybe seven or eight years old. Pizza was surprisingly good for this type of restaurant.

Less games And a lot less tickets you earn for the same price

The employees have always been helpful and sweet. The place is always clean and I am constantly seeing a worker cleaning. I do plan on coming back. All the games work when I have been here, the couple of times.

Chuck E. Cheese, gaming for children. As much as these places always strike me as gambling training for children, my kids always have a blast going.Like all of the surviving members of these places, its a bit grungie, but you have to measure that against the fact that its for little kids and includes food.We never eat the food, do I cant comment on that, but the games all worked with one exception. If you are a professional advantage gamer, if recommend the dog pound as of July 2019 revision. The ticket to time ratio was unreal when I was there.Every time Ive gone I used a Groupon and got half price Unlimited Play for a time period which seems like the best deal.Overall, a good place and enjoyable. Security is a UV fluorescent stamp so nobody steals your kids. The staff was really good about it too, very careful. The people there when Ive gone have always been decent, no rudeness from anyone.

Perfect for toddlers, service is pretty good for such a busy place. We had my daughters 3rd bday party for 30 people. Ordering beer is more complicated than it should be (you need an ID for each beer ordered). But pizza and wings are pretty good! Kids all had a blast.

Had a good time...a great time here hanging out with my boys. Wasnt a lot of people in there when we went(Thursday evening), so they were able to play the games that appealed to them. Staff was nice and friendly. The only thing I wasnt happy with was the order of hot wings I ordered. They werent fully done, very soggy. So you if you order the wings just let them know you want them well done. Other than that the kids were able to play, win tickets, and get a prize.

Great facility with loads of fun for kids of all ages. Reserved birthday parties are super fun and they assign someone to your party to help keep you on schedule. Also, they now serve adult beverages for those parents wanting to have a beer with the pizza.

Chuck e cheese provided a really marvelous time for my family. Though I did realize that there were quite a bit of broken arcades but other than that it was great. I definitely recommend it!

My little one loved this place. I was surprised how clean it was. Spotless even with kids everywhere. kind of bummed the robots are gone and replaced with a screen. Pizza was good and kept my 2.5 year old busy for a couple of hours.

I visit this location multiple times a year with my nephews. This location is almost always busy!! The staff is moderately friendly and helpful, they just never appear to be happy to be there. The tokens work off of a game card now which is super awesome. Their pizza is always fresh and tasty and their unlimited salad bar is always fresh.

The pizza was very bland, as were the fries and the appetizer. For a 1 topping pizza extra large, 5 tiny drinks, and an appetizer consisting of fries, wings, breadsticks was about $58. Little Caesars is way better for pizza. The games however for a 3 year old were fun. Some of the machines were broken and ate credits off my card. But meh. I also did not see the rat every 30 minutes like the sign said. The staff however was very polite and patient for our 3 year old niece. I just wish the food tasted better. I would eat elsewhere and then play games at Chuck E Cheese.

Relatively clean! We’ve been here on our own and for a few birthday parties and my kids (obviously) love it. And, surprisingly their pizza was ok too! I expected something gross but it wasn’t bad!

Very friendly and helpful staff. However the place was dirty, the parmesan cheese and red pepper shakers were freaking disgusting. I wont go back.

I prefer the way this chuckecheese is set up and wit the tv view possible for everyone to watch even if its not their bday party. My kid misses the animatronics, as this one doesnt have them. Its always pretty busy when we go. Sometimes customer service is good and sometimes bad, also wish it was bigger sense its always extra crowded. We really like the baby/toddler area, thats helped us so much! Also its gotten a few new games, keeping things exciting :)

Naper West Plaza location/Rt. 59 We went here to Celebrate Our grandsons 4th Bday. No Party planned, family just went ordered 4-Lg pizzas, Sampler Platter, Upgraded 5 kids drinks to cups, purchased $40 Worth of points plus cards & coil bracelets...While kids ate & Played after-We Ordered a Bday Cake, Mgr asked When would we like it brought to us, We said 1/2an hour he said Perfect!. Kids continued Playing, we kept an eye on time, business picked up so we didnt worry, his Mom went to see about it, was told itd be brought now.. Okay we waited & waited decided SERIOUSLY?!?? Rounded up the kids & Canceled/Asked for Refund, to be told Oh sure, No problem,handed us Refund & stepped up to a New Cust & Apologized to (THEM) for the wait WOW!! REALLY!!! I have Always Hated this Location,Prefer Batavia but I was Out voted due to Xtreme Rain & Closer Location... NEVER EVER EVER EVER AGAIN!!!!! POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE & MGMT IS A JOKE(MGR was whom Helped us)....**DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION**

Ive celebrated my daughters 4th birthday party at chuck E Cheeses before they changed the coins for the swiping cards and she and her friends had a blast. Prices for a birthday party are very reasonable but on a Saturday it can be a bit crowded. Surprisingly, their pizza is good and I love their pizza crust.The last time I went there they were not accepting groupons! There is a male manager which is very nice and costumer oriented. I wish I remembered his name! My daughters and my mom always have a good time at Chuck E Cheeses.

My grandson got 1547 tickets, allowing him to get the Foam Ball Pop Gun he wanted. He barely stopped running around playing games. Hes almost 5 years old and had a great time.
