He mentioned that he was slow and asked if we would help fill a game as there was a family waiting for additional players. He waived all game costs and ensured us that our bowling lane would still be reserved when we got back. Good experiences for me so far

We only bowled here. Has an amazing time with family and friends. The arcade area it awesome!!! The food is very good.We saw a few birthday parties going on as well. I love how they have the kids names spelled out in the lighted letters!Some aspects of this place is a tiny bit outdated. Like the bowling part. The Ramps that assist the smaller kids in rolling their ball are a little old and not as fun looking as Main Event. Also the part where you add your name to the games is a bit dated as well.

I used to come here a lot when I was younger for brunswick zone. Its pretty much the same format, but the decor has changed to a more modern form. Less arcade games as well. Its really nice! The drinks arent too strong, it took some time for some of our food to come, and the lane kept freezing during our bowling game, but we still enjoyed our time there. The food is great! The employees are very friendly! The place is cleanly and follow 6ft social distancing and work well despite corona. Overall, we had a great time celebrating my family members bday party

Manager on duty for a Sunday afternoon couldn’t be less accommodating. She put my family in Lane 1 next to another family in Lane 2 not wearing face masks. I asked to be moved to a Lane without others in such close proximity. The manager claimed all other Lanes were offline/broken. I immediately called her out on her obvious lie, which she stood by. This location has well over 30 lanes. She essentially said only 3 of the 30 lanes were functioning. Normally you have to accept your Lane assignment as given. However the location was virtually empty and this manager simply refused to put safety of the public over her laziness to accommodate a very reasonable request. I’ll be contacting Bowlero Corporate to discuss this matter further.

As far as Bowling places go this is one of the best I have been to. It has the typical flashy and loud atmosphere that can sometime be overwhelming, yet the staff was very friendly and the food was also good. The arcade also had something for everyone, get with only Limited options for little kids/ toddlers. get its a great place to have a birthday party for an elementary school aged kid.

Very expensive without a Groupon. You are required to purchase food and drink cards $20 per person. So for 3 people $196.00 to reserve a lane during their prime times. That is insane to pay close to $200 for 2 hours to bowl for 3 people with mandatory purchase of food and drink gift card.... with Groupon $40 bucks for 4 people is the way to go. But the service is slow took an hour to get appetizers.

Service and bowling experience was great. Their wings were delicious and the pizza was above average. The guy that took care of us was hilarious, upbeat and friendly. We went there for a department outing so everything was taken care of by our company. I am unaware of the prices but we all had a great time!

They rip people off, when you come to check in they tell you that they charge only per game $8, but when you get your final bill they charge also $8 per person every game you play + shoes rental etc.Inside everything looks outdated, nasty restroom. Very disappointed. I will never be back or recommend to my friends.

Why is this place so expensive? Would not have gone if I knew. BUT, its not a bad place to go if you dont mind spending money. It has a nice atmosphere. The wait time to check out took too long. We waited for 20 minutes before someone was able to help us.

There is alot to do here. Its fun for the whole family. The kids would love the arcade games or bowling. We played pool and had some drinks. There is beer pong too. Its a very cool atmosphere. Id definitely come back again. The only downside is that they only have 2 bartenders, so you might have to wait awhile to get drinks.

Had a great time with the family here. Lots of available lanes and great Sunday specials. They cleared up a jammed ball issue quickly for us and were very helpful in every facet. Will definitely go back!

Great if youre having a party for your kids or group of friends, not great if your taking your SO there to bowl. If youre looking for a place to do a bunch of stuff, this works fine. If you just want to bowl, go to a real bowling alley. The food was on par with the typical bowling alley food, so not great but not terrible.

Wonderful place! There so much to do here:bowling, bags, ping pong, pool, arcade games, laser tag. Had a company party here and it was fantastic! Theres food service right by the bowling lanes and helpful staff. Would definitely recommend this place!

Great service with many covid precautions.

We had a fantastic party at Bowlero. Nicole Benedict made the planning process easy, even when I didnt have an exact head-count. She gave me a recommendation for a food & drink package that was spot on, but there was no pressure to make a decision or spend more than I was comfortable with. Bowlero really delivered on the night of. The check-in process was flawless. Food and drink orders were truly unlimited, as our waitress, Desiree, was really attentive and moved quickly. We ended up with more guests than expected, and Bowlero was able to get us the next lane over so we had a little more space to keep the party going. There were no hidden fees. My only suggestions for improvement are as follows: First, I wasnt aware that the package fee I paid upfront did not include gratuity. Luckily, I asked Desiree about this before we left, because she deserved a huge tip for all of her hard work, and Im glad we were able to give her that. This should be more transparent, so that nobody goes unrecognized. Second, the food wasnt great. I mean, its bowling alley food, but since the atmosphere is a little more upscale, I think the food could use an upgrade, too. Aside from those details, we had an incredible experience. Well definitely be planning more events here.

Great update to this location!! Looks pretty awesome on the inside! We had my sons birthday party there a couple weeks back and everyone was great. They had an amazing time with the bowling, laser tag and the arcade! The Manger James took care of everything and Jeff was a great host for all the kids! We will definitely be back again! Thanks for making our sons party a success!

Bowlero is a fine place to go. For such a high end consumer area I’m said to see old Computers keeping score. The men’s bathroom was small and dingy. I have an infant and had to change him on the bathroom floor. My friends and I went there on a Groupon.

My 4 year old has a blast! He had never been bowling before and told me he definitely wants to come back. When we were done bowling we had to play in the arcade of course. Great selection of games and very clean. Didnt try the food but I will next time and update my review

This place is huge! Its really nice in the inside and the staff was really nice!

This could be an amazing place if they worked on a few things. Their customer service Is lacking. They dont have a lot of personality nor do they seem very helpful or enthused to be there.It is pricey. If I didnt have a group on I dont know if I would have wanted to spend $96 for a 4 of us to bowl 2 hours.I think there are some great deals to be found and enjoy. I would come back with my son to bring a friend and do the unlimited laser tag to check that out. Nothing was remarkable at the bar standard draft beer. And $7 for a Miller lite draft is a little steep.

One bartender to order food and drinks and the place is packed. Quote you one price then change it when echelon out. Can not make a reservation unless you preorder $300 of food and drinks. $110 for 6 people to bowl 2 games. Sad really because it is a nice place. Never again

Ample bowling lanes available along with other options such as snooker tables, games for kids etc. This place has a bar and restaurant inside so you can enjoy food along with game. Cost varies from $3.89 to $5.89 per game per person. Free parking in premises. Music noise level is descent.

This was alot of fun, great family entertainment but Holy cow was it expensive though, call me cheap but for a family of four to play one blowing game was $50!!!

We had such an amazing experience with our daughters birthday party. The staff was super accommodating, especially Jeff. We were taken care of from the moment we got there. Jeff was enthusiastic and was great with the kid. He got us refills on whatever we needed. It was by far one of the best places weve been to for a birthday and we will definitely be coming back.

Drink beer, eat pizza and bowl, thats this place in a nutshell. I saw about 4-5 groups celebrating someones 30th birthday so I guess its a great place to turn 30. There is a smaller scale arcade similar to Dave and Busters for the kiddos.

Fun for everyone! Even if bowling isnt your thing, theres a huge arcade, laser tag, pool, and more! And of course a bar with some food options to really make it a party.

I love this Bowlero location in Naperville so much! The staff is always so friendly and accommodating, prices are super reasonable, drinks are good with a wide craft beer selection, theres fun music playing, and there are so many different activities inside (arcade, laser tag, etc) that you can always find something cool to do no matter what age group you find yourself with.I organize an annual meetup at this location, and every year Im nervous that its going to be complicated for our loose group of people to get lanes together yet still pay separately. And every year Im relieved and happy when the staff work with us to make sure we can all bowl while paying separately so one person is not left with the whole bill :)We hope to keep coming here for many years to come -- thanks Bowlero for the memories and positive experiences!

I planned a night out for our son’s soccer team to enjoy Laser Tag and also have the parents enjoy the bar area while the kids had their fun. The check-in was a little rough but once we met Ross our night was a success. Having 10, 10 year olds & also many siblings around the same age they were all having a blast with laser tag & arcade games. Each and every time I had to ask Ross for something or had a question his response would always be “absolutely” and he would get the job done. We all very much enjoyed the evening- both kids and adults!

Fun atmosphere...

The employees are friendly and pretty quick on service. The lanes are nice the biggest problem is the sitting area needs to be cleaner so bowlers dont get stuff on there shoes. Other than that it really nice place has huge projector screens to watch TV.

Went bowling here for my significant others company holiday party. It was a large bowling alley with a standard arcade zone and some pool tables. The bar area was cool. The food was decent but the pizza could have been less standard-issue supermarket frozen tasting. It was also to find a good sized bowling ball that fit well. Overall it is a serviceable bowling alley.

Nice place but I wish we didn’t have to share the ball thing with people next to us.

This place is great for bowling. Love their ambience and even the DJ over weekends. The service needs to be improved. The staff is stretched thin and they struggle to keep up with the many lanes. It’s hard to get hold of them so boo lost opportunity for bowlers. Many people who come have learned by now that food do not arrive by the time your gameFinishes so they just avoid ordering food.

Great place for kids birthday party. Had party for my 7 year old daughter. Kids loved it. Server went above amd beyond he was fabulous! Wish i remembered his name bc he out did his self! They really accomadated us and couldnt speak enough good things about our experience! Thanks so much!

My middle school youth group had an event here and it was wonderful! The staff took great care of us from booking the event to the day of. Thank you for your kindness and for all the fun we had!

Nice place but could be managed better.

Nice place really, but the staff, and waiting was the draw back, especially for an early Sunday afternoon. They have a large arcade area for the kids and give out the ever more popular tickets that can be exchanged for candy. There was also a large bar area that had pool tables and a shuffle board. The was also a Lazer tag arena but we did not play so I cant speak to it. The restaurant had typical bar food but we did not eat anything. Theres were 40 bowling lanes with the latest equipment, including a ball slide for the little ones to bowl with. When we arrived the place was 90% empty. We waited slightly longer than our normal alley to get a lane. There was no wait staff at our lanes. At the bar we paid 7 bucks for a Modelo. The wait here was terrible. Once the kids parties started rolling in the wait got worse. People were ordering milkshakes for the kids from the bar. Our child won several tickets in the arcade. We waited 10 minutes for someone to come to the exchange counter. After I requested help it was another 5 minutes. We were told he was running the Lazer tag, but he came from the kitchen. He tried to over charge her for the prizes but fortunately my wife caught his mistakes. If management would hire more staff, this could have been a much better experince.

In general i like the place. However, today I wanted to add arcade special to my summer games card. Which they do advertise.However, i was told no you exceed your limit! Apparently you can only use the special offer twice which doesnt say it anywhere on the advert nor i was told at the time of the purchase. Further more, the lady had no apology. Just said yes they should put it on the advert???

I Had a Groupon that made it reasonable to go bowling. The lanes are nice and the facilities are clean.hunting for balls is a chore since they are scattered on and under ball returns. I got a bottle of ice tea that luckily came with a cup of ice because the tea was hot and the ice was gone before I finished pouring my drink. Please refrigerate your drinks.

GREAT place to hang out with friends. Made a reservation and found out that they had reserved lanes with our name and everything. Service was a little slow but I won’t hold that against them. They were all very nice and personable. Would definitely go back!!

Would’ve rated it 5 stars. The two things that brought it to 3 is that you need to pay like 4.99 for a cup of coke or soda and the fact that when I went my lane kept freezing and after every turn we had to press the reset button. We informed the employees of this issue and all they did was click the reset button. We really couldn’t do anything about it and ended up playing laser tag.

Lanes are very dust and dry. Horrible customer service. The ball return will scratch up every good ball you got.

First time visiting and I love it. There was a glitch and management quickly solve the issue and made sure we were compensated. Great first impressions.

This place used to be nice, but now they don’t have servers for the food. You have to get your own silverware, water, and bus your own table. Additionally, the “check in” is a joke.

Great Place for family fun. They have a good amount of video games and pool tables but out favorite part of the place is bowling.

Poor alleys that are unpredictable and not fun to play on. Only a couple of employees were nice while others were either rude or showed a lack of care when talking to customers. Overall this bowling alley is overpriced for what you get and I wouldnt recommend it.

My friends and I have been going to this bowling alley for over 7 years and the change from Brunswick zone to Bowlero has been a positive one. Their drinks are great and we love that you pay by game rather than by the hour. The music is fun and the staff is friendly.

Went to bowl and have a good night out, ended up with a mediocre outcome. Paid $35 to bowl (great) $30 in arcade (great) but problem came down to the bar. The bartender cut us off after a only a few drinks, this is not a place to go for enjoying yourself at the bar. Ended up spending $200 total with piss poor results. Will not be going back.
