Very Informative tour of alleged paranormal sightings. Kevin Frantz is an awesome tour guide he gives stories of sightings along with concrete facts and legal documentation. Mr. Frantz will also go into detail and tell you about the history of Naperville regarding each stop. Well versed in Napervilles history. This is a MUST DO Tour whether youre a resident or tourist.

Ive done tours in Boston, Chicago, Philadelphia and Ann Arbor. I never would have thought that the best ghost tour I ever did was in Naperville, a town I practically grew up in. Kevin and his team did an excellent job on the tour. What was suppose to be an hour and half tour was 2.5 hours of scary history. Kevins storytelling was top notch. Ever story he told gave me a feeling that there was a presence amoungst us. Would recommend to anyone and would definitely do it again.

I went on this ghost tour with a group of friends and we loved it! Kevin knows his history and is a fabulous story teller! We didnt get haunted by ghosts but it didnt matter ... He made it very interesting for the whole group. I loved the fact that he still used a flashlight and paper articles to show us! In a time when everything is all about technology, it was refreshing to see a non-technology ghost tour! A straight up ghost tour with history and stories made it feel more chilling and personal, I think! Kevin, you did an awesome job and all of us ladies cant wait to come do your tour again! Keep it up! ️

I was so looking forward to this spooky October outing...But Kevin needs a pair of stilts, a megaphone, an ipad (in place of his old binder containing dubious pictures & a flashlight), a limit on the number of people he allows—and most importantly, better ghost stories. This was VERY boring. After amusing ourselves by quietly mocking the tour for the first 45 minutes, my entire group gave up and left. This will hang over my head w/my friends as nothing but a waste of money.

Boring. Cold. And overpriced. For $25 I could get a GOOD meal, and find another fun activity with friends (like a haunted corn maze).Kevin, our guide, was very knowledgeable about Naperville history and passionate about his stories. However the ghost tales are not scary at all. So if youre hoping to get spooked or see some special effects, you will be disappointed. As a consumer I genuinely feel the price I pay should equal a fair value of the service provided plus gratuity. Because no group discounted is offered regardless of group size and because there are 0 special effects, because this is essentially a one man show, and because the experience does not cater to the individual; This tour was a total rip off. The stories alone do not merit my $25 and my time.To put this in some context, a yoga/dance class from a qualified professional is not even $25 for a smaller group. And even in that, props and studio space are provided. Kevin is an author? I think? And he appears knowledgeable. But does not appear to have any overhead for his tour... So it just seems a bit steep for a bunch of ghost stories. My recommendation to the owner is: to reduce the price of admission, it would also help to use an IPad/tablet to see documented evidence (as suggested by another reviewer), it would be more convenient to hear from other sources or have other accounts of the same story. This may also tie into who is your target market as well. I could very well see a kid being spooked by some of these stories. But for me personally, as an adult in my twenties, I thought of it as a historical tour of Naperville. Not a ghost tour.If this review seems a bit focused on the price, its because our group spent over $300 on this activity. A vast majority of us did not have fun.

Kevin and his team do a wonderful job of creepy you out with great stories. We had a wonderful time with my group of friends and family. I also want to add that there is a story on the tour that sent a chill down my spine. Before the tour began, our group was waiting by the soldier statue with the busy sound of cars driving down Washington street. As I stood around waiting on the sidewalk, I heard the faint sound of horse clops coming up slowly behind me. The sound grew louder and louder and I remember thinking to myself Oh how lovely, I had no idea Naperville did horse drawn carriage rides. As the sound got louder behind me, I moved out of the way and turned to look. There was nothing there and the sound stopped. I dismissed it all and forgot about it until later. Kevin tells the story of a frozen bride on a horse. Residents have reported hearing the sounds of horse clops for no reason. I usually dont believe in silly stuff, but I experienced it for myself. Great tour. Great Time. Bring your friends, take pictures and have a fun time.

Though we didnt see anything it was very interesting and learned a bit of history of Naperville. Very good picture evidence leading me to believe something is going on there.

The tour is ghost stories as told by a local ghost hunter who has 12 years of experience. The tour has been going for the past 8 years. Its a 2 hour walking tour and by walking I mean mostly standing. You are recommended to take your own photos, because you might possibly catch a ghost, face in a window or something that cant be explained. The town has quite a history and has some good stories. The host / tour guide has even written books. The tour and ghosts of the town have been featured on the Biography channel and other TV stations. Its a good to hear the true ghost stories and the host is a good showman of story teller, but some people might have issues with paying to hear ghost stories. The true downside is the terrible parking in downtown Naperville at 7 pm on a Friday (especially on football game night in the fall). Getting there at 6:15 pm lead to driving around for a full hour to find parking. The group meets across the street from the parking garage, so the garage would normally work, but expect a walk before the tour.

All I’ve been doing for one hour is freezing and listening to Kevi quote from books I could read in my own home warm and I could make it much more scary with no lights and candles . What a scam! 25 dollars yo stand in the cold and listen to s man named Kevin I know the owners of Mado Sabika never told me of ghosts . What about when it was Willowway Manor???plus I’ve lived in Naperville from 1982 to 1987 and then from 2007 to 2010 in one of the historic houses. We didn’t have ghosts.

Ive been on several other ghost tours. What set this one apart is that its led by someone who knows the town (past & present) very, very well. Its set in a compact area which is very rich in history and has fantastic architecture. We also had the added adventure of having to walk through one of the haunting sights alone on our way back to the car, spooky!.

The tour is a complete waste of money it was not scary at all. First thing it is a huge crowd of like 50/60 people you can hardly here him speaking you stand hardly any walking all of the buildings were bright with lights on and not scary. The tour is definitely more of a show than anything like a story. The way the tour is described on the web site is totally wrong the pictures they showed looked like anyone could have printed them and the recordings we listened to seemed fake. I do not recommend this unless you want to hear a story but as far as scary not at all and for $25 its worth $10 also on Web it says there are bathrooms everywhere there is ONE bathroom in the area only!

Great time with friends. Definitely learned some crazy things that I never knew. I have enjoyed learning about the paranormal for years and everything I heard and learned about tonight all had clear evidence behind it which I loved because anyone can tell a story but when things tie together the evidence is irrefutable. Thanks Kevin for an awesome time!

If you want cheap scares, go to a haunted house. If you want a great time hearing real ghost stories and history of Naperville, then book this tour. But beware, there is another tour in town that meets at a local Irish bar in town, thats not this tour. Avoid that tour as much as you can. Its cheaper, but not as good as this tour. You get what you pay for!the pictures on here with the lady is the wrong tour, not Kevins. Shes paying people to post photos to confuse people and make them think its her tour. Beware!
