I liked the place but not the employees service. We were the only couple standing in line at a 6:15 showing. they gave us the cold left over pop corn they wouldnt make a new batch Nd there hot dogs were supposedly done while were standing there but they were very void and stale.

Tix prices were outrageous for senior (dolby). Couldnt move seat back after movie started. Concessions were closed after movie started.

Long live the big screen movie experience!

The place is always dirty, popcorn is burnt, always smudges on windows and doors even during this pandemic.

The seats in this IMAX theater do not match the premium price thats charged.They are not the recliner seats that are in all the other auditoriums

This place continues to let me down. The service is great but the lack of training they give to the staff is appalling. Im trying to reach a goal on saving points and they keep converting them even when told not too. Management needs to take some responsibility in training the young crew. I dont want free passes every time this happens do a better job in training!!!!

Great Atmosphere to take in a Movie

Place is OK, unfortunately, be4 my friend sat down she had to touch the seat as it looked stained and soiled. For what the theater are charging now. I think a overhaul should be done once a year on the seats.Also, when getting our snacks they no longer put the butter on. So they give you a filled tub of popcorn and tell you to add it off to the side. So dont get a chance to put butter half way or extra salt. It is all done once the bucket is filled. In addition, they hand you a cup and point to a machine where you pour your own drinksGezzzz, Why do some ppl want an increase in minimum wage? 15.00.? Kids dont do anything but take your money and cant count the change back to you!!
