Even in a pandemic, this place fails to clean their theaters. We walk into the theater and find a ticket laying on the floor as well as a used face mask on the steps. Hard to miss something like that while cleaning. Just goes to show that they dont bother cleaning. Dont waste your money or your health here.

I will never watch another movie in a theater as long as the requirements are masks, limited people, menu, hours, and no refills on large anything, not even with a new cup. Can I get a refund on my A-List membership? All the rules ruined the whole experience. Now a night at the movies is definitely not worth the price.

They lock the doors as soon as the last showing is started. Won’t let you in after even if you already bought your tickets! Way to treat a paying customer!

I only come to this location for the dolby cinema just wish all the other theaters at this location had recliners in them like the new lenox location. Otherwise i would always go to this location and not new Lenox location.

Pretty good as far as theaters go. The Dolby sound is amazing, not cheap but worth it for a really good movie. Seats are really comfortable and you can reserve them in advance. Overall a great experience, would recommend it to others.

Movie theater is a dying industry, simply cant compete with online on-demand movie or Redbox for that matter that will come way cheaper but once in a while when you feel like it, you go to a movie theater. Not this one though unless its the closest. Ticket prices are on the high end catering to fancy Naperville area. Aside from that, like any other movie theaters, you get slammed with the food concession. Hence not worth the money. Ambiance-wise, its typical of a movie theater.

Their Stubs pass is a great deal! They also have an awesome theater called Dolby where the seats recline, the sound is better, and the screen is bigger. I love it! A bit pricey but you can get in with the stubs pass.

I was here to see Knives Out, good movie.It was playing in what I would assume is one of their smaller theaters, pretty small, number 16 if you need to see a motion picture that you like, but may want a bigger theater. Seats were comfortable enough considering they dont recline. This was the first time I bought food here. About $9 for Mac & Cheese with bacon. Very expressive for the very small amount you get. Almost $6 for a small bottle of Smart Water, shows I was NOT too smart.I recommend you eat at home or at a restaurant before going to the movies. Dont waste money on their food and drinks. People are nice, bathrooms could be kept up better.

Best Dolby theater around.

Super friendly staff who informed us that if our little toddler was able to sit on our laps we didnt have to pay for them, which was totally awesome because thats were he ended up wanting to be anyways. Love the the self serve drink and butter stations. Very clean when we went. They even have an arcade. Everyone seemed to enjoy working there.

I was impressed by the picture quality on the Dolby auditorium #1. The sound quality was excellent and the atmosphere was quite good. The tickets seemed to sell out fast on the day of the picture so I recommend ordering online or buying them in advance so you can get your reserved seat in a good location. I was in row G which seemed just on the edge of being to far for my taste. Over all it was a much better experience than the normal theater closer to my house. I spent close to $20 for the ticket and online fee at Fandango but it was worthwhile I my opinion. Enjoy the show everyone.

Clean theaters, comfortable seats, and good cleaning protocols.

My husband and I have enjoyed coming to the movies, its conveniently close to our home. I like seeing many ticket kiosk to buy your tickets and not have to wait in line. The place is clean and it doesnt get too crowded. The only thing I would like to see is more staff working there, the food line is usually long, so it better to get seated and come back to buy your food.

We come to this location frequently its one of the best theaters to go in the area. The only thing I have to say is that we go on Christmas day to the movies every year and the concessions are super busy and they always get our order wrong, they need to develop a better system for that day, but other than that we have never had any issues. Love the Dolby cinema

Clean theater with all of the normal.theater amenities. Plenty of beverage choices and butter for popcorn. Spacious parking area and large lobby. Individual theaters are clean and the sound and picture are what you expect from an AMC.

Everytime I come to an AMC I love the movies presented. I saw A beautiful day in the neighborhood and that with a snack from the stands. And I have to say I live coming back each time. Clean and comfortable seats make the movie one heck of a time. Would recommend coming to one whenever you feel like youre in the mood for a movie.

We go here all the time. Love the Dolby theatre. It is my go to theatre for the big blockbusters. Ive never had a bad experience and have been going here for years.

This is my go to AMC. Located in a very convenient location where several other dining options are available. Only come here for movies shown in the Dolby Cinema. Comparing to some other Dolby AMCs that I have been to, this is one of the better ones. The Dolby theater is relatively small at this location, but the sound quality and the interior is definitely better. The ceiling and the walls are very dark which is important for optimal views experience. Highly recommended.

I love this place. Seats are comfortable and the concession stand has a nice variety. My only complaint is that the volume in the theatre at times is a bit high. Other than that no real complaints.

8 AM show and place was trashed. Had seats in Dolby theater and there was dirty napkins stuffed in the seats. Beverage bar and popcorn area was dirty along with the bathrooms. I couldnt imagine opening looking like this. Also no ticket taker when we arrived. This is normally my favorite theater, but this was too much.

Probably my worst customer service experience from any industry. AMC is overall a good franchise, but the manager at the Naperville location really needs a new calling in life. I went to a 10:45 PM showing, when I arrived they were turning people away at the door who had tickets already purchased. Apparently they close at 11:00PM which warrants them to turn away customers who already paid? They had a security guard out front for specifically that reason! There were multiple people turned away and if they wanted a refund for the movie they had to come back the next day to get new tickets. Seriously? We had to wait outside until 11:30 with the staff refusing to speak with us, even though we showed up on time for the movie. When the manager finally came out he acted annoyed that we were even asking to see the movie that we already bought tickets for! I get it that people show up late to movies on occasion, but if you’re going to show a movie that late in your theatre, you can treat your paying customers with the same respect as people who’ve gone to earlier movies. Again, there is nothing wrong with AMC, fantastic chain, but the staff and managers at this specific location either need to be trained properly with customer service, or they need to find a different job! If I could give this location zero stars, I would.

I would like to see more customer service... there is never anyone there to help and often I have to wait 10 mins in line just to get into a move I bought online. Other than that the place is alright but need more people at check in

Some of these reviews I read are complete BS. This theater is one of the best in the Naperville areas. The only downside is the seats not being reclining. However, this doesnt change the fact that the auditorium seats are still quite comfy. Staff if very friendly and you cannot go wrong with their extensive concessions menu. Love this AMC and we WILL be back!

Just saw It chapter 2 in the Dolby theater. Great sound! The whole room shakes! Great picture too. Long line at concessions, and not enough people working to get them through quickly. Skipped popcorn to catch the previews. Overall a good experience.

Weve been going here for years and will continue to do so. Its convenient. Comfortable seating, while not fancy reclining seats, still comfortable enough to keep us coming.

Its worth it to have the membership that gets you credits back on food and tickets and provides faster service. We enjoyed the comfort and big screen.

The quality of the screens and sound (especially the premium like IMAX and Dolby) are very high which makes movies pop and awake your senses.Yet the downgrade comes to the cleanliness of the theaters as well as the restrooms. It had looked as if the cleaning staff had neglected to empty trash some were overflowing and spilling out and properly clean the theaters throughout the day as you could still see some remnants of prior watchers from earlier.Plus the entryway gets quite a bit jammed in the current ticket buying configuration with the kiosks and the staff, it needs to be reconfigured so its not a scrum of people and can flow.

Came here to watch maleficent mistress of evil with my niece. Comfy seats, excellent sound systems and clean bathroom. Staffs were friendly.

One of my favorite theatres. Always clean. Orderly, friendly staffers, and free refills on soft drinks. Additionally, you can create your own drink concoction. For instance, you can make a strawberry peach mango sprite mixed with strawberry peach lemonade! Parking is ample but you will probably have to walk.

They don’t allow anyone in after 10:20 even thought the show time is 10:20. I would not want to waste driving here and find out that they can’t let u in. This is first time I heard u can’t get in at the same time as the showing. It’s ridiculous

Saw a movie in the IMAX theater today. For the price, not only were the seats not so comfortable, they were extremely tiny. Im 63 250lbs and was shifting and moving my legs through the entire movie because of discomfort. I will not be returning to see a movie in the IMAX theater at this location. I gave 3 stars because the service I received was prompt and friendly. The lobby also looked clean and the bathrooms were well maintained.

It was very crowded we were unable to get in to see our movie because my Friend and I would have ended up a room away from each other. The theater seemed nice though.

Visiting the theater on Christmas Eve with my kids, the staff were not friendly, the place is dirty. Trash everywhere and the floor is all sticky. They few people were having problem with their seats because somehow the system overbooked couple seats. Was pretty disappointed.

Okay, Ive been to plenty of movie theaters in my time, and this is by far my least favorite of them all. The auditoriums could use an overhaul. The carpeting is old and stained, the seats are no different and squeaky. I only come here due to rushed necessity not because I want to. The lobby is clean though, which is nice, and so are the restrooms, which again, surprised me. The staff is friendly and not rude at all, young people with a lot of heart. If prices were lower, Im sure Id come here more often. Just because its Naperville, it doesnt justify paying so much for the condition its in.

AMC theaters are nice and clean, but the food there is over priced. Over all it is a very clean movie theater and I would highly recommend it.

I love this theatre, they are so kind and never an issue. One time I missed the start of the movie due to movie time change, the manager was very accommodating to choosing another time with no additional cost. I am a A-List holder as well. I have options of AMC’s but always purchase here.

My family and I absolutely love this theater! I am an A list member at this location and I have to say that if you love seeing movies then A list is for you. My only complaint would be that there is two different lines a non member line and a member line. Sometimes the non member line gets pulled faster. But in the end we do end up making it through the line fast and in all fairness the non member line was starting to overflow. When I brought it to the manager on duty, Ryan. He made sure we were taken care of and took his time and explained everything that happened and apologized to us. We absolutely love this theater and the friendly staff member and the manager Ryan made everything super great also!! Defiantly renewing my membership!

Prices are higher than others but theatre is nice

This is a pretty good movie theater! The front rows can give you a head ache though because you are so close to the screen, so I don’t recommend getting seats in the front. Their seats are not as comfortable as regal’s reclining seats which are great. They do have better concessions than regal though, they have unlimited refills on any size soda or icy. I saw endgame twice one at regal and one here and the experience was just better at regal because of the seats. If this place is close to where you live I recommend it but if you are closer to a regal do not go out of your way to go here.

Considering the price of the IMAX non-3D (which somehow isnt the most expensive ticket on this place) I was not impressed by the theater, I went in on a slow night and it seems unnecessary to have bowls of popcorn already filled to hand over, which obviously mean the popcorn wasnt fresh, I did like the coca cola machines. The IMAX theater didnt have the seats it deserves, I know is all about making money but that hall has a ridiculous amount of seats and not even for some big movies have I seen it full. It didnt help that I was able to hear other movies while the one I was in was half way thru it. Also that IMAX screen is flat and the length of the theater (front to back) makes it look small, it doesnt surround you like in other cheaper IMAXs with actual stadium seating around the area.

It is an alright movie theater, and good if you want to just watch a movie without dinner. You get the standard movie snacks and soft drinks. The video and audio quality meets all expectations. The IMAX can be a bit loud though.

The movie started more than an hour late, but they did offer a voucher for a free movie to make up for it, and the theater itself was pretty nice. Spacious with decent seats.

Piles of trash at most doors, credit card readers consistently did not work, available seating information was incorrect, the lines were extremely long for concessions (25 minutes), most of the condiment machines did not work, there was only 1 salt shaker that was not empty, and the popcorn was broken and stale. All of this at a 3pm show.

Awesome theater experience. Very clean for a movie theater. The seats were old school seats not like the modern electric recliners you see in most places. The nachos were good with plenty of cheese and salsa to last the movie. Loved the coke machines with every flavor imaginable. The only problem was the sound was up too high. For the big fight scenes with explosions and such, the sound was deafening. There should be a limit as to how loud speakers output in an enclosed space. But then, those loud moments were brief enough to manage. If I had kids with me though, I would have complained.

The movie theater is maintained well. Their popcorn is always salty..too salty,doesnt taste fresh. Their carbonated drinks taste watered down.

I always love watching movies here! The seats are so comfortable, the staff is pretty friendly, and the pretzels are great. My only complaint is how expensive everything is! That is all movie theaters I suppose.

It’s an AMC so it’s kept up and invested into fairly well. However, in a time where more and more movie theaters (including AMCs) are investing into plush reclining seats, this location is not. PSA: Reserve tickets are for old fashion movie theater seats that are just numbered, not the new standard of plush seats.

Visited on a Monday morning 1st showing, so theater was clean and uncrowded. My only complaint would be the IMAX theater, the seats dont compare to the recliner seats in the rest of the auditoriums. I have only visited a few times before, but overall it is definitely a great place to watch a movie. The Dolby theater is fantastic and it has a great sound system. The staff is very kind and helpful which is always great. Only issue is that the theaters are still a bit dirty before the next showing.

I have a Premiere Stub Card which is a reward card that I pay $15.00 a year for special perks. It supposed to have special perks that regular free Stub Card does not. One of the perks was that you have your own special VIP line. When theres only one cashier and the cashier doesnt acknowledge that youre standard in the Premiere line, it seems like you are cutting in front of other customers. This is not the first time this happened.

Worst movie going experience of my life. The manager locks the doors early and refuses to speak to customers. I witnessed him turning multiple paying customers away and he was incredibly rude. Beware of going to any late show, if you try to skip the previews chances are you can’t even get into the theatre and no concessions are offered during the show, not to mention the place was completely trashed. Normally AMC is great, but I will not be returning to this location until they get a manager and staff members who are competent and can actually do their job.

Wanted to watch a late movie with my daughter (3) but got denied. AFTER buying my tickets already. Staff member laughed because it was “kind of a hidden rule”.

The theater was clean and the online booking was quick and easy. The only reason why I gave it 4 stars is that the concessions stand workers had a hard time getting my very simple order correctly and I missed about 5 minutes of the movie. Other than that it is a nice theater.

Better call to make sure the movie times are right, or they have the correct movie they say they will be playing. Twice my family has gone to this theater only to be told that the movie time was wrong on the website once. The other time we got our seats and a different movie than was advertised started playing. We were told they never got the right movie in. I would avoid this place if possible.

Alittle out dated for the price of the tickets. Cinemark is about the same price for better seats.

This theater is usually great. Love the Dolby screen with recliners. I have only had a couple of experiences that werent great. One rude staff member Ive encountered a few times and one theater in which the projector wasnt appropriately aligned with the screen. Other than that, AMC is great and this particular location is relatively nice.

I was disappointed, I thought I was getting tickets for reclining leather seats as the website shows but the seats were cloth and only slightly reclined without a foot rest. Im confused, why advertise seats that you dont have?

Decent theater, but due for some upgrades. I think its time for this theater to join 2019 and upgrade their seats. Not everything has to be recliners, but these seats are not great. The arm rests are so low theyre useless. The bathroom garbage was overflowing both before and after my movie, and the coke freestyle machine appears to have run out of co2, since my fizzy water wasnt fizzy.

The seat that I had was narrower than Im accustomed to. I was in the accessible row and not enough leg or hip room.

Okay I come here a lot, and the staff is great, but this theatre actually damaged my hearing. Lol I’m literally 20 years old, and have young ears. I was watching frozen 2 (it’s amazing btw) and the trailers got SO loud out of NO where lmao. Then I guess they turned it down but i couldn’t hear the movie because my hearing was legit damaged. When ordering popcorn at the concession stand the workers go from sweeping and picking up the floor to taking orders and getting food like putting their dirty hands to fill up popcorn buckets. I feel this is unsanitary. Why can’t they wash their hands or even sanitize before dealing with food. Maybe just have certain people cleaning and others dealing with food or even wear gloves when filling people’s orders. Spoke with manager but he didn’t seem concerned and just said they would keep it in mind. Disappointing!

The theatre has free refills. But drinks are really expensive. Sometimes when I go, Even though Im in the membership line, it took a longer time to be assisted when trying to purchase food than it did for the non membership waiting line. There’s never many workers behind the counter. But on non busy days it’s not bad.

Theater was filthy. Theater was closed fir cleaning for 30 minutes. Popcorn and garbage was everywhere, floor seats, cupholders. I found a large stuffed animal on my seat and turned it in to the front desk.

Not only were the posted movie times off by half an hour....we had to wait in the cold and rain 15 minutes past opening time, until they decided to open the doors . Then we were met by a sh***y attitude of the manager who said you shouldve just waitied in your cars when asked why they opened late . Next was they couldnt find their ticket scanner, and after that was a cash register operator who had no change ready to go in his drawer . All this before I even got to take my seat .
