Fun movie going experience! They have good food and drinks, people who will wait on you and it was wonderful for us because we had the theater to ourselves. They have reclining seats and small tables for food and drinks. I didnt feel the screen resolution was the best, sound was great. Overall, definitely a good experience.

Love, love, love Hollywood Palms. Weve been coming here for years and every visit is great! Great food, friendly service, and current movies. Jurassic pizza is the best! Comfortable, reclining seats. Oh and the whole place is decorated as an homage to Hollywood! So fun.

BEST place to go when wanting to see a movie and eat amazing food all in the same place! Comfy recliner seats, and I also feel very safe with their extra covid 19 precautions and cleaning. 5+ stars!!

Amazingly decorated.. its like a tour to the history of the American Cinema... A must go place to have a Hollywood feel.

I an not able to safely attend right now, but I will be there soon.I’m glad we were able to return to parks, golf courses and now movie theaters!It seemed like too many people, in other states, had a lack of social distancing on day 1 of 2 beaches and parks.I will wear my mask and follow the Hollywood Palms Covid guidelines!5 stars! Wow! Its Beautiful..Just walking in you will see life flowers.. 2 Bar area for your pleasure. But then there a Waterfall with a pond below..which has become a wishing well... So toss a coins. The atmosphere walking into a old movie Museum has so much style. Each theatre has a theme! The best is you dont need to go to the concession stand they come to you take your order and bring it back. My first time there but not my last . HAD A GREAT TIME! Check it out

Pretty standard movie ticket and restaurant prices. Food is pretty good. Service was a bit slow, but overall was ok.The theatre is beautiful. My son loved the Wizard of Oz theme in our stadium. Chairs are comfy.No real complaints. Awesome place for a relaxing movie!

This is a family classic location. When we want to watch a good movie and enjoy a good meal, we enjoy stopping by and treating ourselves to toys experience. The decoration and ambience is great for kids and adults a like!

Nice place to go and watch a movie. Seating is more than comfortable. The staff and service were great. The atmosphere is cool. The concept is awesome. I just wish that the food was better for the price that you pay. Overall, it was great. We will do it again.

Great place to celebrate an event (birthday party and such) in a private screening of your favorite movie (their own or yours). Best part is the entrance lobby with a jungle theme and cool bars on either side. Gina — the private events manager there — is a very nice & helpful lady.

I love how clean and well kept the theater is. Everyone is friendly. The food and drinks are great. Very comfortable and relaxing. I obsessed with all of the different themes in every theater plus all of the pictures on the walls. Love this place!!!!

A lot has changed since the last time I was here (3-4 years ago) and theyre under new management now as well. I used my free birthday pass but didnt know I couldve invited up to 4 more people for free. The guy felt bad since I was alone and gifted me with 2 complimentary tickets to use anytime which was really cool. The bathrooms have been renovated and they have reclining seats in the theaters now. Theres a silent button on each seat that you could push when you need something from the servers which is really cool. The food and drinks were good. The theater still has that same Hollywood feel in the halls with the pictures and movie posters all around and those waterfalls!

I take my son here every once in a while. We love it. Good food, good movies. I recommend bringing a blanket tho

Love taking my kids here. Rise of skywalker was a ton of fun with my oldest and middle children. Definitely recommend the grinch dip. Lol.

Great theater with wonderful theming that takes you to another world for just a little while. I feel the food has improved since the last time. When it first opened it was GREAT! Over the years it kind of went to the back burner but has since made a return. I truly enjoy this theater.

Movie and ambiance was great. Service, not so much. I ordered a daiquiri w/no whipped cream. They finally got it right on the 3rd try. I ordered fries w/cheese. They brought me something that looked like blue cheese. When I asked for the nacho cheese they told me the white cheese was it. I highly doubt it!

Hands down my favorite movie theater. The food is always quite good and the prices are surprisingly extremely reasonable. The reclining seats are also a gigantic plus as they are ridiculously comfortable and make for an amazing movie experience.

Very modern building with one of the coolest movie theater designs I have ever seen. The movie theater and seats are very high class and the waiters are really nice. The food tastes great, and the seating is amazing. I would go to this theater every time I want to watch a movie, if not for the fact that all my friends live really far from here. This place is amazing, and truely my usual theater of choice.

Very comfortable and delicious food!

I took my sister and her daughter to see Frozen II here. What a lovely theater and an overall enjoyable experience. The food was pretty good, but the cocktails were lacking. I ordered a mojito and for the price I was thoroughly disappointed. It tasted like lime water and that’s about it. Would definitely visit again however, I’d probably just get a soda or beer next time.

The seats are really comfy and recline, the menu is diverse and the food is good. The servers are really friendly and helpful.The food runner did forget napkins with a plate of nachos (uh, much needed dude), but he looked nervous so Ill assume he was new.We enjoy bringing the kids here for movies for their birthdays, and its the best movie date night around!Theyre currently hiring too and it looks like a really fun place to work.Buy tickets and have fun!!!

We came here recently for a late night movie and really had a nice time. The decor is so unique! Loved the palms and all the movie posters and collectibles throughout. The food was really good (we had pizza, a cheeseburger, potstickers and the pretzel) as was the service. I also liked the recliners. The one thing I would keep in mind for next time would be that if you place the order for your appetizer and your main at the same time, youre going to get them at the same time, even if you ask for them separately. All in all, still a great experience.

My company hosted a work party at this location and we had a fantastic time. The food was great, the staff was friendly, and you can see the screen well even from the weirdly positioned seats in the back row (view shown in the picture).I will definitely visit this theater again, and you should too!

I like Hollywood palms, they have good seats and the waiters are polite and helpful but one thing that I dont like it is watching movie while people are walking around.

I love watching movies here. Its a weird mix of campy and classy and i like it. Full bar with drinks and real food right to your reclining seat. Yes please. Great place.

This is definitely hands down our favorite theater!I loved them even more when I found out they are no longer tired to Hollywood Blvd theater. (Theyre under new management and its HORRIBLE) Great food, great seating. Theyre oversized computer chairs basically. The staff is extremely friendly and the bartenders always make great drinks!!

Good but slow service. Food was good. I had the popcorn shrimp and enjoyed it.The pretzel is quite good.

I love this place! The attention to detail and uniqueness throughout the entire place is just amazing. The food and drinks were delicious, and the wait staff were super friendly. Youd expect going here to be expensive, but it really isnt too bad. Definitely my new favorite theater!

Where to begin. This is a beautiful theater. Clean and very well decorated. The food and service were great. Its a must for everyone.

I used to like it a lot, but with the removal of the AAA discount and seat reservations, the price went up 2.5 x. They now seem to be reducing food quality. I had to return my dirty martini, as it was missing olives and the olive juice that makes a martini dirty. The bread for the grinch dip also had seen better days, about two days ago. It still remains our theater to go to, as the prices arent bad for a dine-in theater, and its just so time efficient and the new seats are so comfortable. At least the sound quality and volume are great and so is the picture quality. Although, sometimes I find the screens a bit dim, or the ambient light too bright.

Love, love, love this movie theater! You get seat side service, great food, and the theater itself reminds me of Disneys Animal Kingdom or the Rainforest Cafe. It is beautiful!!! Love all the added movie posters everywhere. Lots of good classic movies!! Really enjoyed myself; will definitely be visiting again in the near future.

Customer service was great at the ticket counter. Had a birthday coupon that I used. However, the food was horrible I ordered a turkey burger it was cold and the fries were overcooked. Also, by the time I got my food the movie was almost over. Was disappointed this visit, its normally I nice place so give them a try I did go during the week with less staff.

It is the best movie theater I have ever visited in US. The interior of the theater is so cool that it dont seem like a theater. The best part of this place is dine in theater facility. It has recliner couches for watching movie and free popcorn pack along with the ticket. If you are hungry just grab the menu card placed underneath the sliding table and order your food and drinks. They do have alcoholic beverages as well. You just have to pay separately for the food and beverages that you order. They do accept both cash and credit cards. The seating capacity is around 80. They do have multiple screens but I dont know whether all are having this luxurious facilities. They do have seating arrangements for handicaps. If you want to arrange private screening they have the arrangements for that as well. Just start your plans at least 2-3 weeks before your event. So overall Hollywood Palms grabs all star rating.

This place is so awesome! Great ambience for the movies, great food, top shelf booze and the most attentive staff. Never disappointed.

I love this place! It’s always very clean. Their customer service is outstanding and if you ever have any issues they are quick to resolve it. I would definitely recommend this for a date night!!

Hollywood palms is a great way to enjoy movies with the family! My child loves seeing all of the movie memorabilia (specifically the giant Mike and Sully). My husband and I love to loom through movie posters of actresses and actors. Each room is themed and that is always fun to be in a new theater. My daughter loves the fish tank, as well as the huge fountain in the lobby! The chairs are recliners and the theater is well maintained and not gross like others weve come across. They also have meals and drinks, this is a huge help with distracting a toddler from running. Place food in front of toddler and maybe a treat and juice and they will watch! Weve never had a bad experience here!

While I like the seating and the movie theater, the price they charge for food is outrageous. I was charged $17.40 for a single veggie burger and sweet potato fries. This is not acceptable when you have to pay $9 for a ticket or more.

Its unique themed theater and dinner served at your seat or lunch. Have to say we were surprised on how quirky cool this place was. Each theater was themed. So we ended up seeing Star Wars in the Wizard of Oz theater theme. It was kinda cool. A little dingy smelling but you get use to it. Lol. Really must be hard to maintain this place. But it is a hidden gem in southern Naperville suburb. Food was reasonable priced and portions were very good. A must place to go with kids for the experience and ambiance. I will be going back.

One of the coolest movie theaters Ive been too, an atmosphere like no other. Food wasnt the greatest but better than similar dinner movie theaters Ive been to.

Palms looks great the host was good but the place was cold. They said theyre having trouble with the heat so we were freezing inside & it was 22 degrees outside. So that took a lot of the comfort away from enjoying the movie.

I love that they have handicap accessible seating in the back of the theater instead of it being in one of the front rows. Great service and a wide variety of food to order.

We always go to Hollywood palms with the family to enjoy a good dinner a movie. We wouldnt pick anywhere else. The place is comfortable and fufillfling.

Over its a pretty great place to go see a movie. The rooms are themed with all sorts of decorations, the seats recline, and the food isnt too bad. That being said, tickets can be a little expensive, but its usually worth it for the experience over a normal theater. The food isnt delicious, but its actually really good for being a movie theater and not a restaurant. The service is fast, and I recommend Hollywood palms.

Amazing experience. Too pricey for an everyday trip to the movies, but worth going as a treat. Seats are really comfortable (you get your own recliner) and the food was good (huge portions). Theming of the cinema and each individual theater was awesome. A great way to spend a rainy afternoon on vacation.

Since the doors have open I havent been anywhere else love it they keep updating and concept is beautiful all the Hollywood movie pictures awesome

I love watching the movies here. Having cocktails and maybe enjoying a small snack is nice. If the food was any good... Never order extra anyting. They will charge you for it and not give it to you. Such as cheese, bacon, sour cream, salsa and so on...

I have only been here a few times but the staff and managment are efficient and considerate if a issue arises..Great food a all people welcome place. For a nice experience this would be a place to go.

Nice theater, comfortable seats, food was good and reasonably priced. Only negative is that the theater is not as dark as other theaters (understandably because the waiters need to be able to see), so some scenes were a little hard to see as compared to the typical theater.

We LOVE coming here. Visiting this place is always a nice treat for us. The drinks are pretty good. Food is pretty good as well. Tickets are reasonable and the seating is comfy and o always enjoy the special theater rooms.

Over all experience is great, the menu has trimmed down some which is good but they removed my favorites. I love that this place isnt any more pricey than a regular theater and the food is a good price too! Too my kiddo for mothers day and he loved this experience. Everything was clean and service was fast. They did mess up or order a little and brought cheese pizza instead of pepperoni and then forgot the topping on the sundae so we ended up with plain Ice cream but everything was still good! Good times!

Had a problem with getting the film running so was 40+ minutes late starting. Did give a free guest pass for the inconvenience. Didnt know how the food and drink service worked so took a long time before a server came to explain.
