I had a great experience all the way around! Booking was super simple and the girl on the phone was amazing and so nice and explained everything in-depth. The day of the party when the Island Princess arrived on time and was so kind and she was amazing with all the kids right away got into character and made sure she interacted with all the kids including my daughter who’s birthday it was and even tho she only turned one she was holding her and included her in everything! She even stayed about 10 extra minutes blowing up balloons for the kids that popped theirs! Natalie is an amazing Island Princess! I definitely recommend this company and will definitely book with them again in the future!

Seriously AMAZING from booking to the actual characters arriving! They came for a small Halloween party & were nothing short of wonderful! The kids had stars in their eyes and loved EVERY moment!!!!Highly recommend! Elsa (aka Emma K) was seriously gorgeous & my daughter could not get enough of her! She keeps asking when she can come back!And- spiderman (I feel terrible, I cannot remember his name- if I do, I will update this review) was just as great!!! So much energy & fun ideas! Cannot wait to do it again!!!!! WORTH EVERY PENNY!

Around 9 pm day before my daughter’s scheduled party we found out her venue would not be available. She’s about to turn 3 y/o and we were scrambling to figure out what to do. Fairytale entrainment called me back an hour after I called them and organized an amazing princess two hours before our scheduled party!! My daughter was over the moon and I can’t tell you how much it meant to us. Highly highly recommend them!

I ordered a mermaid for my daughters 3rd birthday party and it was the best decision ive ever made. This was more magical that our trip to Disney just a few weeks prior. Everything was absolutely AMAZING!!!!!! I would recommend Heidi (AKA Ariel) a million times over. I also recommend this company as the ease of booking and quality of customer service received was outstanding. We had the most wonderful experience with this company. My husband and I booked Princess Belle last minute, and they worked with our schedule! The communication was great and easy, the princess showed up right on time. Princess Belle(Skyler) was the best she made sure all the kiddos were included and most importantly she made sure they had fun. From making them animal balloons to face painting! I recommend you to use this company for your next event. We had a very small gathering due to COVID and this was a great way to go big for our daughter’s 5th birthday! For the price I paid I would have expected a more professional appearance for my Elsa and Anna but my Elsa came to my daughters 4th birthday with a fully exposed hicky on her neck. I didn’t think much at the time but after numerous family and friends commented about the hicky I was upset because I chose fairytale entertainment for the awesome reviews and it wasn’t cheap getting both princesses. For a party that had over 150 people it was embarrassing having only people talking about that rather then how nice the party was. Very unprofessional for a children’s party.As a response to the company, this is no mistake or personal attack. In fact I do not want any form of refund. I’m just here to leave my honest review. I hired Anna and Elsa for my daughters 4th birthday the end of September 2019. I never called or left a complaint in the past because the damage was already done. You can not undo something like that. One of the reasons I chose your company over others was for the “great” reviews but I should have gone elsewhere. I do not recommend fairytale entertainment. Especially after how they responded to my review.

This was our second year in a row using Fairytale Entertainment for our daughter’s birthday. Last year we booked the ice queen, and this year we booked Cinderella. And even during Covid it was wonderful. Cinderella was great with our daughter and her small number of friends that were around. She was also great with families who wanted her to wear a mask for pictures. What this company always reminds me is that no matter how old you are you’re always a fan of fairytales. Even the kids who weren’t interested in all the activities, they were excited about the balloon animals some of the other stuff. All in all, it was lovely to have a little bit of magic during this time. If you’re on the fence about booking a performer during this time, I would suggest you just call the company and ask them their procedures. Again, and this crazy time it was totally worth bringing some magic to our house.

I am SO happy I found Fairytale Entertainment! Miles Morales AKA Brady was AMAZING! He was fantastic with the kids and as soon as my son, the birthday boy saw him, he LIT up! He worked with the space that we had and everything as far as his visit was perfect! I will definitely recommend yall to my friends. The customer service was great as well. My questions were answered in a timely manner and being in the customer service business myself, the professionalism was greatly appreciated. Thank you all SO much!

Spider Hero, the Incredible Giant, and a Shield Agent were the hit of my 3 year old’s superhero party. They provided an action packed experience that was entertaining for the adults and children alike. The characters were great with kids, showing patience and empathy for the kids who were initially shy or reluctant to interact with the superheroes. They really got into their characters - The Shield Agent got the kids hyped up to learn how to be superheroes and he led the activities, the Incredible Giant stomped around and breathed like Hulk, and Spider Hero did lots of jumps and splits. I wish I could post some photos. They were amazing! They were also really respectful and kind in interacting with my husband and I. I would hire them again.

We had Elsa (Devin) and Moana (Natalie) for our twins 5yr old birthday party and it was absolutely amazing! The children were in awe of them both, the party was so fun! They transitioned so well from dance, to song, activities to singing happy birthday. My girls felt so special, as did their guests. The whole process from start to finish was perfect.

We had a zoom Birthday today with Tianna and Aurora and they did a lovely job!! They sang, danced, had a story and a princess lesson. All the little girls were mesmerized. Even though we wish it was an in person party this still felt very special!

We’ve used Fairytale Entertainment for my daughter’s 2nd and 3rd Birthday party. They are amazing! Elsa and Anna stayed in character the entire time. What surprised me the most is that they could really sing. They kept the kids entertained the entire time so all we had to do was take pictures and we were able to visit with the adults. We’ve also attended the ball this past summer and it was AMAZING! My husband was not thrilled about going but once we were there he was so happy we went. Imagine your little princess surrounded by her favorite princesses and princes. If you’re looking for something MAGICAL for your kids next party or event, this is the place to call. Batman aka Brady and Princess Jasmine aka Natalie were at the Homer Public Library and they were awesome! The kids LOVED these characters. We had over 700 visitors that evening and Batman and Jasmine stayed in character the entire time. The rapport they had with the kids was perfect! It was soo hard to find a trustworthy business, because I didnt really know what the actor/actress will be like, but I am genuinely glad I took a chance on Fairytale Entertainment.We hired an Elsa to come to my 7 year old daughters birthday. It was a little pricey, but the smile on my daughters face was worth every penny! She truly believed the REAL Elsa came to her party. She even asked me if she can go with her to Arendelle lol..But anyway, I felt so bad for Elsa because temp was extremely hot, and it was loud because our family was playing with fireworks. (4th of July Birthday Party), but she handled everything with such grace like a true queen! Very professional. She never broke out of character. Also we didnt have alot of kids at the party but Elsa managed to entertain ALL of my daughters teenage cousins ages 12-21 lol Amazing!I look forward to hiring again in the future!Meeting Elsa was literally my daughters dream, and today it came true! Princess Anna was a wonderful surprise for my 3 year old. She is still in disbelief that Princess Anna was at her birthday party. She kept all the kids engaged, danced and sang songs, and played games to keep them entertained. It was a wonderful time had by all.

We had a birthday party for our 3 year old daughters birthday and Princess Ariel came! She was amazing! We had 12 girls and boys ages 3-7. It was crazy with all those little ones, but she was so sweet and nice to everybody! We played games, she made balloon animals and she sang happy birthday and part of your world (and her voice was beautiful)! She was engaged with all the little ones and never stopped charter! Our experience was so amazing, that I just booked Queen Elsa for my other daughters 5th birthday in January!

We just had the Snow Queen (Heidi) at my child’s 4th birthday party. She was perfection! Handled a large crowd of crazy kiddos with ease and grace - just like Elsa. she made the time to make sure every child was taken care of and is excellent at balloon animals. Side note, amazing singing voice!! This is our second time using Fairytale Entertainment and I will continue to use them for years to come!!!

I just want to give a special thank you to Jon and Gabrielle my son enjoyed his birthday party he really loved the police dog. This is his 5th birthday party I’m sure he’ll never forget. Jon and Gabrielle Played games with the children, did balloons and gave my son candy and a birthday gift. I will be coming back next year for his six birthday party.

I hired 3 characters to come to a Carnival that I was hosting for pediatric patients in the hospital. I cannot put into adequate words how wonderful these characters were. They were incredibly engaging with the kids and did not need any direction from myself (thus decreasing my stress at the event). It was so heart-warming for me to watch the kids light up with the characters. They sang, danced, played carnival games, hugged, and took pictures with the kids. Elsa even sang Let it Go and Spiderman did a back-flip!! It was incredible. I cannot recommend this company enough!! We will definitely be hiring them every year for the Carnival.

We were so pleased with our experience! Our Elsa was beautiful, warm, friendly, personable, creative and talented. My office recently hosted an event for children. We had Mary Poppins and the Grinch. They were amazing! They were on time, personable, respectful, and the costumes were perfect! Heidi was our Mary Poppins and she was probably the best character weve ever. Weve tried other companies but will continue to use this one. Heidi was very entertaining and did not break character the entire 4 hours she was with us. She danced and sang and kept everyone amused. Shes very talented and I highly recommend her!

Fairytale Entertainment was absolutely amazing from our very first phone call to them all the way through the very end when the Snow Queen left the party. The customer service representatives went above and beyond. They answered every question we had, and everything was exactly as they said it was going to be. The Snow Queen (Rachel) was beyond friendly and very talented. She was on point with every answer she gave to the questions the kids were asking. No hesitation. She kept their attention and things flowed smoothly and naturally from one thing to the next. This is a well-oiled machine and I cannot recommend them enough. Completely worth it and highly recommended. I’d give them ten stars if I could. I wish we could get this level of service everywhere.

We had Spider-Man (Eric Healy) for our sons 4th birthday and loved him. He was very engaging with the kids and was the talk of the party. He did a standing back flip, made balloon swords and many fun games and activities. My favorite part was how compassionate he was with the kids.

I recently had taken my children to Konow´s Corn Maze, and it was wonderful. The actors did a splendid job! My kids were given the opportunity to meet Kylo Ren, and Rey from Star Wars, and they loved it.... Seeing the excitement on their faces gave me such joy. Kylo Ren was absolutely phenomenal! Even though my daughter was terrified of him, he still somehow managed to relieve her fear, and she even gave him a high five! Fairytale Entertainment is wonderful and I´d hope to see them again!

We booked the spider hero party and Spider-Man as the character. Upon arrival he was friendly, fun and was very serious about not having the kids see him until we were ready, which was exactly what we wanted. To be more of a surprise. He gave me a radio and played his music while coming in to our house like a pro!!! The kids went crazy!! He did flips, back flips, round offs, and literally scaled a tree into a back flip which was absolutely amazing!!! He occupied the kids (8) of them for a whole hour. Sword fights, had them chase them, he called it Spider-Man training and showed the kids how to do spiderman moves, played games and kept performing stunts!! The kids and us adults loved him so much. From the moment he arrived till the very end he kept us all entertained. If you want a company that is polite, inexpensive, brings the best trained and skilled characters, and makes every cent worth while I would hire Fairy Tale Entertainment in Naperville!! Excellent company/ Def will hire again and again and again!!!!

We were guests at the RE/MAX Christmas party in Naperville today. They had hired the Grinch and Mary Poppins (maybe Santa too) from Fairytale Entertainment and they were absolutely excellent! Heidi sang and both she and the Grinch danced. The children loved it!! Great job.

We’ve hired from a couple different companies before and this one was hands down the best... they surpassed my expectations... it was a fairytale for sure and I was on cloud nine watching my children have the birthday party of their lives... we hired two performers (Spider-Man and princess Ariel) for my children’s party (daughter and son) and it was soo perfect even with the bad weather they were on time and made it completely magical!!!! I will def be recommending them to everyone I know and will be using them for all our future parties!! I cannot day enough good things about them!!

“Repunzel” attended my Daughters 5 year old Birthday. It was the most amazing experience for her. Repunzel has a wonderful voice, she impressed everyone in attendance at the Party.

Ill admit, I was super skeptical about this type of party. I had no idea what to expect and wasnt sure about spending the money. From the second Elsa and Anna (Brooke and Tess) walked through the door the kids were mesmerized. We are so glad we hired them for our daughters 3rd and 6th birthday party. They sang, played games, did balloon animals and facepainting. I was very impressed when we had an upset child because he didnt get a chance to win the game they played, they took the time to play another round for him so he could feel accomplished too. The kids were all entertained the entire time they were there until the moment they walked out the door. My absolute favorite part was when they gave my girls a special present. I almost cried it was so special. My girls will cherish the ring and bracelet they each got from their favorite princesses. Thank you Fairytale Entertainment for an unforgettable birthday party!

My daughter’s Vamparina theme party was a hit due in large part to the wonderful talented Heidi. Since the moment she came into the room she had all the kids ages 2-10 dancing and playing games. She did her best to connect with each kid either by dancing, asking them what balloon they wanted and/or face painting. Not to mention how special she made the birthday girl feel by singing a special song with her after she blew out her birthday candles. The parents and adults were also happy and some of them even danced along with the music. This is the second time I use this company and all I can say the happy faces at this party was worthwhile. We got Batman hero for our sons 3rd and 4th Birthday party. On Sunday. One of the best decisions we made. It is a little pricey. But worth every cent. He made my party wonderful. Everyone was so shocked at how well he did. My sons really felt like they met their favorite hero.

We booked Moana (Maya) for my daughters 4th birthday. She was awesome! My daughter and the the little girls had so much fun! She made balloon flowers, played games, read them a story, sang happy birthday, and took tons of pictures! I have a German Shepard dog that came up and licked her face and she was so gracious about it and stayed in character! She said this must be Maui! Maya also had such a beautiful voice when they sang songs from the movie. All of the adults at the party couldnt stop talking about her voice! When she was ready to leave she gave my daughter a little necklace and told her to stay true to her heart. I was in tears! Our library hosted an Under the Sea event with the Little Mermaid and the Pirate who gave pirate lessons. Most of our children are pre-K to 2nd grade. The characters kept the audiences attention which says a lot for the age group. They even sat through two stories--because they were in character and made it part of the act. We were very pleased.

My son met Captain America at an event hosted at Chicago Wood Fire Pizza in Gurnee, IL today. I cant express how happy, amazed and excited my son was meeting him. The Captain dedicated his attention, focus and time. I cant possibly express how amazed I am on how attentive Captain America was toward my son. He truly left a positive impression. Now my son wants him to come to his next birthday party which will be next year. He is so excited.

In addition photos with Santa we provide pictures with a character from current movies.This year we had the most delightful Mary Poppins (Heidi) who not only posed for pictures but sang and danced with the children. Poor customer service experience on several accounts. Each time Ive called, I was to Id receive a callback that never happened. My information seemed always lost in their system. Amy was the last representative I spoked with on June 14, 2017. She informed me about associated traveling fees which totaled over $70. But also, couldnt tell me mileage/pricing. I wanted to know specifically how traveling accumulated to that amount and she couldnt tell me. Im very disappointed with the lack of interest concerning my party. Im very surprised how unorganized the representatives are with customer support!! Im also not surprised that my review wasnt posted on their website. I do not recommend this company.

Elsa (heidi) and spiderman (eric) were amazing. My daughter wanted both for her baptism and I am so happy we chose fairytale entertainment. The two characters worked so well with each other and the kids had a blast. They were the highlight of the party. Will definitely use this service again.

3/17/18 The Spider Hero was amazing. Everything just perfect.

I researched many vendors to provide an Aladdin, Princess Jasmine birthday party, meet and greet, for my special needs adult son. I found that while Jasmine was a stock character, no one had an Aladdin. Fairytale, Amy and Isadora, were the only ones to offer to create an Aladdin character for me. The results were spectacular. Anand as Aladdin and Mireya as Jasmine looked and acted like they were right out of Disney. They were involved with Chris the whole party. Small girls in the restaurant even came to the party room to meet Princess Jasmine.Professionalism is the keyword for Fairytale Entertainment.

We recently hired the island princess (moana) for my little girls 2nd birthday and she LOVED her, she was so happy she started to cry when moana had to leave. Moana was so nice she went back and gave her 1 last hug and we both walked her out. She was always in character even when she was speaking to me. Loved it definitely will come back to them.

Fairytale Entertainment is a must is you are looking for top quality! My son is a huge ninja turtle fan so for his birthday on May 8th we rented out SkyZone and hired Leonardo character and and a Ninja Warrior from fairytale entertainment! When I say both characters had the children AND PARENTS full attention the entire timeframe LOL! It was worth every penny spent! THANK THANK THANK you Fairytale entertainment you brought TMNT to real life and kick butts! My son is still talking about it and I’m sure he will be for a while! Thanks again.

Couldnt have been better!

I booked a party for my sons 7th birthday. I booked Spider Hero (Kevin) and Bat Hero (Ernest) for a one hour time slot. They called ten minutes before their arrival to let me jnow they were on their way. They showed up in costume and ready to go. They made my son feel so special, played games and did their super hero training with all the kids. Spider Hero did all kinds of crazy jumps and tricks and Bat Hero did some signature Batman rolls and moves. They stayed in character and entertained the kids as well as the adults. They were on time, professional, amazing with the kids and incredibly nice. Ive gothired super heroes in the past for birthday parties but these guys were so incredible. They made Ballon animals and then took the time to talk to each and every child and take pictures. I cannot tell you how much I loved these guys. I will definitely be booking with this company again if all of their characters are even half as good as these guys and I would refer them to everyone I know. If I could give 10 stars it wouldnt be enough. Thanks know you Ernest and Kevin for an extremely special day!

We used Fairytale Entertainment for my sons 4th birthday party and it was a great experience. Anand came dressed as the Amazing Spiderman, I have to say that my son really wasnt a big spiderman guy before the party but thanks to Anand we are now a full blown spiderman fan family! He did a great job organizing the 20 kids we had in the backyard, gave each one time with him and took a photos with each kid as well. Great experience, low stress and all of the kids, even the girls, had a great time!

We have hired Fairytale Entertainment at my workplace on two separate occasions and both times have been absolutely magical. We first hired Spider Hero for our Summer Reading Kick-Off, and the kids were enamored. One child even approached me asking how I managed to get the real one from New York. Just a few months ago, we had a story time with Princess Bella and the response to the program was unbelievable. Bella was lovely and wonderful; she wowed both the children and their parents. Many parents and grandparents came up to me weeks after the program saying how much their children/grandchildren loved her and couldnt stop talking about her. Were booking with them again for a Pirate Party this September. Pricing is very reasonable and the customer service representatives are always cheerful and extremely helpful. Our staff and patrons are always more than pleased with their service. I couldnt recommend Fairytale Entertainment enough.
