Southwood Park is always clean. Its lawns are well groomed and restrooms are clean. Even the tables in the pavilion are clean. To top it off, the trash cans are never full or overflowing. This is a great place for couples and large groups. The playground is clean and in good repair, too.

This is a quaint little park nestled in a beautiful and quiet neighborhood. The trees are mature, the grass is kept super green and plush. The tennis courts are in good shape. And the playground is different from your run of the mill. There is only one pavilion as the park is quite small as parks go. There are two built in barbeques in case you need those. All in all I would definately recommend this park.

It’s a nice park. That being said I wish parks in Utah had more shade. My daughter played rec soccer there and it was perfect for that. It’s also in a good neighborhood.

Great park. Large field to play on. Great tennis courts. Very clean bathrooms. Kinda small parking lot but plenty of space on the side of the road or large church parking lot right next to park.

Fun park, beautiful trees. The playground isnt as suited to little children, but my bigger kids love it, as do the grownups (obstacle course race, anyone?) A mile south brings you to Union park, which is great for ALL ages. But we still love southwood as well.

Fun, safe, open park with plenty of parents and kids there. Tennis courts are in good condition and usually not crowded. The playground is also in good shape and has slides, monkey bars, climbing walls, rope walls and balancing beams. There is a pavilion with a fireplace that is clean. There are bathrooms too they havent ever been open during fall and winter seasons though. Lastly there is really great large grass area that is big enough for soccer or football games and frisbee too. Have fun!!!

Cool park, there are or were very good tennis lessons here.

It is really good for playing tennis and lots of kids come here. Though or is more geared towards small children. Murray parks and rec holds summer tennis lessons here. You have to sign up at Murray Park though, which is a great park for older children.

Came for the tennis courts. They are well maintained(both the nets and surface) and always clean. I like that these courts are individually fenced, which makes for less ball chasing and fewer let balls from neighboring courts. Its also nice that they have benches. This isnt always the case one public courts. Bathrooms are clean as well.

Laid back atmosphere and large pavillion

The security lights give enough light to play ultimate frisbee well past dark. I spent countless hours as a kid here playing ultimate and hanging out with friends.

I absolutely love this park. There is so much to do! Tennis courts, lots of grassy area to relax or play, just enough trees to hang up my hammock and a really awesome playground for my son! He loves it. :) This park is in my top ten.

For me this is Putnam park but it is a excellent place for kids if all ages. Tennis, baseball, and playground equipment in good shape for the wee ones.

All the features of a great park- trees, grass, sports fields, shade and benches, water and restrooms... and one of the most unique playgrounds Ive ever encountered.

This park has it all. A jogging/ walking path, a ball field, a playground, tennis corts, restrooms, and a pavilion with a fire place.

Its pavilion takes care of a party of 50 lots of shady trees with a playground close by so you can watch the kids for the teens a tennis court just great no crowd easy five stars

Walked there with our two Pomeranians this evening and enjoyed it for the most part. However, someone came with 3 dogs who were off leash and that is troubling. Weve been attacked several times from dogs who were off leash, and my two were on leash. Theyre terrified of other dogs now and so all I. Please let your dogs while out in public parks. The park itself was well maintained and had nice amenities like a sidewalk for walking around the park, play area for kids, lots of grass, covered picnic area, tennis courts, and public restrooms. I would recommend.

Great place for a family reunion, lots of table space and plenty of seating for our family to gather and reunite, had a wonderful time, thanks to my sister Sherry who worked so hard to make it a wonderful success!!!!

Cute park, big field, tennis courts. The playground is NOT suitable for anyone under the age of 7. Anyone younger than that will get hurt. Also in the hot afternoons the equipment and even the benches WILL burn you. Dont count on any relaxation time here.

Great park! There are picnic tables, a shelter, great playground, tennis court, and restrooms. The slides are a little high for younger kids, but my 4 yr old managed them just fine!

This is a nice community park located in a residential neighborhood in Murray. They offer nice lighted tennis courts a large playground area, a pavilion with barbecue grills and tables in then a large soccer and baseball grass open space area.

Intense, awesome playground. But wouldnt recommend for the tinyyy ones. The slides are actually pretty high and theres a rock wall you can climb if they choose not to use the ladder but if they fell, i think it would end in more than a scrapped knee
