Very nice trail! The only reason I didnt give 5 stars is because there are no benches to rest. At least not on the part of the trail we walked.

Very nice rails-to-trails bike path. The pavement outside of Muncie is some of the smoothest Ive ridden. Tree roots are starting to push up the pavement in a few places, but its still very smooth overall.

One of the coolest thing east central Indiana has to offer! So well kept and an awesome experience no matter how you use the trail.

The greenway is a huge asset to the community. Bike, blade, run, walk your dog, do it all on the greenway!

Great for walking or biking

Loved it. Beautiful trail. No real food options along the trail till you reach Muncie, but Warehouse Cafe at the Richmond trailhead packed us an awesome to go lunch.

Bike trail with portable restroom and bike tools but no drink fountain so you need water.

The trail is wonderfully maintained and the scenery is beautiful. The only slight detractor is that the path is pretty much narrow straight (an unfortunate necessity of being a former rail line).

Pack a piece so you will not, get robbed!

It was rough and the gym equipment sucks its upkeep on the weeds and over was horrible

A great place to rest while using the Cardinal Greenway. They have snacks and drinks avaliable for purchase inside. Theres also a water fountain and water bottle filller inside. Clean restrooms. Plenty of information regarding the trail and upcoming events.The bike tool station is super useful too. Just hoist your bike on the rack and fix er up good. Theres even a tire pump.

Museum of a train station in Muncie a lot of history a lot of people that went to that train station is now in Monument very interesting to visit with souvenirs

Adorable drinks, free shade and bike tools. They usually have a program to borrow free bikes, I hope they get it running again.

I live across the street from part of the green way trail its so pretty over there so many people use this trail deffently a great thing for Muncie IN

We are lucky to have the Greenway in our community. Im on this thing all the time heading to Richmond or Gaston. Its fun to branch off and find some new Indiana treasurers.

Greenway is one of the nicest places in Muncie. You can connect with the trail just about any where and take a lovely walk or ride your bike. Awesome

Great organization that maintains 60+ miles of multi-use trails in East Central Indiana. Wonderful Staff and volunteers go out of their way to make your visit memorable!

The City of Muncie should count their lucky stars for having such a great feature in the community. I cant say enough good things about the Greenway. I live in Louisville, and while we have a great trail system here too, its nothing like the experience you get out of the greenway. The trail is an old rail-way, so you get access to areas and landscapes you otherwise would never get access to. Its like taking a bike ride in Americas backyard. They have a lot of community events like 5K runs, Muncie Bike Fest (which I donate my DJ Services), the Turkey Trot. I really miss having the greenway available to me, but it makes my visits to Muncie something to look forward to.

How lucky we are to have a trail system that can be used for exercise or a connector for bicycle travel. Check out the FREE bicycle usage from the Greenway Depot. No excuse to not get out and enjoy one of Muncies great jewels.
