Place has cleaned up a lot. nice and quiet now. Big improvement.

Its a pretty nice mobile home park anymore. Its under new ownership and management. The place has cleaned up quite a bit and rent is still reasonable.

This trailer park is awful the condition it’s in is sad I don’t live here but I visit often I drove these roads they are run down and from what I’ve been told the rent goes up promises are made but nothing is seen coming to the trailer park sounds like slum lords to me

I live in healthy heights most ppl keep to them selfs I dont understand why people are saying there is a drug problem here as of the music being loud at all hrs of the night that is also not true we have quite times from 10pm to 6am it is very affordable not all the trailers are well kept but its a good place to come if your trying tp relocate

Needs cleaned up from the riff raft in there

Very cheap but a bad place for familys drugs everywhere cops always in and out ...... woman beaters and loud music all hours of the night truley not the place to live

Run down trailer park with a lot of trouble makers. I would never want to live there.
