Horrible management. Highest rent of all trailer parks in town, just to live in a dump. They went bankrupt and sold in 2018 due to the park being half empty.

Good community of people. The trailers vary in quality and there are serious maintenance issues the ownership could take care of like dead branches falling on trailers.

A better place since the new management took over! Been here since 2010, and this is the better management I have saw!

Ive lived here since 2016 and have been impressed with the changes they have made over the years. Our old lot manager was a monster. Thank goodness we have the one we have now. They added a playground and have been trying to keep everyone accountable for keeping their lots nice. Its becoming a very nice place to live in Morgantown.

Great management! Several new homes and some older homes for rent.

The new company is showing both residents and visiting friends and family theyre welcome. Theyve put in an amazing childs play area that will allow them a safe place to be. Theyll be adding different outdoor dinning areas also. Just giving this a welcome vibe.

It was beautiful i almost cried the owner was so nice. I never had a master sweet before.

I have great neighbors who are there for me when I need them.Thank you Kathy for being such a patient person answering my questions about the recent installation of water meters and water outage in our park. I now understand and will try to be patient in return. I originally gave this place one star but have changed my mind. I am now giving 5 stars instead.

Very clean great naibors

Ever since we got new management and maintenance crew nothing gets fixed or done. We have had no heat or air-conditioning since last summer and now we have no hot water. Lets see how long it takes to get that fixed

I sold my trailer and the new owner didnt sign the lease they tried to hold me accountable for lot rent. Even after they knew I moved out and new owner showed them that they owned the trailer. I won my case. But the owners of the park wont return my security, why not sure. Cant get owners to answer phone.Some thing is going on they cant keep office managers. Be careful

It was nice then new company tuck over. My lease was up in june.2016 I called in October no one answered so left a message said was moving out in November. 2016 Well i moved out in November and there still saying i owe them lot rent.when i dont even live there any more and still havent got my last month & security deposit back.

Greedy people!! First was told 900$ to move in and that we had to wait for credit and background checks, in the process they sold the trailer park and then the new manager wasted 3 weeks of my time, and the time of the people holding the mobile home for us, wanted nearly 3,000 to move in just for the lot, and the only problem i had was that $2,500.00 of it was just a security deposit. Yep A $2,500.00 SECURITY DEPOSIT FOR A SMALL PIECE OF GRASS! And then the 449 for firsts months rent. I was buying the mobile home separately. When i asked that at least half of the amount be put to the rent (like every other place i have ever rented from has done), or that he lower, instead of just saying he cant do that he got rude and angry that i even asked! Would never give someone with such an attitude any of my money!
