Little River Park

First time here and it was wonderful. There was so much for my child to do. It also has a soft foam ground cover that made the park very safe.

Awesome splash pad and park. The pirate theme is really cool too. My kids loved the slide. There are several covered picnic tables but you might bring some lawn chairs just in case.

Kids love it! Even parents have a blast! Its the best splash pad we have been to by far and its FREE!!! The only downside I can think of is some of the older kids that are there try to take over and push the little ones out of the way and their not accompanied with an adult. As in older kids,I mean like 12 and older!! Other than that its lots

Went on a nice bike ride after being cooped up in the house for so long, and I loved every part of it. The water and trees were so beautiful, even had a nice glimpse of the geese there too (Although they almost attacked me but that was my fault for getting so close to em). Several benches and picnic tables for those who want to have a family picnic or go on a nice date.

Massive park, so much to do! Playground is epic and the water park is so big, I am sure I have paid admission at smaller places. Clean bathrooms. Nice location. Lots of shaded seating for breaks.

This place is super fun. It has 2 water slides and a huge bucket that pours water on the kids. I myself went down the slide several times. I will bring my kids here again.

My almost 5 year old loved how much variety there was. There were so many spinning things which were fun and lots of slides and rope climbing. Enough different things to play on that even if there were as lot of kids, it didnt feel crowded.

Decent trails, park is clean for the most part. Not crowded most mornings. Most dogs have there owners trained to pick up after them.

Absolutely loved the park, very clean and large enough to hold several kids. They only thing is I wish there was someone who was hired to control the slides. My niece was sliding down the slide and a older kid slide into her, other than that so much fun for them!

Excellent facilities clean was not crowded with people in the parks and the trails did not have but a couple people. Trails are smooth even smooth for riding walking running or jogging. Really nice park. Excellent job Moore.

This is the best splash pad ever. They spared no expense when they put it together. There are two small water slides and so many things the kids can run through and play with. The dry park is great as well. It will put your kids to sleep as soon as you get home, its the best!

The facility was nice but not enough supervision. I had to tell a preteen girl to keep her hands off of my daughter multiple times. There were other kids misusing the equipment and it was a dangerous situation for my daughter who is a toddler. My recommendation for parents is, if you kids is older (preteen range) please keep and eye on them. If you have a toddler, it would be wise to stay by their side the whole time.

Located in Moore neighborhood, Little River Park is a beautiful park that was damaged from a tornado that went thru Moore several years ago. The park was reconstructed to now include a massive walking trail and they added a big playground and a water splash pad. Its a great place for kids and adult. It does get pretty busy on hotter days and sometimes a daycare van full of kiddos fills up the place. It is the biggest park in Moore and the only one that has a splash pad.

My baby girl had the time of her life with her couple friends for her birthday. Best believe they were good and tired after a day here thank you!

The splash park was AWESOME. Many different types of sprayers, buckets of falling water, slides, etc. Many people out however but the parking lots is just the right size for not too many folks. Bikinis were out ther too! Oh my... Oh, and good family environment for kids on these hot summer days.

It is paved all through the park and makes it great for walking or jogging ...etcAlso has 2 fishing ponds & several grills available

Today was great Because school started in it was way less crowded my kids actually got to use the slides. We should have more splash pads with slides!

I would have given it five stars but the only thing I dislike about the splash pad is the line for the red slide. The way they design it for you to line up its horrible they should have made it one way for you to line up to go down the red slide because kids keep cutting other kids in line. If a grown-up is not up there guiding the children to take turns its chaos

SUPER CUTE PARK! Pirate theme inspired. Tons of great equipment!! The whole floor is spongy which I love. Now I will tell you the Splash pad area closes at 8:00 and is gated off water no longer works. But very clean! They offer full sized men and woman restrooms and even a water fountain. Lots of free range space as well. People often bring their dogs tho there is no separate area for them. Very well lit, lots of convenient parking what more could you ask for!? I would definitely rate this among the top play areas in a 50 mile radius.

Gorgeous neighborhood park with fabulous walking trails!

We had so much fun here! Played at the splash pad for a couple of hours. Really nice that the area is gated so you don’t have to worry about the little ones running off. With the pirate themed park next door, we probably spent a good 3 hours here. They had a snowcone truck with snacks parked in the parking lot. Very nice large bathrooms. We will definitely be spending more time here!

Great place for children to expend energy and have fun. Splash pad is awesome. The pirate park equipment at the park portion is great to fuel imagination plus get some exercise.

A dry or fenced in wet play area...picnic tables too.Lots of room for many famialys and you can bring your own activities.While children play on either side.Great place for B-day parties.

Best splashpad Ive ever been to, including Florida and Tx. There is only one way in/out, which is much safer for the kids and easier on the parents.

The kids had a blast. The only thing is when they are on the slide the big kids cut in front of the little ones and if a little one does get to go first the big kids do not wait for them to get off the slide.

An amazingly fun playground and splash park!! So many neat rope climbing courses and slides! The splash park was one of the best that we have been to. The kids had a blast!

This is a really cool safe park that has grown in popularity over the last 5 years or so.

Great playground and splash pad! It’s so big that it never seems too busy. Lots of picnic pavilions around to enjoy some shade too. The splash pad can get busy in the middle of the afternoon though, but it’s still pretty big. The only downside is that the gate to the splash pad has been broken for a long time and kids will sometimes wander off among a large crowd.

We love this park!... My child had the privilege to vote on the theme of this park. I give it a 4 star not because it’s not Awesome. But because it’s smack directly in our neighborhood and the traffic here in the summer has gotten pretty bad. I would like to give a heads up to those whom visit from else where to please be mindful when driving within this neighborhood, to which there are children playing outside as soon as the warm weather hits. Slow down. Keep the neighborhood safe! Thank you!

How funny, I thought it was the Jolly Roger Park. Special request for this pirate themed park from the grandsons. They always have a blast here.Thank you to Moore Utilities for putti g out extra garbage receptacles.

This park is fantastic for birthday parties and for your grade-schooler or toddler to have a fun day out in the sun!The park has pavilions that can be reserved, so that you have a well-shaded hang-out spot for your family and friends. There are also many open picnic tables with shade, which are first-come-first-serve.There is a big playground and jungle gym area for your kids.The best part about this part is that there is a gigantic splash pad with a pirate-ship, with more picnic tables and shade to boot. Only the bravest of younguns should enter!

The playground area of this park is wonderful. But I thought Id write this review to talk about another section of the park - the trails. I did some exploring of the trails with my preschooler. There werent any climbs that were too difficult for him. He was able to comfortably explore with me. The trees completely take you out of the outside world. Sounds and smells change. The temperature is different. I didnt expect to notice as much of a difference with it being such a small wooded area. It was a fun learning opportunity for the little one. Definitely would recommend, and will visit again.

All the grandkids just love this place! Loads of fun in the splash pad and the playground. Everything is so clean and brand new.

This is the BEST splash pad I have ever been to! Try to go during off hours to avoid the crowd. And be prepared for little kids cutting the line for the big slide. But every time we go we have a blast! They have little things for the babies and the big dumb bucket and slides for the big kids. There is a fence around the splash pad which helps to keep track of the little ones. There is only one way in and one way out which feels safer. Bathrooms are close by. And the rest of the park is equally amazing!

Best park/ water park in Moore its a wonderful place for kids and parents.

My kids loved this water park. Such a fun variety of water activities. The water slide and big pirate bucket dumping water was a big hit with the kiddos! Will definitely be back.

The splash pad and park are awesome if your kids get bored with conventional parks. The water slide is a seriously great addition, but that said, if your kids go down the water slide face-first after the water is turned off (@8pm), they will bust their on the acrylic stop at the end, as there is no water to slow them down anymore

A pirate themed water park and playground, that my son really enjoyed! Its really nice with two slides in the water area and plenty of seats and shade for the grownups. And its free! Didnt spend a dime for hours of fun! We will definitely return!

We rented a pavilion for my sons 4th birthday and it was super easy to set up. Clean and well maintained. I just wish there was a few minutes between renting times for take-down of one party and setup for the next. The next people showed up 30 minutes before our time was up and wanted to start setup for their own party. I had to show them my voucher that said my allotted time so theyd leave us alone.

Great park and the best splash pad weve found in the Moore/ Norman area. The splash pad has a pretty big water slide and a smaller one for little kids. The playground is big with many different areas to play on. The only suggestion I would make is for more bathrooms. There is only one womens and one mens stall, and there is usually a line since is such a high trafficked park.

The kids love it here. Plenty of sitting area and shade. Love the pirate theme. The only thing is the address isnt updated with Google Maps.

Great splash pad! It can get kinda crazy with lots of unsupervised older children and is better for the 5 and up ages imo. I have to really keep and eye out on 3 and 5 year old and make sure they dont get hurt/pushed around by older kids. They love it when its not busy.

This is is one of our favorite parks! Always clean, huge playground with lots of different activities for all ages, plenty of seating in and out of the sun.
