Very nice park. Large parking area with plenty of spots, large parking area for trucks that have trailers.Very nice beach area for swimming and separate area for fishing with a very big dock.Family friendly fishing with lots of pan fish.

Its a peaceful park to go to. Can walk the path sit in the park to watch the river or just all the beautiful flowers. Great place to take the family or just some quiet time for yourself. They do a great job keeping up with everything.

I love this park, my favorite! Very clean, great walking trails, beautiful views, very relaxing, paths along the river.there are indoor bathrooms that are very clean and are open seasonally otherwise theres a porta potty, large playground, volleyball court, horseshoes. Benches along the river

Tranquil oasis with trail. Do not disturb any owners land, the people of Maple Grove MN all live in a lot of suspicion of other human beings and its sad how filled with fear they are but if you ignore all that, the nature part is actually nice!!:)

Nice playground next to the Mississippi river. Pavilions and grills for picnics, a basketball court and a nice shaded trail for walking or biking. 12+ parking spots and wheelchair accessible. The playground is in the theme of a boat and has a musical instrument station with bells and drums.

The best park in Monticello aside from having to warn your kids every 10 minutes not to drown in the river. The water looks hypnotizing sometimes as if its beckoning you. Other than that the close proximity to the highway is also concerning, but there is a walkway that goes under the bridge that leads to a wonderful hill thats good for sledding in the winter. Just make sure if you are on the heftier side of the scale to not sled down the side of the hill pointed towards the ditch that goes into the river.

Well-maintained park. Great view of the Mississippi, along with several benches and walking paths to take-in the view. The flower patches were also nice to see and smell. If you look closely into the trees and riverbank you can also see several species of birds. Highly recommend if youre in the area.

Clean, nice bathrooms, equipment in great condition. My only complaint is the play structure is hard for little ones. Two large tube slides can only be accessed via two uphill tube tunnels which my 1 (almost 2 yo) struggled with. I like the music toys, sand diggers, and riding toys though! Also has a nice rock wall for older kids and swings!

This park doesn’t disappoint. Easy parking, clean paths and plenty of benches overseeing the river. Literally spent hours here this past weekend. I would highly recommend! Not sure what was better, the company or the park :)

Nice park. Lots of fun activities for kids of all ages. My two oldest kids absolutely loved it here.

This is one beautiful park! Looks very well maintained located directly behind Sleep Concepts Mattress and Futon Company right on the Mississippi River. Huge playground for the kids and lots of park beaches for us old folks!

Its a nice place to relax and watch the river or go for a walk. If the river isnt to high large mouth bass, carp, and cat fish all rite off the shore or dock.

Great park, a little small but good for kids and there is a basketball court great for playing on. The river view is great too.

Nicely maintained park with areas for kids to slide, play in the sand, climb a small wall, play basketball with a full range of monkey bars to swing on.

Walk and roll event was awesome. Lots of bicycles given away. The only complaint is they mentioned food vendors. The only one was Jimmy Johns. The rest just handed out coupons.

The park is very well maintained, clean restrooms, plenty of trash receptacles, picnic tables, grills, and light posts. There is a great play ground and even a rock climbing wall!The view of the river is a beautiful bonus.There is a building for public functions that has a small kitchen.In the winter they decorate with tons of lights and provide a hill for children to sled down!
