My In Laws live here and have for the last 4 or 5 years. Overall, this mobile home park has changed tremendously, However, they literally have had 5 or 6 different onsite managers. So that is one of the things they should work on. To me, better management and could be more consistent with who works in the office. If that would happen. To me to could ve even better.

I purchased a mobile home here, the previous tenants prior to leaving informed me about the poor management. Needless to say I’m very unsatisfied with the communication between the property and myself. The office is never open, there is no good contact number and I was served a Dispossessory Warrant for not paying rent which is false and I have my money order receipts to prove it! Unnecessary stress! These are the same issues the previous tenants warned me about! I do not recommend this property at all!

Management is the worlds worst !! Its an okay place if not for that and even tho there are more cops that ride thru than there should be nonone really messes with ya.

Why is letters always missing from your sign ? Or its always messed up? Also wish yall would serio keep owners more than just a few months at a time... seems impossible to speak with an owner without them switching hands... Hard to find out information concerning rentin or buying. However it has improved from what it used to be!!!

The old land lady that was here left, the new one is a lot better and friendlier when it comes to the application process. She’s been a huge help with organizing things and helping us get everything done in order to move in. Only downside is she’s not in the park often due to managing the other parks which I can understand.

This place has new management that expect change overnight and fine residents if they dont comply as well as a huge amount of harassing city of Monroe police presence and a ton of folks that need to mind they own business and stop snitchin bout things they aint got a clue to even talk about..... Hey someone needed to say it!!

I think this would be a decent and quite place to rent even thou the mobile homes are a little steep on rent which I think the rent should include utilities. I havent exactly gotten on the property yet, but its in progress...I advise anyone whos interested not to deal with a woman named Marshall because she was very very very rude to me with a very nasty attitude and told me to find some place else because this place was not meant for me and all I was trying to do was get a better understanding of the application and much assistance as I could get to speed up my process, but unfortunately, she was not patient enough with me and I am just a single mother trying to get a budgeted and nice home for me and my children. So, ask for someone else to get assistance in renting a place other than her if you want good treatment.

Its starting to look better. Still need to get them older mobile homes out of there. They really look bad and if you really wanna clean it up that would be the first thing to do.

THE CONESTOGA MHP has been getting better and better as the monthes and years progress. Ive been here for 7 Years and my kids play and are safe. we walk at night without any problems. If theres anywhere else you can get a 2 bedroom for 400 bucks id like to know where. This is a safe great place for any family who just needa a cheap safe place to live. I leave my kids bikes and toys on the front lawn all night long and nothing has ever been stolen! Not everyone can afford rent at 900 a month. The folks here work in the restaurants,the hospital,walmart,rhe nursing himes,many older and disabled people live here.I love my community.

Its just cool here.

We drove threw their about a month ago i was shocked their trying to clean it up they still have some bad trailers but southside will always have a bad name maybe the new people will try to fix that to

I love Southside. I grew up here and yes there’s some bad people but oh well you don’t like it don’t go. It’s a great place for kids to see what drugs will do to you I’m scared to even smoke a cigarette. but if it wasn’t for Southside my family wouldn’t have a home.

Its alot better then now. Years ago it was terrible, bad streets, bad people. Now its much better, cleaner. Street have been fixed.

Completely awful ... Crappy trailers with too high rent especially considering the shape the places are in ... Cops are always in the place ... Druggies and thieves everywhere in and around the park ... Definitely not somewhere Id ever suggest anyone stay even short term
