Clean and homes are not crowded on top of each other.

This place needs work to say the least. HUGE pot hole in the concrete as soon as you pull in. need a truck if you plan on going through it. park consists of some run down/trashy mobile homes as well as residents. owner needs to get their S#%@ together and clean/fix this place up.
