First visit to the place is very positive.. park is very clean and well laid out seems very quiet and a sleepy atmosphere,,

Doesn’t show any of the park in photos, who cares about a boat outside. Post pics of the front, side, back, and all rooms inside of the mobile home.

We enjoy the quiet. We have lived in 3 different places there. Now we have a camper there. Nice neighbors. Very enjoyable.

Rent to high, no return on security deposit, trailers are rotten, you will be harrassed, evicted, no loud sounds, no guest, no repainting, repairing, no crying kids, dont come outside, dont walk on grass, dont park on grass, NO COMPANY !! THEY WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE ! NO VISTORS !

Looks to be very clean, quiet, and safe...older but nice.

Visited this place cause a friend recommended it to me. So I go over to gander at the campground area pretty much and I see the worse thing about a nice place like this. I only wish I could have had my phone on me and got pics of what was going on. But here you go ... Sewage truck pumping out the sewage collected from the campground area then goes around to what appears to be a lake and gets out and opened the valve and the sewage comes spealling out on to the ground and into the lake. I then decided not to go and rent from this place.

Its a great Park if you like living in a trailer I was helping a friend move but its real spacious and big

The mobile homes are very nice and have been very well up kept. No pets. Unfortunately. Its a mobile home/RV park. It has a basketball court for kids. A pond to walk around. NO FISHING in Pond. No kids allowed in RV lots. Trash and Water is included with youre rent. But you get charged by how many 1000 gallons you use. No drama. Nice friendly neighbors. No Loud Music. No Dirt bikes, 4 Wheelers, or Go-Karts. Rents due the 1st of every month. And youre Water is due on the 5th. After either one is a late fee. So make sure youre not late!

If you stay locked up in your house all the time with no visiters and plan to never have anything touching you itty bitty yard then this place is for you! Home sweet home

I rented for a month. I paid $500.00 for a glorified driveway. I had a gravel pad with a spiket and an outlet. Most driveways have that.They do nothing but mow the lawn on the motor home side. They are on site a couple of days a month to collect rent and that is it.My site was next to a couple stagnant muddy ponds. The ants were ridiculous I was constantly poisoning, no facilities, no amenuties.They have a lame basket ball hoop. There is a duck pond with catfish in it, but no fishing! The pond looks like a giant mud puddle. There are dead branches, duff everywhere.It was a lot like camping, not worth $500.00.Not even close.

We moved in August 15th 2015. Rent was not pro rated for the month.we moved in but On the following months rent. We paid 1300 total to move in plus they require a 75$ deposit. We move in and was not here 2 weeks and the owner comes.knocking.on the.door telling my husband. he can not have his harley.in the.complex it was to loud and he was not.going to tolerate it. That he could get.rid.of the motorcycle or we would be.forced.ro move. This.is my.husbands sole means baxk and.forth to.work. and his baby. Our lease clearly. Says motorcycles.are allowed if.they are used.for.transportation purposes . Well since we.did not.get.rid of the bike.and kiss his ass he filed.an.evicition on us. We won the eviction in.court. and now are being.evicted again under he claims late rent . We are moving because we do not want.to.be harrassed every month. Also for some odd reason we hadnt received a.light.bill.since.we.have been.here.so.we kept calling the electric company and they said they were mailed.out. Well just the.other day the maintance man.leaves.our light bills in the.door and leaves.quickly . Seems i guess.the mail person didnt.know.which mailbox to put in and.turned.into the office and.since the.office has no idea what they are doing just.decides not.to give.to us... We are constantly harrassed by.our neighbor a she works.in the office here . If you are not willing ro kiss peoples.ass don.t move in here. AS FOR MANAGEMENT OF THIS PROPERTY AS WELL AS.THE.OWNER MR.SIMS. KARMA. WILL.COME.BACK.TO YOU. JUST BECAUSE YOU HAVE MONEY.DOESNT.MEAN YOUR GOD OR YOU HAVE THE.RIGHT.TO.TREAT PEOPLE.HOWEVER.U WANT TO.
