Need to have mail boxes fixed.some of the covers are missing.and yards could be cleaner

Well i seen that the office people or person posted an ad on Facebook for trailers for sale and rent so I aqquired about the trailer was told they didnt have any available ATM but the ad stayed up then I came to the office to ask in person only to see the office closed during business hours and no answer from them when I called then I aqquired again on the ad from Facebook through messenger and find Im blocked wth..? All I wanted to do was purchase a home outright or rent totally fine with me but I just cant believe the ad is still up on the house I wanted to buy ???

The park has been upgraded from a monkey bar cage to a actual playground and the trailers are being updated since the governor Mike Dwayne has giving the park a new equipment

The leasing agent does not return calls at all. You have to go up there, and if there is a issue with something, good luck getting help.

Not bad

This WAS a very nice place to live. 10 years of peaceful living. Then new owners over this year. Now it is a total hell hole. They extort money from residents, charge way more for water and sewer than the water company charges them then the water is shut off for 3 to 6 hours every day. No one is ever avaliable in the office and messages are ignored. They add charges on rent without notice. Also maintenance steals from your yard and when caught says they can do whatever they want. This is a horrible place to live thanks to new owners. They absolutely destroyed this place. There are no amenities what so ever here. None. Dont live here.

I go here to visit a relative quite often. You know the old saying the road to hell is paved with good intentions? I always think the road to Pleasantville is paved a bad decisions. The park is maintained nice enough though.

Its not a bad place to live the people are all nice and Ive never really had any problems.

You can never contact anyone, there is never a breakdown for extra charges on the rent or water bills, and the place is rundown. A friend of ours was in the hospital for a month with her water shut off and they still tried to charge her for it. Its all a scam and they cant keep a manager to save their lives. The mailboxes are falling apart and there are no amenities. The new property manager since the company was sold to Meritus is a joke. Good luck ever finding her in the office or getting a phone call back. If you leave a voicemail its never returned and when I was finally able to speak with her in person I was told that she didnt even know there was a voicemail or how to check it. Please if you have the option to live anywhere else Id do it and save yourself the headache.
