Awesome place. One of my favorite park.

Lately when I have been going to Rose Avenue park, I have either found remnants of drug usage, (i.e. needles, including one with stuff still in it) and other times I have seen the people actively tying off to shoot up! While theyre just sitting in the grass, for my kids to see and ask me what they are doing!!

Nice little park. Good parking. Didnt go to the bath room so cant say if they are any good. And i didnt even see a hobo at all.

Love the park just wish the homeless wouldnt leave their pharafinia laying around

Very clean park

Lived in area since 1960 and went to Rose Ave School and nothing bad has ever happened at the Park or around School. Very shady and lots of BIRTHDAY Parties happen there with out any PROBLEMS. Great give it 5 stars.

Love how they have maintained the park all these years

The play area was very dirty with green and yellow mold or moss qith lots of thick cob webs. There was lots of red and huge black ants there. Felt uncomfortable having my kids play there. Lots of graffiti and little shade for the kids. Water fountain dirty and drawn all over.

Love this park. But bathrooms are never open which makes my family choose to go to downey instead.

Pizza was heavyAF!

Terrible!!! People were in the bathroom doing drugs. Groups of 3 and 4 at a time, cursing and passing drugs. The grass area its full of stickers and dry like a dessert!!!
