I highly recommend Pete’s party castle! We had my son’s second birthday here today and it was awesome!! We did a party package that came with the room, pizza, drinks, plates & cups, balloons and tokens for all kids!! They did all the set up for us. Our party host, Abbie, was attentive and friendly! Gave us all the details we needed!! Everyone, even the adults had something to do! My son had a wonderful birthday. The price we paid for everything we got was reasonable and well worth it. Everything was kept clean as well. Would definitely go back!

Nice place to bring smaller children too. The food is ok. The games are exciting for the children. The staff keeps the place clean.

Nice place to let your kids run around. Trash and food litter the floor. Arcade games mediocre if they dont take your tokens. Service staff are just going through the motions. Love watching UFC on the TV. Im sure all the little kids like watching two dudes beat each other up while they run around. One swinging doors is broken and you can come and go freely. Only staff on the floor was just to bring food or get them a refill.

We had a great time! Enjoyed the fries and games. The customer service was horrible and the young girl working the front counter was more interested in the teenage boys hanging out with her than helping the customers.

I am sorry, but a little effort and TLC should be given to your games. They should be clean and functioning properly (provide tickets as expected and NOT take your tokens w/ no game). Overall, it is a good place for children 7 and under...maybe 5 and under is more appropriate.

Had my 3 year old’s birthday party there. I called to confirm, since I made the reservation online and never received an email confirmation, which they said they had it. When we arrived day of, they misplaced my reservation so nothing was ready, my daughter didn’t get the added tokens until asked for, we had to go to the front to get more plates/cups for a 10 minimum kid party, then the package said it included an “i-Rip inflatable” but when I asked about it, no one had a clue what that was.On a positive note- the pizza was decent, you can have unlimited drinks, and the staff was friendly. The kids also seemed to have fun and that’s the part that matters. I won’t do another party there but I’ll take her to play again.

Great place for kids a few more games then expected were out if service... food was good but very unorganized for example they gave us #16b then gave our food to #16 then after the man grabbed our cheeseburger (the burger itself not plate) staff tried giving it to us...they did end up making us a new burger....great for kids but i suggest eat before you go

We had a party for a 3 y.o. the floors were filthy. You could feel the stickiness .when we asked attendant to mop, she said the floors were okay, they are just old. No! The floors need a thorough cleaning.

Attended a birthday party. The kids had a great time, which is what its all about. The pizza took forever to come out and could have been a bit more done.

Not a bad place. Not overly crowded and seems to have a good variety of games for the kids. The food area isnt the cleanest, which I guess is the reason for an 80 on their health card score. Id bring kids here to play games for an hour or so.

Came here tonight with my family and children and they decide to close at 7 because they “we not busy enough to stay open” is what the girl at the front said. When there were 4 cars outside trying to come in as well. She also said we would have to pay for my ONE YEAR OLD to bring his bottle inside. Will NEVER return here.

Decent place, relatively clean, the climbing castle is big enough for adults to get up in and supervise little kids. Good selection of arcade games be careful about the tickets though they run out quick on busy days. Overall a fun place. Will be going back the kids loved it.

The place is good for parties. They need to be a little cleaner. Also their arcade games some would get stuck or eat your tokens. Other games wouldnt give you tickets. Thankfully their food was not bad and my little one had a blast after all.

This place is ok. The owner is the only really nice employee thats not super irritated when you need help. The help part, is having your tokens stolen by many of the rides and games. Pizza was really good and generally its clean. My daughter loves the climbing fort. For $10 we have lots of tokens and fun. My daughter really enjoys it. Previously, there were workers that were not friendly at all and rude and made me feel like I was burdening them. Stood at the entrance for 5 minutes before they even knew I was there. So its a toss up as far as customer service which is where my 3 stars come from.***Edit 10/13/19*** Had my childrens party there this past weekend. The helper for the party hardly did anything. Very frustrating when you have a party with 20+ people. Had to chase her down for things we needed. Me and my guests cleaned up almost everything and she was still nowhere to be found. Games still ate tokens and some were more broken than before. I spent $200+ ordered 4 pizzas and paid for 13 kids to get pizza and drinks. When I asked for a water pitcher and a few cups for the adults, they charged me 50 cents a cup. I was not happy about that at all. Really petty to charge for that. They provided balloons, napkins, table cloth for the party but it was all from the Dollar Tree. Table cloth ripped and plates were flimsy. Hind sight, I would have brought all my own stuff including water cups for adults. Overall my score stays a 3. There are limited places for kids parties. I would say you get what you pay for, but I feel I paid way more for what I actually got. Girls at front are still rude.

I would have gave this places five star rating if I could give them or I would have maybe more than five until tonight I like coming here late night on the weekday to get my kids to go run around and play on their little dragon playground and their little ride on toys or whatever you call them well anyways the two young girls here want to throw attitudes and be very rude and then try to shut the place down at 8:30 if youre going to shut the place down at 8:30 Im not going to pay $6 for my kids to play thats insane I came here a little before 7:50 they didnt explain that they were going to shut down at 8:30 well I said something about it why did they not say anything well they turned around and started talking to each other about me like I couldnt hear them its all good though but they definitely need a lesson in dealing with customers other than that its fine but that could upgrade a few things

Im going to be in Mobile for quite some time on my current project. Ill be staying at this hotel through the duration. Ive only been here a week, but I can tell you why you should stay here for work or pleasure. The hotel is new. The staff have all been super nice and helpful. The breakfast spread is more than adequate. The room is extremely quiet, roomy and well appointed. They have almost too many channels in the TV. The internet is fast and reliable. The only word of caution I have for you is if youre driving a car, slow down to enter the parking lot because whomever built it made an angle that will hit your front fairing. You can tell many a car has bottomed out coming in.

8,7, and 3 year old had a blast but not much for a one year old to do. The toddler area toys were broken and duck taped together. High chairs needed to be cleaned, had crusty food on them. Food was good, bigger kids had a great time!

Great place to play with kids but had to take my 4yo and 8yo to er running 105.1 and 104.2 fever Dr stating most likely got from them playing in tunnels and games ... Small basketball game was broken, so small boys couldnt play. And it was hard to get tickets and the items u can get with tickets are extremely overpriced.

Several of the games were not working properly. Some were marked out of order, but quite a few were not marked and took tokens that were not returned. A few of the games had ran out of tickets and were not dispensing tickets properly. The parking lot, dining area, and restrooms needed more attention and cleaning. However, my 3 and 5 year old thoroughly enjoyed themselves despite the shortcomings.

We had a birthday party here. It was not very expensive for what was included. It was very secure to let most kids play around by themselves safely. They werent as crowded as chucke cheese, which was very nice. The food is pretty expensive though. Overall, we had a great time!

We had our daughters third birthday party here and the kids loved it. Before the party, I was a little unclear with what was included in my booking, and I would have liked a little more information, but that is my only recommendation. That being said, I have to brag on the young people who work here. We donated our daughters party to a friend who is battling cancer, and when the staff heard about it they donated their entire tip jar. The staff was so helpful on the day of the party. Our host and everyone working was wonderful! We will definitely be back :) thank you, Pete’s!

Im giving two stars...We used to come here very often to let the kids play. They always kept it clean and functioning. The food was always great. Ive been there twice this month and it has been terrible. On my first visit it was in the evening time with not so many people there but every table in the front had trash just sitting on them so everyone that was there was sitting in the very back unless you wanted to clean your own table off from whoever ate there prior. Then o spent $40 in tokens and I have 3 kids. Every time I turned around a machine was taking the kids money the girls at the regusters seemed bothered by me telling them about the machines and wanting my kids tokens or tickets out if them. Its horrible paying for play time then had no to spend the whole time shuffling between 3 kids to fix the problem of tickets or tokens. Eventually we left. Wasted money. Then the second time for my daughters 8tnoh birthday she wanted to go there but I really didnt because of our last experience. But it was her birthday so I caved and went upon arrival I was told the castle was shut down and the arcades were open. Well... Thats convenient. I asked her how long it would be shut down she said she didnt know because she couldnt get her boss on the phone... So the whole time its an endless pit of money.

Food was good and made just as I had asked. Lots of games and rides for the kids. Also they have a huge play gym and a toddler play area. My kids lived it. Prices were decent.

I recently visited Pete’s Party Castle and it was fantastic. From the time we got there to the time we left it. One of the Staff name Karen was an absolute doll very helpful friendly and polite. Two thumbs up

This place is fun for all ages. My son has enjoyed it since he was a toddler, and he is now 9 and still has a blast. We went as a family, and even the adults played and had fun!

Their online party reservation system is a sham. They dont check it and neither do they honor any reservations that have been made online even after a deposit has been paid.That being said...Their party room will not hold more than 18 kids comfortably and if you want to set it up properly, be prepared to do it yourself with no help from the staff.They assign one person to help you but really all that person is there for is to bring out the pizza for the kids and thats it. The gave us 2 pitchers for 2 different type of drinks but did not stay to make sure that all the kids were served. We had to walk up to the drink station and fill up our own pitchers multiple times because we had parents attending the party as well. The person assigned to help us made no effort to even recognize that we needed help when we stood at the counter with questions.What we assumed to be the manager, was not even concerned with the party either.And for the kicker - There was no one else at the place till the end of the party.Sorry but we will not be having another kids party over there again and would strongly suggest that you look elsewhere for a kids party location!!!

Very reasonably priced! My 4 year old loved it. However I was very hungry and had to wait close to an hour for food. I only took a few bites of it and threw it away because it did not taste good and I wanted to like it.

Took my 15 month old grand daughter and she enjoyed the experience thoroughly! Primarily stayed in the toddler section since she was too small for other activities but she loved it nonetheless.

Do not waste your money! Almost all the machines were broken and most took our money. Made this aware to an employee who was supposed to tell the manager whom we never saw. Not to mention i couldnt used a good cleaning. Looks like it hasnt been vacuumed in a year. This used to be a nice place to take your kids. I dont understand...if youre going to run an establishment keep it up instead of letting it fall to pieces.

My children love going to Petes Party Castle! Tokens and admission are not expensive. The admission is $3 per walking child, but if buying tokens or food then you get one free admission for every $10 spent. I do think that their ticket prizes could be better though...

Good place to bring kids to run off some steam

Very nice place for the entire family. They have fair prices on tokens & if there is ever any issue with the games then they go out & get it fixed & return any tokens you may have lost due to the games malfunctioning. Majority of the food is a bit over priced though in my opinion but they do have bottomless chips & salsa & free refills on drinks if you or the kids need something to snack on during the visit but dont want to shell out the money for the rest of the menu items.

The staff is very nice and the food there is also very decent. Would recommend this place if you were to compare it to Chuck E. Cheese

None of the games were working correctly. We played games for an hour and only got 35 tickets instead of the 150 or 200 we won. My 3 year old wanted prizes of course, but all we could afford with 35 tickets were two dumb dumbs and a tootsie roll.

I would have give them a four but rude workers and dont allow ice cream for parties and it does not come with ice cream in the packages. Other that my son had fun

I booked a party on line and paid via pay pal the $50 deposit. I had questions and wanted confirmation so I called.....no one EVER answers the phone!! I left 2 messages and sent emails. Still, no reply! They are quick to take your money (non-refundable BTW), but they dont reply to my request or questions.Very bad owners and management who allow this kind of practice. Confirmation emails are not difficult to do in this day in time. They sure were quick to take my $50!!I dont recommend anyone use them for a party! They are poorly run and managed obviously. My childs party is next weekend and I dont have a clue if these people even know it, just that they got my $50 deposit.Buyers beware!!!!!!

This place is fun for kids some people might not like others might it’s kinda a mix for me the games are very cheep and I only got 10 tickets when I went there for my friends bday but the punching bag is soo much fun I had a match with me and my friend sadly I lost but the pizza makes me sick to my stomach I threw up in the bathroom a couple of times and that’s the day my day at Pete’s was very cruddy me and my friends shared candy because I was only able to get a dum dum On the way back from Pete’s I though what about other kids will they be sick to their stoumach if they eat that pizza I’m 10

Was told I couldn’t bring in food for my kids who have food allergies and can not eat the food they have there. I guess my 6 year old and 3 year old will just watch everyone else eat pizza and be hungry. Thanks for nothing.

Food and drink prices a little high for families.

I dont recommend this place for a birthday party! First, the price to just book a table is not what is advertised on their mobile site! When I went to book, the $30 on the site became $50. (I was informed that the site just hadnt been updated yet!) I thought, maybe this higher price would include more services! NOPE! (Last year, we paid $40, which included admission for 5 children, pizza, drinks, plates, a small cake, and game tokens! My son had a blast!) So what did my $50 get this year? Just the table, 5 children admissions, and 5 birthday paper plates, cups, and hats you can find at the Dollar Tree in packs of 10! Food, drinks, and tokens were extra! To top it all off, they got rid of the bouncy slide and replaced it with a bunch of games that costed even more money in tokens! The staff was mostly unhelpful and obviously did not want to be there! That place is turning into yet another money pit arcade that doesnt provide much in the way of physical play! Im very disappointed in the new improved Petes and if I could give them a 0 star rating, I would!

Great place for kids! Kids had fun but there was not enough staff members and the ticket counters were not working for a portion of the time we was there. Also several of the games were not working and some would take tokens n not allow the game to work.

My child loves Petes, they are always friendly, customer service is excellent, food is good, and the games are fun.

This was a fun place. its super busy, though and can be hard to keep up with your kids at times if theyre running in separate directions. You cant exit unless they buzz you out, though. They need to reinstate their bracelet policy though to make sure no one possibly leaves with a stranger.

Had my sons party here. Staff was friendly, laid back. Area was clean and spacious. Lots for kids to do. I suggest adding surround sound to play to keep the energy levels high and the kids pumped up.

Had my grandsons birthday party at Petes today. Got there at 2:10. Party was booked for 2:30. Nothing was set up for the party. My guests started arriving at 2:30 and finally everything was ready at 2:40 - 2:45. I booked my party Tuesday online. I had 16 children in attendance, 3 were toddlers. Who didnt eat the two pieces of pizza that came with the per person charge. They didnt get soft drinks either. They did get their tokens to play in the toddler area, so I paid 17.99 each for 20 tokens.. WOW!! I ordered 100 extra tokens for 50 bucks, 3 meat pizzas for the adults at 15.99 a pop. When the pizzas I ordered were brought out, there were no plates and no napkins. I was told theyre in the napkin holders. Guess what?? Napkin holders were empty.. I had to go back again and ask for some. Then when it came time to cut the cake, I had to ask for plates and forks. The girl gave me 14 plates for 33 people, so I went in the cabinet and got my own. I had to ask for forks too. I was told oh theyre over there. There were 8 in the holder. I had to go under the counter and get more. I was also charged an extra 50 bucks for an extra table because I had 16 kids. Three of those were toddlers who couldnt sit at the table with the other kids. NEVER AGAIN will I have a party at Petes!!!!

The kids had a great time but I was not impressed. The pizza was not good. The parry attendants were not as attentive as they should be. Most of the entertainment for the kids is through token run games. The kids get a set number of tokens depending on the party package and they go fast. Once they run out the kids are constantly wanting more money to keep them entertained. It is really big and open which is a plus if you have a large group
