Its been a very long time since Ive been here. But I really did enjoy my grandson birthday here. The atmosphere is great, so is the pizza, and the wings. I was really surprised. Customers service was nice, an attentive. When one party ended, then the next party started because of social distancing. Lots of new games for the kids to play and a booth that you go into to try and catch tickets as they fly around. Makes you wish you were a kid again.
This place has been renovated to the 2.0 design. If the nostalgia is one thing you look for here, save your money. They have done away with the show stage and Munchs Make Believe Band. They have plenty of seating and a few games.I personally feel at this time it is not worth the money if you have a bigger family to pay for.
Good time, their pizza has really improved in fact it was delicious, first time Ive said that about chuck e cheese, little strange with out the animatronic playing on the stage, but good time grandson loved it
I get the company an the employees working here need money,But at the same time I got to pay full price For an establishment that’s half open..Half the games can’t be played..I payed for an hour worth of play, when what all was open could be played in 15 mins.Usually pretty descent place.Only giving in the one star cause after the money you spent, you feel like it wasn’t worth it.
Place needs some serious attention. Tables left dirty for adv hour and a half. Half the machines are broke, dont give tickets, or are turned off. Probably wont go back. Unfortunate because there isnt many places in mobile like this to take kiddo. Been to other ones around the country and they were a great experience. This one needs serious help.
Aug 3rd. Was not busy. The grandbabys had fun playing. The 45 min card was 18 ordered med 2 topping and cheese bread. Was not good. Did not even it it. Total i payed was over 50$ with the 4 drinks. Way to much for that. Now the bathroom needs to be cleaned smelled bad. I gagged it was so nasty.
I havent been here since I was a kid, and took my 5 year old here a couple days ago. Weird and gloomy feeling. Half the games werent working or putting out tickets, the fun animatronics arent there any more, they were replaced by a tiny dance floor thats hilariously bad.
My family and I had a great time, Chuck E. Cheese is a great place for family time fun and games, your kids will love it.
The card setup for play is perfect! The young ladys at the door super nice. The gentlemen repairing all of the broken games and ticket counter were so nice. Unfortunately I got hit very hard with a basketball in the head thankful it was me and not my 4yr old. None of the bowling games worked. So many games were broken and they just remodeled. The repairman did his best. But one person cannot do all of that. The lady with a ponytail did minimal to assist in the ticket counter problem and she was the manager. You also have to pay $3.07 for a cup even if you arent drinking soda. My son enjoys water but, we are forced to pay for soda. The water wasnt $3 worthy.
Do not be fooled by the pictures on this location. THERE IS NO BAND, NOT EVEN A SINGLE ANIMATRONIC ON STAGE (staff claimed that the building is under renovation as of 6/27/20 and thats why there were no robots on stage. I would definitely call first and verify before going; especially if you are paying for a birthday party). And of course, the Chuck E. Cheese that usually comes out to greet the kids is also non-existent due to COVID. So, if your child loves to see ole Chuck E Cheese like my child does, do yourself a favor and go to another locaiton. This is merely an arcade at this point. Chuck E Cheese has left the building.***On top of that, be aware that this location is across the street from an abortion clinic. We noticed this when leaving the facility. Placing a childrens amusement franchise across from an abortion clinic is....disturbing to say the least!***
The kids had a great time and so did I . I thought it was a little pricey thank god for coupons.
They finally updated it after many many years but super dead atmosphere. But it was finally clean, but boring
Great fun place for kids. My son loves it here, he chased Chuck E. Cheese around the entire place. The guy was awesome!
I keep calling to make a reservation no one answers the phone it is now 10/30/2020 I have been calling since last week 10/21/2020. What is going on? Is this location closed?
Nice and clean now..but no band on the stage its so different but my 3 year old loved it so thats all that matters!
Amazing experience. I recommend everyone to try the new and improved Chuck e cheese! THANKS FOR A WONDERFUL BIRTHDAY!
Chuckie Cheese is a great place for kids to have fun. Me and my daughter London Victoria had a great time. All the Staff was very friendly. Mrs.Carla was wonderful. Shes the manager. We had trouble with some games. She had it fix right then. The other manager Im sorry I dont know her name sorry but I will edit this later but I had a problem with her. Me and my daughter had the buffet its from 12 to 2 on a Wednesday. I had to keep asking when they was going to bring more pizza out. Keep in mind it was not very busy I went back like at 1:30 and ask her again and her response was We brought more pizza out and I thought you eat it all. Im like really. This SO CALLED WOMEN DONT KNOW WHO SHES TALKING TOOAt that point Im so so mad and she still didnt put more pizza out. I then asked for Mrs.Carla and she said she wasnt there. I will get my chance to talk to her because my daughter is a regular person that loves to go there . just to know I havent been back in a month since then but my baby keeps asking to go so next week I will be there and hopefully I will get my chance to express my thoughts. Bathrooms there are pretty clean but that day it wasnt. Maybe that manager needs to be taught how to run a restaurant. Food taste good when it was brought out . Salad taste good but I came to eat pizza
Great for kids and families especially on days where its not crowded. The staff is friendly and helpful.
This Chuck E. Cheese was nice, Im visiting from California and this location is actually bigger than the location I go to up there..it was nice and clean and the kids had a good time..
Kids love it!
My husband and I and our children LOVE Chuck E. Cheese! If you want to beat the crowds go early. It has become something of a hot spot in recent years for people of all ages and turns into club Chuck E. Cheese at night. They are affordable and the staff members are real nice about returning points and tickets when games do not work properly. They have some new games and the machines are kept up. Nice arcade. Family friendly.
Loved it, me and my son had fun. Had to wait a while for pizza but thats because it was packed
We came for a birthday party. I like how they have the unlimited games now (you pay for the time). The pizza looked good, but I didn’t have any. All the workers were nice enough. There was a worker spray painting the ceiling while we were there and the fumes were very strong. Chuck E came out and high fived all the kids there for the birthday party. My kids were disappointed that the characters on stage never came on or sang.
This place seems unsafe for children. If you have one child to supervise then yes. More then no unless you take your whole tribe to help.
Not enough staff on the floor. Machines run out of tickets. They will let you stand and get frustrated before assisting you. Have patience check your food and have someone always at your table
First time here since the remodel. Look good but prices has change.
Had an awesome experience bringing little ones here.
Great place for family fun. Definitely recommend getting the minutes instead of the points. Went around 7pm and was impressed by the service we received.
A lot nicer than before... My kids had a blast
Chuckie Cheese doesnt feel so Chucky anymore ...Front register girls were not very friendly... I witnessed a guest with about 5 children have an outburst about service and she got her pizza and Birthday cake to go.i was fairly shocked to see the band of mechanical characters gone. There was a Birthday in the party area and Chuckie came out. it was like watching paint dry on the wall ...not very energetic what a complete waste of money those ppl paid to have their childs day of celebration there. I told staff that most drinks were not working flavor was gone ...I was sitting by the drink station, no one never came to fix the problem .only one ticket machine was working ...not sure if I will be returning this location. It was a horrible experience it might be a difference between day and night staff but someone definitely needs to fix the problem I work to hard to spend my hard earned money and not enjoy my grandbaby in such an environment thats meant for fun
Terrible very very very unprofessional.. To to to many broke games... Poor service... I asked for my money back...all u can say is come again
This place is full of children, yet so unsanitary. It smelled like baby diapers as soon as we stepped through the door. The restroom floors were soaked, I literally almost slipped. Most of the machines were having malfunctions. It would be better if they got it together.
Great place to take your children and good food.
The one lady working there was slow and uncocerned about the customer, the food was barely adaquate, tired atmosphere, cant recommend!
I visited here on 5/18 which was a Saturday because I was invited to a birthday party. Before this I haven’t been to chuck e cheese in about 10+ years, since I was a teenager. It has COMPLETELY changed! I notice a lot of games has been removed & it’s has a lot of empty spaces. The drink machine area was filthy, especially the dispenser that the straws sits in.The sweet tea wasn’t good and I’m pretty sure the drink nozzles wasn’t clean. The food was ok but it’s was cold but that’s my fault because I got there late. The black lady that hosted the party (she had on a red button down shirt and blue jeans that day),she was nice and checked on us often. The entrance/exit was kind of a hassle.I had finally seen Chuck e came out but it was only for a second but I’m guessing the guy in the costume couldn’t see?????, after that he was no where to be found,I remembered there was a time where he would come out and he walk around hug you, shake hands, and take pictures with you :/
Nice place though its so very new as of this posting so some construction work is being done. Some games didnt work but thats ok my kids still had a blast. Once this place is fully finished i believe it will be amazing. Go visit at least once.
This visit was actually lots of fun! All of the games were working and the place was clean. I hope they keep up the good work. We will definitely be back if it stays this way.
It was an awesome experience the staff and managers were very attentive and it was nice. They are renovating which is going to make it even better
My family had a blast. They have great deals on their site. The crew is also very helpful.
My grandkids love it… They have a pretty decent food menu for kids.
Don’t tell me it’s going to be 15 minutes to get my pizza when people pulled up after me getting theirs as soon as they pull in the parking lot. I’ve been waiting a whole hour and still don’t have my pizza, i will not be returning
My little girl loves this place and the people are nice and ready to help you
I loved it. Great games and terrific food!! They need more helpers on the floor to help though. The tables and eating areas could be cleaner as well.
Good for kids and adults. Eat pizza and play games! Its not like its use to be. The little gym for the kids is very small. They took out the big one. Chucky is different sizes now! He came out and did happy birthday for my granddaughter and he was like a kid size lol. It seemed like he was about 53 and weighed around 100lbs smh. Seen him do another party and he was skinny and tall lol. So very bad! Chucky looks like hes been starving for a long time.
I used to like Chuck-E-Cheese but now that theyve taken all of the characters off of stage its not that cool anymore
Its a Chuck E. Cheeses. The pizza was good. There was a cop there, your family is stamped for security and pizza didnt take too long. It was very busy, therefore tables needed clearing. They did once they noticed we needed it. It just should have been a bit cleaner but I understand why.
This place is ok for the kids, gets boring after awhile because there is really nothing for the small kids to do in this city. But now some of these parents treat this place like its a club coming in there showing everything the good Lord blessed them with. Its a shame and a scandal
Fun place and we like the pizza/salad.
Had a blast with my youngest son Landyn! Will definitely go back! Wasnt to expensive either!
Really great for kids especially for birthdays and special events.
The place is ghetto as hell! The kids have to fight over games with grown ups! Half of the games dont work! Theyre taken people money! Staff dont have no customer service skills! Poor management. When told the manager the games was having Issues he just looked at me as if, I was suppose to read his mind! Just close it down! RIP off!
Great place for the kids and adults lol its better with a coupon and I can always get one
The kids had a good time.
Its cleaner than some chuckecheeses. Staff is nice. Doesnt really get busy which is nice. Cook is good.
Good customer service, kids had a nice time
All the years I been going to this place and spending my money today has been a horrible experience for me. I was trying to enjoy my son’s birthday with games . I went to play the coin game which has about 4 sections for multiple people to play. One employee was refilling the tickets so I moved to the other side so I wouldn’t be in her way she utterly DISRESPECTFUL to the point where each section I moved she moved and jumped in front of me as if I was in her way. So I left to play another game with my kids and their dad the machine wouldn’t give any tickets so I told my kids dad to get the same girl because I didn’t want to say anything to her she got an attitude with him and said IT HAS TICKETS IN THE GAME! as if we didn’t know what we were talking about. I let that go because I was trying to keep a positive energy because my kids was enjoying themselves. We went to take pictures with Chuck E Cheese but for some reason we were ignored the whole time we keep asking for a picture and was looked over by other kids who was able to take pictures with him the traditional pose Chuck E. Cheese normally does with small kids. I told the manager we were trying to get a picture and he brought the person in the costume back instead of them doing the traditional pose for small kids this B!+cH put them nasty gloves on my child’s face while standing behind him!!! It took a lot out of me to not act like a fool around my kids. Come to find out it was the same little UGLY DISRESPECTFUL girl who got an attitude with us! Iam so disgusted with this place and the people who works there. Don’t waste your money with employees who don’t deserve a job!!
Food was awesome. Visit around 2 pm, will have a blast!
Changes that arent good less machines if working for kids to play on food prices are nuts for what u get not worth it
Fun for the family when its not crowded and kids arent trying to take over your games while their parents chill in the booths not watching their kids.
I never write reviews on anything good or bad but I also never been to an establishment this bad ! This was the most ghetto, dirty ran down place I’ve ever been and spent money .. they only had like 20 games, and more than half of them were broke ! They don’t have any slides or tunnels there was only two white people in the whole building and someone stole all their stuff off their table that pizza was the only ok thing about the place and it was dry and cold... on top of all that the staff was rude as hell ...
We had a great time, signed up online got coupon for pizza and even got free tokens for my step daughters birthday.
Food is great. BUT as many birthday parties and people just bring their kids up there the price is way too high. And those prices for unlimited play that isnt unlimited by the way is a joke
Its a good place to take your kids to eat and play .. a little pricey . but they do have good pizza
They have really tried to make improvements at this location. The pizza is still good, but the games are tending more towards older children. Lots of ticket based games. Games no longer take tokens, but used preloaded cards.
We had fun I just wish their were more toddler friendly games. My daughter is 2 and super smart. She can play some of the older kids games if she could reach em. I wish they hadnt removed the play tubes.
Games werent working, staff were too busy talking to each other to work.
Where to begin. Half of the games simply don’t work but they’ll take your money anyway. There are scores of unattended children/ toddlers who will come up and take your balls away or otherwise ruin the games. A lot of the games don’t produce tickets. The ticket redemption booths don’t work. Kids will steal your tickets. This place is a scam. If your day is going great and you’d love to ruin it, go to this Chuck E Cheese. It’s great for making your kids cry.
Theres no customer service, management had really bad attitude and did not know anything.
They really need to remodel this place, make it wider where they have the birthday tables are located and just more room all together
Very unprofessional staff. One young lady wouldnt let us ride anything due to it being 1hr & 30 minutes before closing and we had already paid. She was interested in shutting everything down and leaving early. It was very frustrating and I wont return or recommend.
The manager working was amazing. She explained to the kids how to use their points card and was very attentive to security. There isnt a play place anymore, and that was a drag. Plenty of games but Id say 40% of them werent working right INCLUDING to picture car. We always get a picture and it was out of ink. We did get some of our tickets back but we had to wait for an attendant which is hard with excited kids.
Its been awhile since Ive been here and things have changed. The guys on the floor have great customer service! The food menu is good. The ticket deals are good but better deals online! Overall a good spot to let the kids play and eat. Oh now the server beer to the adults....that didnt match for me. People need to be sober watching their kids! Hey!!! Thats just my opinion! Go have fun on a slow day. You enjoy it better!!! I did!!!
Best place for kids. Safe, fun for the whole family
Water was off an hour so we had to leave and go back. About a 1/3 of machines dont work..we didnt eat
Very Helpful staff. Always clean and fully operating establishment.
I always have a great time. Good food. Fun games.
Cant wait for the remodeling so that show will play, had fun with my 3 yr old and their games! Will be back soon.
We went on a field trip with my daughters kindergarten class. The staff was very unprepared for our arrival. Every child had one chaperone per the schools protocol. However, when we arrived the childrens pizza was already waiting for them, but all of the adults had to order food which we knew in advance. That being said, the establishment should have at least had food ready on the buffet. That was not the case. There were literally 4 slices of pizza on the buffet when we got there at approximately 12pm. They never brought anymore food out. So, all of the parents ordered individual meals. Considering the price ($12.43 for a personal pan pizza and a regular sized drink) the place made a killing off of us. We came with 4 charter buses packed with parents, students, and teachers. Yet, by 1:30 some teachers were just getting the food that they had ordered. The place was very understaffed: 2 people took orders, and one of them had to put us on hold to stamp hands as new customers arrived. There were plenty of parents who just walked across the street to other establishments for food that wouldnt take an hour to order and be served. I was not pleased at all. And, the entire ordeal there ruined the field trip for me as a parent. The staff was made aware of the trip very well in advance. But, preparations were very obviously not made accordingly. We were supposed to be back on the buses by 1:30, but we did not get loaded until well after 2.
Chuck E.Cheese was wonderful,my grandkids ( especially the 4yo Birthday boy had an amazing time, thanx guys
Great salad and pizzas. Awesome staff
The service with the young teens was unprofessional, alot of moving slow and not being excited about people being there with their kids, whether it was a birthday ir just an outing kids love this place and you need employees that love it to regardless of the stress level and this was on a sunday.. Better luck next time sign..
Clean enough and priced reasonably, but POOR customer service that apparently doesnt follow franchise standards. Stayed there over two hours with my daughter in hopes of seeing the actual Chuck E Cheese mascot that is supposed to appear every hour on the half hour. That never happened- even after I directly asked the lady behind the counter whose response was well get him out soon. Thirty minutes later, still no Chuck. Plenty of staff on hand during this time though. Emailed corporate already. Disappointing experience.
Its more like a place where adults dressup and hang out its horrible I took my granddaughter the experience was terrible. Paid for drinks the machines didnt work, the food is over priced. This is a place created for children Earhart a shame!!!!
It was an extremely crowded afternoon there. The food was delicious. I just wish they still had the play ground area instead of the small giraffe ride.
They only had 2 working ticket counters working. They only had one person behind the gift counter when there was a line of people and several workers who were just standing at the front counters. The place was efficiently run!
Over half the games did not work or out of tickets. Bathrooms were filthy. Tables were not clean. No one there when we left to make sure we had the right kids when we left. Horrible and inexcusable. We will never go again.
Spent $200 in here and will not do it again. We had to reserve and pay for 4 children even though we only had 2 kids. No one told us that there was a machine we could use to pause the timer on our unlimited game cards (2 hours unlimited). So the whole time we ate and opened presents we lost time. I mentioned this to our hostess and to a manager and neither person offered to add time to our cards.... And we were moved from our party area to a booth before we were done with the party.
