What a cool idea right in the heart of Mobiles entertainment district! I havent had a chance to try the food yet, but the pinball machines are great. Some of the game prices seem a little high, but that doesnt stop me from dropping in a few quarters every time Im downtown. The inside is clean, and the bartenders have always been very nice. This place will not disappoint. Great draft beer selection, unique sandwich options with original names, plus a chill atmosphere for anyone looking to have a good time. With free Nintendo games to play while you sit at the bar, you can enjoy a few beers and a Philly sandwich. There’s many arcade games if you’re not at the bar too.Pricing is more than fair, especially for the beer and I hope to see some more food options as this place grows. My sandwich was great! I suspect a long and happy future for Game Over!

From an amazing environment, fun and pleasent staff, throwback arcade games and good food. This place has it all for the old school gamers and geeks. The best part is, they are family friendly til 9pm so you can introduce your kids and family to the games we used to play and loose our allowances to!Right now they are on a soft menu of two Philly sandwiches and a couple of fry selections. I highly recommend the chicken philly and bacon cheddar fries!Several games are currently free play. And several are loose your allowance of quarters. They have new games coming in as well so be on the look out for those!If you want a bite to eat after midnight. Stop in and grab a bite. They are one of a literal handful that serve late into the night downtown.

Best NYE Ive had in awhile. Food was great... Get the rangoons... Service was awesome and friendly. Not too crowded, lots of games. Great downtown location! 100%would go again.

What a great night. Me and my friends enjoyed the nostalgic games. It helped us connect and still able to demonstrate our competitive spirit. I love the jukebox. Great idea to let the customers choose the music. All for a small price. Drink specials are pretty great deals, cheapest downtown.

Great food, great locations, delicious and many choices for beer or drinks, excellent and unique menu items & lots of retro games to play for free. I played super Mario on the big screen at the bar and enjoyed my philly sandwich.

Glad to see Mobile get a bar with a unique twist to it. Loved the older arcade games they had. I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 based on experiences I have had in similar bars. The owner should consider installing cup holders on the side of the machines. I have never been to a “beercade” before where you had to pay to play, since they’ll end up making more off drink sales if people are encouraged to stay longer. Having bar tenders handle drinks and change for games seemed to slow things down. Overall, it was a fun experience though, and I would recommend it!

Downtown on Daupin. Good bar, eclectic menu, great hamburgers, good service. Dont love it when its crowded, so I dont go in, but when its not its fun. They have old style pinball and video games.

Cool place. The Retro games we fun to play and only one of the bunch was out of order, which was good for the age of the games! The beer selection was good. I had the ramen noodles, and they were very good. The menu could use a little more variety though. I recommend stopping by for some fun and games!

Quite a bit of pinball machines and games from the 80s and 90s. All take quarters. Good beer selection too.

If you are looking for some place to go and have drinks with friends and unwind, this is the place to go. They have a lot of arcade games, but they also have SNES on one TV to play and NES on another. The food menu is new and they have some really good food. The staff is very friendly. This is absolutely worth checking out if you like arcade games and alcohol. Totally recommend!

I didnt take a picture of our food but let me tell you it was too good! The peanut butter jam burger was amazing.. and the new Orleans bbq butter shrimp was just as delicious.. and it was at a bar? Crazy huh. The atmosphere was cute and retro .. definitely will be coming back.

They have really cool games and they also let you play while enjoying their refreshments at the bar.

The retro video game atmosphere was cool I just wish I had some quarters and a little more time to actually stop and play some games. The food was good the beer was good...Ill be back!

This place is amazing. It was wonderful to be able to play all of my favorite childhood arcade games once again. The selection was vast, and they werent expensive.

By far the coolest thing we did while downtown. Chill atmosphere with lots of retro games, Nintendo setup, and great drinks. The relaxed environment brings strangers together to play and thats pretty awesome.

Fun place, even if youre not playing any games, the atmosphere is alive with the arcade games. The afternoon bartender was a little uniformed of the beers on tap, but very friendly.

Love this Pub. I’m a big retro gamer and they have a lot of arcade cabinets set up. If you just wanna relax and play while having a drink at the bar there is also SNES and NES classics ready to play.

Who doesnt love Arcade bars? Its a great experience, lots of retro games and the bar is decently priced. It was a great choice for a night out. Actually was at the bar across the street, then moved to this one since the other was pretty dull. Theres a younger crowd that goes here as well, which is pretty cool. All in all its somewhere you should really check out if youre in Mobile.

My brothers came in from Maryland for Mardi Gras and I knew I had to take them here. Loved it so much we went back 2 days later. My brothers still talk about how great this place is.The staff if friendly, the concept is awesome and nothing beats the arcade selection. Marvel vs Capcom 2 and adult beverages- can’t beat that combination!

Really loving this new venue. It has pin ball, 80s and 90s style video games, a BAR and specializes in Philly Cheesesteak sandwiches with different meats Turkey, Chicken and Pork in addition to steak. Love the names....Optimus Prime is my new fav. Well be back!

Pretty fun place not bad food. It got kind of expensive when youre playing games but overall I definitely like this place. Be prepared to be carded no matter how old you are.

Cool bar but they charged us four dollars for two waters and then afterwards told us if we had ordered drinks they would have been free... tell us that before hand or don’t charge us. It’s just bad policy and seemingly illegal.

I came in Monady around lunch time. I was with my dad who is kinda old. He wanted to use the bathroom before we placed our order and played games. The bartender very rudely said the restroom was for customers only. I told her how do you know we arent. I thought that was very rude. I was gonna order lunch and the whole 9 yards until that. Intead i only got a beer and played games and left. I felt like she could have worded that a bit differnt.

Had an excellent night out with friends. Beers were very well priced and all the machines were amazing aside from the light-gun games.

Rad place. Great games, free Nintendo and Super at the bar while you booze. Time of other coin options including pinball. Staff has always been great.

Pretty high prices for the quality of food. Not that the food was bad or anything. Decent selection of retro arcade games. Id give it a 3.5 but thats not an option.

My friends got mad wasted & the games were awesome. Guy with dreads makes awesome drinks! 10/10 want to go back again!

Great place for retro games but not very welcoming at all. Dont know if it was because of us being black or not but will never go back there.

AWESOME I LOVED IT. Brought back some epic gaming memories. The A1 TEAM PHILLY STEAK was delicious.

Its nice to have a place downtown where people of all ages can go in and have some fun playing some classic style arcade games :) I cant wait to try the food next time!

Fun games for the family. I was lucky enough to get a few free games of Galaga. We visited at mid day so I didnt get a chance to try any refreshments.

Its with a heavy heart I write this review. I wanted this place to be awesome so badly but, its mostly a giant disappointment. Where to start.... the drinks are overpriced. I should say the beers. Yuengling should not cost as much as a vodka tonic. The real problem is the machines. I played the pinball machines up front which most seemed to work properly but, the Indian Jones flippers were off making it unplayable. The light guns on HotD seemed off as well. A lot of the CRTs on the arcade cabinets are very hazy and washed out. Easy fix with some new caps. I understand these guys are old but, like all things they must be repaired and restored. Also, the selection of games its pretty weak. Only a few big names youll remember. Last bit, I like a dark arcade but, I couldnt even see to put quarters in.

Its located where the old brewery used to reside ( boy I miss that place) . It has nostalgic games for kids who grew up in 80s as well as 90s. Little selection, they do have some classics. Love me some C.J bartending... and free Mario on the bug screen. Its no Dave n Busters but hey, Ill take it.They serve food. Reg drunkin fan fair, saltiest fries u ever ate. Lol. It makes the patrons drink more, I can dig it.All in all good experience. Something different...

I never seen so many people of all ages having fun playing video games and pinball

I came in from out of town and got separated from the ppl I was with. Wandered in on a Monday night, bought a round for the band and they rescued me in the middle of the night later and called a cab when I found my friend.

I keep trying to like this place but just cant. I guess its possible that we keep getting the wrong service or ordering the wrong thing.
