I thought the bowling was fun. However it was rather busy as it would be on a Friday. I also feel the food could have been better. It was a fine experience though.

The bowling is great! Staff was nice dealing with the littles ball stopping part way down the lane. A bit spendy though, the adults (3) bowled 1 game & kids (4) bowled 2 games, cost $75. Theres a lot of games etc. to keep the kids busy if they dont care to bowl. Our bartender on Saturday (8/1) was terrific! Not only polite and conversational, she makes whatever your ordering fantastic! Wish I would have caught her name. Im not impressed with the mini golf, no obstacles like windmills etc. just 10 holes of greens with some bumps here & there. And they didnt have any score cards. The gentlemen who took us out was very nice & patient while the kids picked their fav colors of putters. All in all we had a good time on a hot day!!

Employees were great and fast to help. They have a lot of bowling alleys, pool tables, big arcade, air hockey, casino and a bar. Didnt eat here so I dont know about the food but the entertainment was great and they have something for everyone.

Took our kids for a little fun family evening. The teenagers that were running the front counter were arguing with each other and using the f word in front of my children!! We got tokens to play games while waiting for a lane and half the games were unavailable. Half the vending machines were not working either. The bathrooms were dirty and when I told an associate that there was a nasty mess in one of the stalls he acted as if he was annoyed that Id let him know. I am not by any means a Karen but this was ridiculous.

Fun, and nice staff. Poorly ran, but trick you with low sounding prices, but always turns out extremely high. Also got charged double on my card and yet to get my money back a week later

Bowling is a very fun activity and westside lanes makes it even more enjoyable. There a ton of balls to pick from, good quality shoe rentals, food is served, and a great arcade with lots of games

Good quality bowling. And the automatic bumpers are wonderful for the whole family to enjoy. Great kids arcade too with prizes for them to choose from. Definitely recommend the Pizza, Pins and Pop special. Great value with an hour of bowling, shoes, soda and pizza.

Well to start we paid $315 to bowl at tHis establishment. Plus food and drinks and a bar tab, terrible customer service. Took our adult drinks before 10pm, that were paid for. Will Not EVER BE BACK.

The mini golf wasnt much of anything, but it was perfect for what we needed! It was suuuuper cheap & we had it all to ourselves!

Surprised that its super popular even in the modern age. West Side Lanes is Poppin! Kareoke bar was just as full as the bowling alley. No Lanes open and no tables open. Its worth the wait for sure.

Lots of updates done to the bowling part. Fun something to do. Air hockey table needs replaced or repaired.

Fun place for a party. Theres stuff for every age to do there. Bowling arcade and food plus the let you bring in a cake or other things if any of your kids have food allergies the hold it for you in the kitchen. Very nice. Reasonably priced plus group rates. They also have a newly remodeled full bar.

This is the only bowling alley in town. They have gotten quite busy with league play but still provide some opportunity for family. The arcade is in rough shape, but when u show up with kids to go bowling and they have tournaments all day you gotta do something..The little restaurant is amazingly efficient and inexpensive.

Newly remodeled with couches, coffee tables, and the latest tech, this is not your granddads bowling alley. The staff is friendly and the service was good. Fun place to have a kids party, a date, or just hang out with friends.

I have always loved coming here. The drinks are good, food is good, and I just love bowling. I played league for them for 6 years!

Variety of options for all age ranges. There is a full service bar along with hot fresh food with options for everyones palette. There is bowling, pool tables, arcade, casino, and a bar (that sometimes has karaoke). Nice selection of weights available for the bowling balls (except they do lack for variety for the lighter bowling balls) & as always bumpers are available per customer request, the pool tables have hourly or per game rental options, the arcade pays out tickets no matter which game you play and they can be exchanged for items in the gift shop, the BowlDog Lounge is available for private party rentals, and there is plenty of space and game options in the casino. There is enough fun and variety to please everyone here.

Terrible! Staff at front counter is consistently rude, every single time weve been here which is a lot!! Always full with leagues and never accommodating! It’s too hard for them to post a league schedule on their website because they have apparently never heard of a calendar. Food is overpriced for small portion and mediocre quality. If it wasn’t the only bowling alley around we would never go back. One star because there is no other choice!

I WILL NEVER SUGGEST THIS PLACE TO ANYONE! The pictures provided are the Man who works management at Westside Lanes, walking away from the lady after making us move our stuff.Had set my families coats on 2 chairs with our drinks, had some lady pick up our chairs and move them so she could sit there. Touching other peoples stuff and moving it isnt a problem there. Management said there was no problem with her moving our stuff, he then proceeded to have a beer with the same woman 10 minutes later while on shift. I wouldnt trust having any property items inside unless you want strangers to touch your personal stuff, and then get told by management that its okay to have a stranger walk up and move your stuff if they want that spot. Or have the employees drinking while on shift. Or that its okay to have strangers resting on your property hanging onto the chair that has your coats on them. Poor management, and even worse patrons. No respect.

The casino staff was prompt casual and friendly. The establishment was clean and well kept. I didnt stay long but it was pretty chill.

...it was my first bowling experience and this place is great for that. The food was good and the bar was cosy plus the drinks are super affordable... there were kids around but they werent too many and they were with their family...

Went for a birthday party and had great time! Service was great, very attentive and friendly. Had a slice of pizza which was tasty. Nachos looked good too. Kids were entertained and happy with the arcade games. Very fun!

Here for the second time this week for birthday parties. Put in a food order and never received it. Got my money back without the tip I gave. Another lady who was in line behind me asked if I got mine. Told her I asked for my money back. Big disappointment for a guy who spends this much money on his family at an establishment who can’t make nachos for his family or other families!!!! Feed yourself first because they won’t serve you!!!!

Dollar bowling night is a great way to get our friends together. Full bar is key.

This is our only bowling alley left in Missoula, MT. They are doing some remodeling and its looking awesome! The staff here are super friendly and polite. On Sundays, Mondays, and Wednesdays they will have cheap bowling nights to were it wont break your bank. They have a little diner that serves pretty tasty food, and a huge arcade section.

I love to bowl here, and come a few times per month. Great place with plenty of lanes.

The food and drinks are overpriced, service is slow, and they brought me the wrong food. I ordered fish and chips but got chicken strips instead. I was too hungry to care so I kept it but ended up paying the cost of the fish, which was higher. The bathrooms were not very clean and they only had two stalls in the womens room. It was also extremely loud in the lounge. On the plus side, the food tasted good. I enjoyed spending time with my friends, but I probably wouldnt go back here again.

We took our son bowling for his first time and he had a blast the staff was really nice i would do it again.

Always like the atmosphere there, good bowling, fun games and a nice bar. The customer service in the bowling alley goes above and beyond with a smile which is refreshing! Cant say enough about the nice people who work there.

Fun entertainment. Went in to sing Karoke. It was ok. Not all the songs were there that we wanted to sing. But overall it was fun cheap entertainment...that of course if your not drinking.

Newly remodeled and still amazing. The new couch seating is a vast improvement over the old awkward slide out seats. The new Brunswick machines let you order food remotely and browse tons of different themes and games for the scoresheet too!

A great bowling alley. If you just want to bowl here for fun, I would suggest calling them to find out when league times are, as they run a lot of bowling leagues. The food is also pretty good here as well.

Perfect for family fun. Casino attendants not doing there job is the only complaint I have for this place.

This is a fun bowling alley, very busy when we were there but everyone that helped us was attentive and nice.Theres an arcade with lots of games and things to win and the bar does karaoke.Ive been several times and I always seem to have a great time!

I used to bowl in high school a lot and decided to pick it back up after moving up here to Missoula. Crew here couldnt be more friendly and willing to help out. They make a solid burger, lanes are relatively inexpensive and well maintained, love it.

The staff was friendly and helpful, and the lane computers were simple yet fun to use.

Great place to go to in Missoula! Besides bowling at a great price and daily specials. But easy parking, beautiful bar and staff in the casino and bar. A great place to meet up with friends and your kids will love it and make great memories.

I Have a few reservations about it being called a fun center, if its bowling or drinking or gambling your after you will recieve a average experience. You need like 10 more attraction or various kinds to earn the Fun Center part thou . No batting cages, no mini golf, no go carts, no laser tag. Mabey qualify it with Adults so it on point. Lol Fun center, More like Un Center. ;)

My first visit to Westside Lanes and Fun Center. What a nice facility! Had a corporate outing and it couldnt have gone more smoothly. Their staff was very easy to work with having our lanes ready to go when everyone arrived. They were flexible in our numbers and provided great service for food and drink. Next time I need another group outing, Westside will definately be in the running!

Horrible experience for my first time! Worst DJ Ive ever seen. Nothing but trash metal. Played only for his friends and ignored the rest of the crowd. We had one drink and left. Do not recommend!

Nice staff, past 9 they turn on neon lights and play great rock music and it has a great atmosphere. Good family experience. Arcade has a great selection and easy to use machines with cards you scan, rather than having to keep track of coins and tickets. Although its next to the casino, surprising lack of rambunctious and obnoxious people. They serve great food and drinks. Newly updated and looks even better than before. A really fun all around experience every time I go, regardless of group size.

Love the family friendly environment. Decent prices for entertainment. One of the few activities to do in Missoula that everyone can enjoy. My only gripe is everyone standing out front of the doors chain smoking while I take my kids through the clouds of smoke.

The only bowling alley in town, but the arcade is fin, the drinks are pretty good, and a good place to take the kids to have a little fun bowling or playing games. Pool tables, darts and karaoke casino and a small grill for bar type food. Pizza is actually pretty decent.

Some of the best fun in Missoula, the arcade is absolutely amazing and fun. Food is great not the cheapest but still great.

Theyre the only bowling alley in town and the staff attitude is take it or leave it. Rude, condescending and down right unprofessional. I went in for a family fun day, spent over $100 in 2 hours and repeatedly got attitude. Party packages are overpriced as well, and theyre response is the same take it or leave it. Im choosing to leave it, we wont be back.

After waiting for 15 minutes with my group of 6 we had to go to the bar and get our drinks then had to go find a waitress to get her to come to our table. They were not very busy so Im not sure why a group of 6 didnt even get acknowledged when we came in
