Flying Squirrel is doing a great job trying to keep everything sanitary and everyone safe. I questioned whether I should bring my daughter, but ended up feeling very comfortable. The employees were really good about cleaning items after you used them.

Fantastic night out for families or grown ups who are kids at heart. Not cheap, but a valuable experience and opportunity to get kids off their phones and tablets. Totally worth it. Save a few dollars per person by bringing your own grippy socks because they are mandatory and cost $3 a pair.

States on website that the accommodate to individuals with disabilities, that is not true attempted to bring my kids on my middle childs birthday, oldest child is special needs and girl at the desk was rude and would not let us jump due to.my special needs child not able to wear a standard mask due to her sensory issues, mind you she had a face cover/shield on and I explained to girl at front desk she was disable still stated we could not even go in to let my other kids jump. I do not know what special needs/disabilities this facility cators too but if you have an autistic child or adult, I do not recommend bringing them here!

Theres not enough staff to watch the kids and make them safe. So many kids are just doing what they want. That includes wearing or not wearing their masks. Kids are even climbing up to hang from the ceiling.Update: was addressed following my second attempt at notifying two people. One came to apologise regarding the matter, which was greatly appreciated.

The winters are long and hard here, so glad this place is an option and Kids love it here! There is lots if seating for adults, and u can pay to use a massage chair. We took 3 kids for 1 hour n it was about $60 so not budget friendly, but the manager suggested ways to get coupons ( try their app ) They get pretty hot and worn out at about the half hour mark, so wish they had the half hour option instead of an hour to pay for.

Such a fun place to go and the art excites me and my kids. Be prepared to get yelled at and stocked by the employees if you want to jump really high or actually have safe fun. Pretty strict, which Im sure the city would love to see in the comments. ha. My kids love it here.

Every time we have gone in here the staff has been great! I would like to give extra kudos to the general manager, Rhonda. She has always been more than helpful when we have had a question the staff members couldn’t answer. She was also very friendly and very prompt to give a response to a donation request. She even gave me her personal number in case she wasn’t there when I went to pick up the donation or there was any questions about the donation. We will continue to go there because Rhonda has made a great impression for Flying Squirrel and is a great face to see and have as a part of Flying Squirrel.

Fun place for kids of all ages.

Our entire family loves coming here. The kids always have a great time. The staff is always friendly. Rhonda the manager is always walking around keeping an eye on the staff. She is very attentive to the customers needs and super friendly with us and our kids.

This is a great place to bring your little ones for a bit of exercise and fun. Everything was very clean and well maintained. The staff was very helpful and worked well with our kids.

This place was pretty awesome. Lots of areas to jump and different types of trampolines. Wouldnt go for their food or any of the arcade games though. Make sure to watch out for little kids on the mats!

Pretty chill when we went. Expected it to smell like kid sweat and feet, it very much did not. Really nice, helpful, smiling staff. The 5th star is for having Ms. Pacman and emergency pizza.

My son loves this place. There are lots of trampolines, a kiddy area, and a dodgeball court. I really like there are adults supervising everything. My only complaint, the couches that are for parents to sit on need to be replaced.

The place is great, its just so so so so expensive! If you have a single child, maybe not... But I have twins and they have friends. I dont know about you but when Im the parent thats hosting The playdate I dont go around and ask the other parents for money to fund whatever were going to do. So again, great place for the kids, but it can be very hard on the wallet.

I dont like that they push Rock Star energy drinks on little kids, like 5 year olds. It is in the commercial with kids paying with cash at the counter. Big ol zoom in on the case then cut to kids paying...

Its pricey, but if you plan it right you can get a discount online usually. We bought a family pass for half price. My boys have a ton of fun. Lots of different areas to play in: basketball, jousting, rope swing, slack line, tumbling, doge ball and a toddler area. Very smart to have massage chairs for waiting parents or soar bodies after jumping! Also a few gluten free options at the cafe!

We absolutely love the Flying Squirrel!!! Our family has always felt welcomed and supported. The management and staff have always been helpful and kind, engaging my 4 yo son and treating us with the utmost of respect and care. Garrett has been particularly wonderful and we come back again and again because of it. Jump jump!

My family had an excellent time, well worth the money! The staff are very professional and attentive.Steven in particular stands out, hes exceptional with helping the little ones find their legs and is very encouraging to the children.

The trampoline gym area is top notch, however customer service needs work. The referees were kind and the atmosphere fun.

This is an AMAZING Trampoline Park! There is a trampoline court, a basketball court on trampolines, a dodgeball court on trampolines, a food court, a jousting and normal foam pit, a jump and dive pit, and a place for little kids! Everything looks clean and freshly painted too!

My kids had a blast. My toddler loved it. Nice that the whole family can jump together. That being said littles can get run over

Flying Squirrel is a great place to go to entertain your kids and even yourself. They have a very large space filled with trampolines of all different shapes and sizes. There are many different activities that you can do. Aside from just jumping and flipping, there is a trampoline dodgeball court, basketball court, and a battle beam, among other activities. The facility, furniture, and equipment are very clean and the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. They have Floor Monitors that walk around to ensure everyones safety and they are quick on their feet if they even begin to think someone may have been hurt. The Flying Squirrel is a great place! This place is over priced, the lady at the front desk did not assist us (first time guests) on any rules, where things were located, where to put our belongings, etc. The trampolines were fun however, it was hard to enjoy them when me, my wife, and three year old daughter were getting followed around by the staff and nit picked for everything we did. Even if you follow the rules, they still get mad at you for everything, for example one of the staff members (the ginger) told my wife who was jumping with my three year old having a blast that she couldn’t jump and hold her hands because she would “pull her arms out of the sockets”. They make you feel very uncomfortable so much so that we went and got a refund for our last half hour bc we wanted to leave. The only good thing was that the manager was understanding and willing to refund for the last half hour.

1st visit: Our family had so much fun here! We would go more often if it wasnt so terribly expensive ($90/hour for a family of 6). In their defense, it is probably as costly as any other trampoline park, but as a dad, you begin to wonder how many trampolines you could buy on your own for the price of a handful of visits.2nd visit: loved it as much or more the second time around. Changing my rating from 4 to 5 stars due to very positive interactions with Flying Squirrel staff. I was very impressed with how caring, attentive, friendly, and helpful all the staff are here. Great job!

They have pretty strict rules, which are pretty understandable. Overall cool place for both, adults and kids.

My granddaughter went there for birthday party, and had an absolute blast. She has decided she wants to have her party there only at night so she can jump in the dark. lots of different things for the kids to do to have fun prices are a tad bit steep but then again what is it nowadays. Definitely will be going back. also the entire staff that we would dealt with that day were incredibly nice, be very proud of those people.

My family includes kids from age 11 down to 2, and we all have a great time every time we come. It’s safe, not too pricey, and a healthy activity with an extra helping of fun.

First time there, I think it was a really cool place.

This place is awesome and offers a great time for children. At times bigger kids can accidentally trample the younger ones but the staff is very attentive to this. Plan to drop some money though as this is not an inexpensive place to go for a family.

It was super fun, friendly, and safe considering you have a ton of people jumping everywhere. The staff are a ton of fun and very watchful of the participants to ensure the safety of all. I absolutely loved it and planning to go again when I have some extra money. What a great experience.

I went here for the first time today, I had a very fun time. I have been to many different trampoline parks in different states, I even work at one in Colorado. I was very pleased with the verity of features in the park, cleanliness and quality of the court, and friendly customer service. The rules say no double flips, but I was greatful when they explained that they will allow doubles for jumpers who are confident and experienced in doing them. Makes all the difference. As an experienced freestyle trampolinist, I was quite impressed with this park.I also had a nice conversation with a court monitor named Steve, who answered some questions I had. Great customer service!

We had so much fun! Worth every penny spent. My 3, 7, and 9 year old were all dripping sweet from constantly jumping. The staff were kind and informative. Highly recommend going if you can!

I feel as if prices are a bit high but my son had a blast and I was pleased to see how staff communicated with the children!!! They didnt scold and were very nice when it came to letting kids know the rules. Although my son wasnt one of the children that tweaked an ankle that day, I was so impressed to see the care and concern shown toward children that did get hurt (there was at least 3 of them) by multiple staff members there. Very cool!!! Employees here, I feel really know how to make the environment feel like a safe place. Id definitely spend more time here.

This place is so much fun! The entire atmosphere is awesome. The staff is in pink referee outfits. My kids love it. And they have made it so comfortable that so do I.

My family and I will forever be loyal members. The owners are GOOD people, the manager perfected his job and has very respectable with a loveable attitude, the facility was clean and well maintained. As a mother of three small children under the age of 6, the thing I appreciated the most about Missoulas Flying Squirrel was the attentiveness of the staff. Ive been to other trampoline parks, and this is the only one with multiple employees on hand watching the people jumping at all times. Both times Ive been, the staff has been super attentive to everyone jumping, but I was particularly impressed and grateful for how they watched out for and even played with my five year old son and two toddlers as they ran around. One staff member in particular was very sweet about engaging with my little kids as they ran around the main trampoline area and watched out for them. It was reassuring for me, letting them be out amongst the big kids, and fun for them having the added attention from the staff members who didnt just zone out and do their job, but actually paid attention to them and made sure they had a good time. I highly recommend taking your kids here - especially little ones during the toddler time! The space was also clean, cared for and organized.

We had our twin daughters 7th birthday here today. The staff was so unbelievably helpful the whole time. I was actually able to jump and play with my kids and their friends because I wasnt bogged down with food prep, etc. They decorated the picnic tables, made announcements for food and cake times. It was much more than I could have even hoped for. Thank you to Candy(? I think) and her team for helping us throw a memorable and exhausting birthday. We will most definitely recommend and be back.

Kids had so much fun. Plus with the military discount it was the best around. Very clean. We went early when they opened to avoid crowds.

We purchased our tickets with Groupon so we received 2 hours for $17 which isn’t a bad price at all. About five minutes after spending time on the trampoline someone in my party became injured in both legs and her ankle became very swollen. The employees were quick to come to her aid and were very knowledgeable about the injury. The general manager made sure she was okay grabbed her water and helped us wheel her to the car. He also gave us a refund for her ticket and gave the rest of us passes to come back for 3 hours. By far some of the best customer service. I will definitely be going back next time I am around. I would recommend to anyone, employees are very nice and the establishment is very clean. Definitely a fun place to bring your kids or even adults!

Super fun...make sure and stretch before you go balls out on the trampolines haha...and they have arcade games which is a bonus. All and all a really fun time and I suggest following it up with the laughing grizzly and an Ice cold brew
