Its large, with pavilions, updated restrooms, grills, splash pad, and great playground.We usually go every Saturday.It could be cleaner, but its not terrible.

Great place to bring the kids and beat the winter blues. Friendly staff, affordable concessions, and not too crowded. Very affordable afternoon out with the family!

The boating launch here is really easy to put your boat in and the scenery is amazing

Absolutely wonderful park. Clean and safe and it has everything you could ask for - and then some!

Such a great park, at least to walk your dog in, or to take a walk yourself. Its always been reasonably clean for something public, and it looks so nice and well kept up with. There are geese in the area, but they usually tend to stay in the open field or the river, so they havent given me trouble on the trail or park at all. It connects to Crawford Park just south of Merrifield, which makes long walks easier.

Love the ice rink! Its very affordable at $4 per adult and $3 for skate rental. Ive tried the Howard Park ice trail and I think I prefer having the larger rink at Merrifield. Its also much closer to home and a bit less busy. They also have adorable seals to use to help with balance for those that arent very good at ice skating yet. Ive seen children sit on them and get pushed around on the ice.

Great place for kids to have fun and run out energy.

It is located on the river with public access for boating. On shore fishing, playground with free water pad, Olympic size pool with food and lockable storage as well as an ice skating rink with rental skates! A Japanese garden for weddings also a rental lodge for a special inside occasions complete with fireplace!

I am a safety first guy, so the decision not to open the pool to keep everyone safe is the right call. We love the park in general, too, but its important to support unpopular decisions that help my family stay alive.

What an awesome park!!! Its like Kids Kingdom without the splinters. Pavilions with grills, picnic tables and electricity, although you may have to rent them when the nicer weather starts, Im going to check into it for myself because this park is so nice and clean and has a beautiful river walk.

The park was fun. It is right by the river and there are benches. The bathroom was clean. Not a lot of trees though. It is really close to the Merrifield pool.

Boy oh boy you should see the playground equipment since they revamped it! Totally brand new and so cool. All the kids seem to love it. My phone was messed up or I would have shared dome pics. Great place tho

They let in a bunch of unsupervised kids because kids run the place then these unsupervised kids are going to take your stuff while you swim but it has a nice big pool with diving boards

Great local park with a boat launch we used for our New years day paddle. Family friendly with activity areas for kids and walking/running paths.

Looked like a great place to fish on the St. Joe river, but I just didnt get a chance.

Went to the pool and paid. As we were walking towards the pool, the called a 30 minute break due to dark clouds. Waited for 30 minutes for it to stop.it didnt stop raining I asked for a refund due to the fact we never even got close to the pool but they said no

Visited here on our last trip to Mishawaka to visit friends. Great value to have the kids get out of the house. Attentive and not overbearing life guards make it enjoyable to let the kids play. Nice break every so often to allow adults only to swim which is nice. Will come again!

Ideal place for small events. I absolutely love the patio and porch space.

Nice affordable pool for the family,and lockers are only 25 cents. Do yourself a favor and lock up your valuables. It gives you peace of mind knowing your stuff is safe!

I had a good time even though the pool and other things were closed. I set on porch swing watching the river and having a bite to eat.

This place is one of my favorite places to swim with my friends. My favorite part is the diving platform s. Ones about 1 foot of the water. The next one is about a good 7 feet then theres two other platforms that are restricted to people.

The best exercise in the world

Nice experience, but re surface uncleaned because it has shaved ice especially on the corner. The toilets in the Woman restroom are dirty. Men restroom smells like urine.Hot chocolate was so good!!!

The chairs are all broken. Thanks locker smells horrible and not clean. The toilets are even flushed. It seems the employees could do more to clean up the place. Dont even clean the pool

Great playground. Its new and never crowded. Its also located near the river, so lots of ducks and geese to feed if you so choose.

Its an ok park... But the designers eliminated the fishing spots. I dont understand their logic.
