Had A Party For My Daughter. Was Promised Party Room And To Arrive To Decorate At 4. Didn’t Have A Party Room Until 5:30!! Was Supposed To Have Cupcakes Provided By Skyzone, Got NONE Besides The Ones I Brought. Kids Had A Blast Jumping But Other Than That NEVER AGAIN. Very Disappointed With My Experience And The Disorganization Of My Daughters Party.I’d Bring Your Kids To Jump And Play, But Keep The Parties At Home.

Sky zone is great for the kids. A lot of fun physical things they can do. Only complaint would be the concession stand I waited almost 15 minutes for a hot dog ... other than that it was great.

Was nice people at front counter when was checked in the required socks were small the largest sizes were still small . My children are different ages so we were separated from each other multiple times the guards that watch over everyone were making the experience not to enjoyable.have trampolines at home that my children have been on since they were able to run around the yard . They know how to watch over each other plus I was jumping with them yet the guards definitely got there handshakes down to change there areas one lets you jump the other stops you and starts making more rules then another let’s you jump and cycle continues out of the 4hours i payed for me and my 4 children we were being told what to do and not do for at least a hour of that time the restrooms were not so clean some of the equipment was sticky and seemed to have a black tar or gooey stuff on the pole to get down from the wall climb and the zip cord and ladder the basketballs were not so clean either yet we had a good time when we were able too my suggestions would be if there are parents trying to have fun with there children should let them as a paying customer the areas were for everyone they shouldn’t have to separate from each other my family all had the same letter on our shirt sticker which I had to get a second one because it fell off I thought I was going to be kicked out the guard had a fit so I hope it was just that day cause with so much rule making and uncleanliness I think I will tryout other places for family time hopefully they improve cause I’m sure we will attempt to go back but not to this location it was a super fun experience at the sky zone in Indianapolis

Highly recommend for family and children to come and have a fun time. Quality time makes the difference, I jump with the kids and we have a blast here! Any neon shirts work for glow night, you don’t need to buy one. Highly recommend Groupon for this place, too!

Kinda hard to find at first since its on the back side of the building and Google GPS Location is Wrong

Its a fun place to go with friends. They have a sitting area if upstairs if you dont want to jump. Parents can go up there to watch their children. Theres also food to buy thats a decent price.

Toddler time is perfect for little kids without worrying about them being injured by bigger kids.Expensive, but you get what you pay for. Clean and well organized. We will be back!

Its just I have no words about how amazing it is.

Kids had a blast! 90 minutes was more than enough time.

Took my son here for his birthday per his request. He did have fun but almost got hurt. If I wasnt following him around he wouldve had a broken leg. The teenagers that were supervising the play areas were more talkative with one another. My son was playing on the rope latter and lost balance. His leg got caught in such a manner that he couldnt get out. Once I realized he was stuck and the staff was not going to stop talking to get him...I slipped off my shoes and went into save him. I was waiting for the staff to offer some assistance but got none. Another parent ended up offering up help. I dont know if I will take him back.

Kids had so much fun. Happy hour saves a little bit of money. My kids had a good time and even though they were busy for spring break we did not wait long in line to pay or for the kids to have turns on things. Good time for kids of all ages.

Plenty of exercise and very fun

Booked party here and honestly it was worth it! Wish they would let parents into the party room and wait there but otherwise the party person who does everything for you is awesome. When I say they did everything I mean it from serving to setting up cutting cake helping with presents cleaning everything. Money is worth it! Wish there food prices were more reasonably priced but otherwise loved it. My son and his party loved it!

The kids loved it and honestly for an hour isnt a terrible price. Only downside is its so packed and theres not a lot of guidance on where to go like signs.

Kids had a great time and really enjoyed glow bounce. We ended up getting elite memberships and they are definitely worth it!

Really disappointed overall. Took my 3yo there today. He is big for his age and fairly advanced. The 15 hall monitors watch everyone like hawks. I was corrected on at least 5 occasions for violating one of the 75,000 rules. At one point, I was told I couldnt pick my child up to help him dunk in the shortest basketball hoop. Not jumping mind you, simply lifting him up and setting him down. I appreciate they are trying to keep people safe but the rules here truly are ridiculous. Ive been to another similar place on the other side of Michigan, it was much bigger and we had access to the whole facility aside from one or two advanced games. I dont reccomend, especially if you have little ones. You end up spending the whole time telling them what they cant do, which is not fun for a 3 yo boy. I honestly was counting the minutes until our time was up. Maybe if they reevaluate and relax the rules a bit, wed consider going back. But until then I think well just stick to the other place when were out that way to visit family.

Been to better jump parks. No place for little kids to play

First time I was at a trampoline park. Boy you sure get tired. The attendants were nice and kind. There was plenty to keep you busy for two hours.

I had a good time. And my daughter had a blast. The staff was very nice. However they were not helpful at all. I paid an then was told by a different worker something different so then had to turn around and wait in line for 15 mins and that took some of our time away. Then the guy that was supposed to tell us where to go etc. Was not helpful at all. I had to ask him where to change my shoes. Where to go. How to find the entrance. I just dont think he cared much. I made it clear to everyone that I had never been there before so I was very disappointed with that. I hope they work on that.

Great place to bring kids to blow off steam. Safe and friendly enviorment for young kids. I also had my kids birthday party here and everything went smoothly. There is a good size snack bar inside too.

Brought my younger sister and her friend - they had a great time. Theres a lot to do, and its perfect for the weather weve had lately to stop the kids from getting hay fever. Is a tad on the pricey side, especially if you have a lot of people it adds up quick. Great way to kill an hour or two, though!

We just finished having our second party at sky zone and had a wonderful experience again. The staff was very friendly and made sure everything was just perfect! They checked in with us a number of times while we bounced to make sure we had everything we needed. The kids loved the pizza and the ice cream cake. Thank you Sky Zone!

They take a very lone time to get you food. Had to wait 30mins for a hotdog.

Everyone had a blast

One of the best places to have fun at whether you are a kid, teen, or an adult. I have been going here for the past few years and it is always a great experience. They have added new many new features to the place such as nerf battles and glow jumping late at night on the weekends. The prices are very affordable, and they even offer a great monthly subscription which is great if you have a family and live in the area.

Great place for kids to burn off energy in the winter, would have been 5 stars but its pricey!

My 5yrs. grandson just broke is leg here, very dangerous for young kids. Would not recommend, there under investigation for multiple injuries.

My friend wanted to go here for her 31st birthday so we took a big group of guys and girls to the glow night (yes, all adults and no kids!) and we had a BLAST! Theres gladiator sparing, dodgeball, free jump, an obstacle course, bball hoops, 2 warp walls, a floating ladder and more! I would definitely recommend this place for kids and adults :l

I went here twice in one week. It is a lot of fun but I do wish they had more things to do in the park. Usually, other trampoline parks have more things to do other than jumping in to the foam pit, doge ball, and just normal jumping. I would advise everyone with past injuries to be careful though. I had torn my hamstring a few months before coming here and it was healed but I landed wrong while jumping and re-injured it. Just be careful if youre deciding what to do! It also had a funky smell which i wasnt too fond of.

Definitely won’t be going back! I took my 2 year old daughter to SkyZone thinking we would have some fun. I heard nothing but great things about this place. We started jumping around and were having a blast. My daughter was all giggles and smiles. Unfortunately, I was informed that I could not jump with my daughter in the same square, or whatever you want to call it, of the trampoline. What started out as fun ended up not so much fun for my daughter. Piss poor rules, staff, and place.

From kids to adults we loved this place. Please check the height of your kids because there are different regulations for where they are allowed to go. We don’t live near it so we hold on to the special socks you have to buy at grandmas house so we can go back and use them at a discounted rate each time. It’s a great indoor activity when needed.

Overall everyone was very friendly but one worker named Ben was rude to me and treated all the other kids way more nice and I felt very disrespected by him.

Its a great way to exercise and a ton of fun!! We have been there several times and each time has been a great experience.

It is good place to take the 10 year old grandson. It was very crowded and very loud.I think they could use a few more people to help supervise the crowd they had. Only two people checking people in, quite a long line. It is a trampoline attraction.

I would like to thank the people, customer and manager, who help with little Kolton after he hit his head( HE is a very active toddler) and was bleeding. You guys are awesome. The manager on staff here this day is an EMT and knew just what to do. And the customer was a pediatric nurse and they both took control of the situation and were totally awesome. So if either one of you read this THANK YOU

One of my daughters favorite places! It gets a little expensive but well worth it!

The kiddos always have a fantastic time! Wish they had more and more comfortable seating for adults, but nothing to be upset about. Can be loud, but that is obviously to be expected.

Sky zone was great and a very good entertainment for all people and sky zone even has a part for little kids and even their siblings can go to the little kid part and play with or even help with the little siblings and if you want go ahead and check it out is even fun.

The staff is so friendly and helpful...I think the prices are a little high but nowadays what prices arent.I like how the staff makes sure everyone is following the rules and not just standing there like they dont care.

Ive been here probably a dozen times, and its always been fun. They have new staff today and the rule enforcement/ strict jumping guidelines are crazy. Literally watching my 8 year old jumping in a restricted 2 square space with an entire empty jump zone around her.This is enough for me to not come back. Sky Zone, relax your staff of 14 year old security guards.

Fun for kids! I recommend an hour, the hour and a half is a bit much. Prices are pretty high in my view, but it pays for people to watch. Workers are always looking. At times a bit annoying but for safety reasons it works. Crowded on weekends.
