Classic Entertainment like this is hard to find. If you are a child of the 80s you will remember what its like to go into an arcade. Its a very family-friendly environment and theres lots of games for kids to play. They also have a putt putt course. If you havent been to a place like this I suggest you go.

We showed up at 1 on Monday and waited for 20 minutes for someone to unlock the door. No one came or answered the phone.

This place hasnt changed in 20 years. I dont think thats a good thing in this case either. Its cool that they give you 30 mins free on select machines, but then you venture out and play the others and run into issues. Machines not working, not registering tickets won, CHEAP payouts, and poor value for ticket redemption. We will be back for the free 30 mins. and to use the rest of the $20 bucks we out on the card, but I dont know that we will make a habit of it with better and more updated game rooms in the area.

Retro arcade, still lots of fun. You put your money on a swipe card, and if you get tickets, you put those on the cards, too. Then the desk subtracts the tickets off the cards when you trade them in for prices. Very innovative, compared to Chuck E Cheese or All-star Adventures. They had an actual ball-pit, and put-put golf. A separate section for younger kids. The food was cheap and came in large portions. My kids and husband had a lot of fun, and there was a place to sit so I could read.

Hole 17 on the minigolf is impossible. Great arcade tho

If youre looking for arcade games this is the place to go. They even have some of the old school games like Street Fighter. And if you like Ninja Warrior they have a Battleground for you where you can get on your own stand and try to knock your opponent off with a huge padded button, there is some safety stuff first and you have to wear a padded helmet but it is so much fun. They also have birthday parties which is great. The place overall could use a little revamping but I do understand its hard to keep a place clean when its full of teenagers.

A decent place to while away sometime. They have a huge collection of arcade games. I personally liked the hunting games/shooting games. They had a wide variety of pinball games to play. There was air hockey, mini golf and a small food place too. The only disappointment was that there was no laser tagging in the facility.

Had a really good time with the grandkids! Machines are a little outdated and not all working. Could use a little sprucing up around there. Overall had a good time good getaway for a cold

First timer here and I have to say I was mildly impressed. Im not a big fan of the new card system all arcades are adapting. A few of the games would take the credits off the card and not let us play. Others wouldnt load our tickets on the card. Old school games will always be better. Anyways, the food was good and fairly priced. Definitely a good place to take the kids and kill some time.

Nice family friendly place to take the kids for fun with arcade games and a very small putt putt course. Staff is always eager to help, unfortunately not all of the games are maintained very well. Some just take your money, others arent even turned on at times.

Love going to this place with my wife. Really enjoy the fighting games and pinball machines.

We Only came for the kid play area, which was only $4 per kid and thru could play all day, if we let them. My kids are 4 and 7. My 7 year old was just under the height limit and still had a blast. Older kids would likely get bored after about 10 minutes.There are plenty of different things for the kids to play with including ride-ons, a teeter totter, a couple of toddler climbing things with small slides and many others. The 2 main attractions are the bounce house and the larger climbing area, much like a McDonalds play place just with a ball pit and climbing pyramid. Everything was in pretty good condition considering its a kids play area.The bathrooms were clean but need some sprucing up- the paint on the floor is peeling, one of the 2 stall doors didnt lock and there was just a tiny bit of ripped wallpaper in one area.It almost seems like this place is under new management who are trying to clean up a place that was previously let go. The reason I say this is because while we were there the knob on the sink was replaced and a spill was quickly cleaned up by a very polite young man. My husband played some of the video games and his take was that the games were fun and very few, if any, games were out of service.We would definitely go back and play more when we have more time.

Nostalgia punched me right in the gut!!! I love how the place is so original!! Staff is very friendly, place is always clean, the food is fantastic, the games are so much fun, and I am never disappointed with my visits! Very fun retro arcade for kids and young adults for all ages! So wishing I could go more often, this place will always recieve my business!

Went to reserve a birthday party... We would be having about 30 people. We would only be given one table that seats 12. I was told in anyone decided to sit at any other table in the party area we would be charged $15!! For sitting at a table already there! If they say at two different tables thats a total of $30 for grown adults to sit at a party. Needless to say, we did not decide to go with Mega Play! Its cheaper to go down the road to Chuck E Cheese if thats your thing.

We went during the week so that might have had a lot to do with it. They dont have many games that accept coins. You have to buy a card and add money to it. So to get 20 tokens on the card, it says its $5 but you pay $6 instead (you pay for card). There were maybe 4 people the entire two hours we were there. But it was fun. Didnt try any of the food or drink offered. Has party options too.

We like it. I bring my grandkids there, and there are a lot of different games. Prices seem reasonable

Mega Play is flat out amusing. Its a dive. But my kids and I absolutely love coming here. So many arcade games, kid games and my special needs daughter loves the kiddie rides. The staff is always friendly and willing to help you out if a game stiffs you credits. I love the assortment of pinball games too. A fun place for a rainy day, and not bad for the price. They serve food too. A party atmosphere heavy on the nostalgia.

If you have little ones this is an excellent choice for fun. Sue, the owner, is so nice too! Winter is coming so keep this place in mind as it is all indoors.

A great place to go when you are bored and nothing to do. They have a nice snack bar from pizza to ice cream.The place is starting to show its age. The place is looking a little worn and outdated. But it is kept clean.

Kid liked it. Personally thought the decor was a bit creepy. Id give it a couple more stars if it was better maintained. Not clean felt bad having to tell my 3 year old he was not to use the ball pit.

A retro, old school style arcade suitable for all ages and a play area for small children. Not much has changed since I was a kid, which brings about a sense of nostalgia for me, but could feel outdated to others. Overall, its a solid arcade and always will be fun time alone, with friends, or your children.

I have loved this place since I was a kid. Now my kids love it, too. Reasonable party and/or game prices. Friendly staff and tasty snacks.

Fun retro games. Its one of the ONLY places in town that sells blue moon ice cream. The cute blonde girl was VERY friendly and helpful.

A junkyard. Doesnt feel like theyve updated or maintained anything about this place in decades. Ticket games are mostly from the 90s. Prize counter has not much of anything. It is quite spacious, Ill give it that.

Great arcade! Pump it Up machine plays well, some screws need to be tightened on the metal playing on the back of the player one side of the dance stage.DDR Extreme plus plays well. I dont know why anyone would upgrade to this hacked version from ITG, but the dance stage is in good condition and I enjoyed the nostalgia of revisiting this game.If songs are too fast, select basic mode at the beginning to change song speed. The menu to change song speed does not show up when heavy mode is selected.Great arcade! Thanks for everything!

Fun place games for kids of all ages

No worth it in the opinion of my kids. They were bored as soon as we walked in. They begged to go and were highly disappointed. Games are old, the game card doesnt seem to want to read in some machines that the kids wanted to play. They charge you a $1 just to get the game card. The only plus side to them is the padded jousting option and the fact they still have a ball pit some kids will enjoy. Keep in mind most other places got rid of the ball pit due to the germ factor and they are difficult to keep clean.

Great for family fun or with friends with pool tables, pinball machines, air hockey, racing games, Putt-Putt and other games. Great for parties, I still go there for fun and always will

It would be a nice place if they put a little love into it. It needs a good cleaning, And the games need to be fixed. Half of them dont even work.

Good wide open play area with something for all ages and cheaper then most other places.

Been coming here since I was young with my dad. Great place, as the name suggests its an arcade and the games are very fun. Only thing is they seem to never change (Or Ive never noticed) any new games brought in. The Super Mario pinball is the main reason I come here along with the mini golf. Very entertaining place but I feel its not a place I could come to every weekend.

Fun place but certainly is showing its age. Its bathrooms are embarrassingly gross so go before you go. Its cheap and has a variety of activities for you to enjoy.

Loved this place. Mini golf was nice for the small area they had it in. The oldschool arcade and pinball games where very fun as well. It was a nice touch after being to a bunch of arcades that focus on ticket prizes rather than the games being fun.

We took our 15 month granddaughter and she had a blast. The kids area was perfect for her. We will return.

Ive always loved this place until today when they SCREWED me out of a 992 ticket jackpot on Spin to Win. Jason the manager said you have to win 5 in a row to get a jackpot and that itll automatically add the tickets. The game clearly states you only need 3 in a row which I have video and pictures that I got 3. Also, Ive won this game before here and other places and it is always a handpay jackpot. I went in circles with him and finally ran of energy. Plus my 5 year old son was with me for his birthday and I wasnt about to get into it with him standing there. Doubt Ill be back after this which is sad.

Decently priced. Wish they had more food selection but the pretzel was delicious. The lady, maybe a manager or owner, was very nice. We spent a little over 2 hours here and still didnt use all of our credits and had a blast!! We will be returning:)

The best play to go and spend an afternoon. They have everything from redemption games, to arcade classics, to pinball, to mini golf.

We have 3 young boys in our family and they love mega play. We come here often and always have a good time. Kids are never disappointed and its decently priced. Def a regular place we visit with the kiddos. The staff is very friendly and helpful, the manager is a very nice guy too.

Pinball machines are terribly neglected. Only one is properly leveled, and others have broken mechanics. Shame as this is one of the few places in the area with pinball.

Its a place to get out with the kids. Great place for younger children, however it can get pretty expensive with the older children.

We were checking it out for our grandsons (1yr & 2yrs). The play area for young ones would keep them occupied for a little while and give them a chance to blow off some steam. However, I dont think it would keep their interest or attention more than a half hour.

Its kinda dirty, but still fun

They have lots of arcade games, putt-putt, air hockey, concessions. Its a good place to go on a rainy day, if youre willing to throw some money around.There is also this odd activity where you can pay to stand on a small elevated pedestal while wearing protective headgear and try to beat up a friend (on a similar pedestal, a short distance away) using a giant q-tip looking weapon.Unusual activity for the more adventurous folks, but also entertaining to watch for the less adventurous. I believe they call it Jousting.Side note: The bathroom has a sign stating that they have video surveillance. So once my bladder is full, its time to leave.I dont know about you folks, but Im really not into that.

Lots of great classic arcade machines. Would like to see them update and fix some of the older cabinets though. Would not recommend their pizza as it was actually terrible and barely edible. The pizza sauce is really watery.

They have DDR Extreme and Pump It Up NX Absolute among Mortal Kombat 1-4, Time Crisis 2, Michael Jacksons Moonwalker among an absolute smorgasbord of other games. Must go at least once if you love arcades

One of the best arcades to visit in northern Indiana. Lots to do inside and lots of fun for the family.

First time at Mega Play and very thankful we found it. Fun and not overly priced family fun center. Lots to do and many fun things for the kids. The miniature golf course was fun and not to complicated for my 7 year old. They have a jousting arena and TONS of New and OLD arcade games. You can find just about any arcade game you can think of there. My boys (17 & 7) enjoyed themselves without breaking the bank =)
