What would be an amazing place turned into a complete waste of money.The pools including the toddler shallow entry pool was entirely to cold to be remotely usable.

Fun place for the family.

Stayed an extra night at the hotel because the kids had so much fun. Husband took the kids swimming and I got a massage at the mall. Easy to stay, play, shop and eat! Will stay again.

Has gone somewhat downhill over the years. Our last visit, the pool area smelled strongly of chlorine. The baby pool area was cold and murky. The regular pool was much warmer. Kids enjoyed the big slides though.

Meh... No supervision. Some kids were going down the slide 10 at a time some of them standing up! Over chlorinated to the point it stung my eyes to be in there with my kids.

Very dirty. Trash everywhere (we arrived an hour after they opened). Dirt caked on the floor & stairs to the slides. The kiddie pools water was not clear. The hot tub had 2 inches of scum on the walls. Paint was chipped on a lot surfaces. Not impressed & not sure how they are getting away with it. They get 3 stars bc my kids still had fun on the slides.

Id like to state that the rules clearly say “no lifeguard on duty” as a parent its your responsibility to watch your kids. The purple slide is closed during the winter due to cold temps. It is not broken. You will not fall off the orange slide it is designed to be safe. Overall great waterpark 10/10 recommend!

Kids enjoyed the pool area. The paint that was used around the edge of pool and in kids pool is very slippery. One of my kids fell and hurt themselves. We watched several other people slip as well.

CONS:Water slides could use some maintenance, 4 of 5 family members are leaving with scratches/cuts on their backs. Another with a cut on her hand from the hand rail... Towels could be refilled more often.PROS:Water was clean. Bathrooms were decent today. Kids have fun thats all that really matters to us. This place is great in the winter even though its usually very busy. Toddler area is in good shape with the 1 little slide and splash area.Overall We have fun here and will continue to come.

Policies have changed, and quality has dropped. Cost increase to use pool and prohibited during certain times. Better options in town for pool and waterslides.

Fantastic experience. Brought the two kids along and between each different pool they had a blast. One downside was there was no clean towels. Asked the front multiple times and each answer was 2

The kids had a blast. Just shouldnt have to pay for towels if you are a hotel guest in my opinion.

Great service by the young teen Cameron and Nick i believe by reading their name tags. They got towels asap when there were 2 parties friday night! Overall fun experience!

They were doing some pool maintenance so only 1 pool & the water slides were open. I was shocked at how ice cold the pool was for May. For anytime of year really. We got out and left after only 20 minutes when my 2 & 5 year were shivering and had blue lips. They also didnt have any clean towels readily available down there & you have a placard in your hotel room telling you NOT to take towels out of the room. The room itself was great and theres plenty more to do.

The slides were intense but fun! There is a great variety for any age. I loved how big the hot tub is so you can relax without being overcrowded.

Always a great place for the kids to go and have a great deal of fun.

Went here last winter and the kid pool was warm enough for my 6 month old. Just went today and it was far too cold. No warm water coming from the jets either so it wasnt trying to heat. A lot of people only go here for their kids to have fun and it is no fun when your little one cant stand being in cold water.Other than that, its a nice little indoor water park.

Great way to let the kids get some energy out in the North Dakota winters! Im assuming the slide that goes outside gets closed when the temperature is below a certain point as only the other two are open right now. Kids are still having a good time. Definitely recommend it.

Young blonde girl was very rude to me last weekend! Also locker rooms were a mess!

Lets be honest, they are about the only game in town. So they get away with standards that simply would not work if there was competition.My most recent visit was 18 Nov, spent more then an hour, never saw the towel rack get filled, and it was empty when I got there. Their is trash every where in the changing room. One portion of the hot tub is broken, and the over all appearance of the floors is cringe worthy. Again only game in town.I will say I saw nothing floating in the water, 2 of the 3 slides worked, and while the changing rooms did not all have hooks, the doors did lock.Oh, and no toilet paper in the restrooms. But hey, the 3 employees at the counter looked like they were having a great conversation.

Fun for a few hours! The changing rooms leave much to be desired but they do provide towels. The pool area is small enough that I felt comfortable letting my kids play with limited supervision. They have a cute kiddie pool with multiple water features and the hot tub was expansive if too warm for small children.

Great place put the slides need maintenance on the orange slide I almost fell out on one turn and parts of the slide were sticking out and hurt my back a lot! Same on the purple one I got my back slammed into the wall on one turn

The hotel room was nice and clean. The continental breakfast was good. Had good variety. Why this stay was only ok, because of the waterpark. For how busy they were, they needed more than 3 employees working. They were out of towels BIG time and instead of grabbing them off a shelf, you grabbed them from the laundry cart. The games were fun, but some were a rip off. Youd swipe your game card once and the game wouldnt start, but yet it took money off the card. Also, a lot of the games werent working right and not noted out of order and a lot of the games are a $1.00 to play. Although this cant be prevented, there was an accident in the big pool. They had to shut down the slides as well, leaving the kid pool and hot tub. Which is fine, I understand the protocols that they have to follow. They need to have more barriers when an issue like this occurs though. A lot of kids tried going into the pool during the cleaning. Also, dont turn on the slides if they are meant to be inoperable, unless that was needed to help circulate the chemicals, cool, but need to have better barriers to prevent kids from using the area. Word of mouth travels fast, so the communication of the 3 employees to parents to let them know they could use the pool again could have been better too. Im sure the one employee got tired of answering the same questions over and over again, wondering when the pool will be up and running.

Had my sons birthday party here and the pizzas were so small. That I had to order 4 more just to feed 10 kids!! The party area was so hot I had to have some if my guest go outside,because they were getting heat sick.. half of my kids didnt get game cards. I dont think I will ever have another party here again

Listen to the other reviews and DONT COME HERE! There is no lifeguard at this pool even though it has water slides. The water is freezing cold. The entire facility reeks of pee. The slides are extremely dangerous. Im 6ft 280lbs and nearly went over the edge multiple times. Cut my arm open on the one corner as well. The pool deck and slide stairs are filthy dirty. There are no rules posted so the small children are running around everywhere and is an accident waiting to happen.

It is very run down and not taken care of the hot tub had a yucky smell to it and the water in the kids pool and scum around the edges

Used to enjoy this place the last time we were there we had problems in our room to be able to check in they lied and told us guys that we could check in about two it took them until after 4 to let us check in the only thing they were worried about is getting a sports people their spots or a rooms the baby pool did not work the people that spoke to make sure theres enough towels in the pool there was no clean and dry towels how to go hunting for towels was not very impressed to go over there in the month of October

Very nice place for kids birthdays

This place is disgusting, the bathrooms are so dirty, changing areas are gross, I felt gross walking around in the changing rooms & bathroom. It has gotten worse recently. Sadly, it’s the only place in Minot open to the public & my daughter loves playing in the kids area. This facility could be so much nicer if it was maintained better.

They need lifeguards on top of slides..so people with kids.. especially ones under height with there moms dont go down the slides with them

Very fun place to swim with the waterslides and the pools. And the hot tub is perfect to relax in. But I must say, last time me and a friend went, we were going to go down the orange slide and it smelled strongly of pee, as well as the big pool. There were also these girls asking if we would play with them and we didnt so they told their moms we touched them and we sweared at them, when that was not the case. So the mom chased around asking if we did that and telling us off when we didnt, so me and my friend ended up leaving and not caring about the moms who were mad.

It is somewhere you no longer want to go on a Sunday, unless you prefer to watch out for the children of people you dont know (preschool children diving off the side of the hot tub). Rules not followed, but they wont know them anyway as the sign has laid on the floor under a chair since February may be longer. Only one of the two showers have ever worked. With the jump up in price, a person would think they would fix all the issues they have. If you are going to employ a lifeguard, that should be their job, not trading tickets for prizes.

Great place to bring large groups. It has great waterslides, a kiddie pool area, regular pool, and large group hot tub area the size of a small pool. I see some complaining about cleanliness. Its as cleanthly at the end of the day as you can keep a place that draws as many people as it does. Its usually pretty clean.

My kids love it! Depending on how cold it is outside it can be a little chilly when getting out of the water but its a blast! Worth the money for sure.

They have trouble keeping up with towels but if you pay without a stay they do have them.

This water park is absolutely revolting. The floors and pools are extremely dirty. There is no lifeguard on deck even though they have waterslides. I nearly went over the side of the water slide and hit my head extremely hard coming down the slide. The whole facility smells like pee. The chemicals are off in the hottub. Would not recommend anyone to visit this water park.

Super loud inside. Water feels to be room temp. Slides never seem to be working. Severely overpriced if you dont have a room for the night.
