First time going here. It was quite nice. I wont really mention having to stand outside in the cold door locked automatically, but I called and someone came straight away. Had the buffalo fries. They were tasty. Our server was super sweet. Played a little pool. Everyone in the place seemed to be having the best time.

Good place for quick snacks and getting together with friends. We went here for late lunch and had their biscuit and gravy. Their gravy was delicious however the biscuit was as hard as hockey puck. However, their queso was amazing! I would recommend getting it!

Well, this is my new favorite place! The staff are all amazing! They are kind and attentive every time I visit the atmosphere is also warm and inviting while also being lively. It’s a huge space so the vibe kind of changes in each space (which I love). I also appreciate the mixture of music, they literally play a little something for everyone. And then there’s the food...OMG! So good! The chicken and waffles are amazing, the sweet and spicy wings are my new favorite and the drinks are also delicious! I could go on all day about this place! Check it out, you won’t be disappointed! ️

No, not good.The patty was sloppy, buns were not the size of patty and it was hard to even hold the burger properly. I got onion rings on the side, Ive never seen such onion rings before and they were cold. It was a not good food experience.But on a average it was good.

Excellent place to eat food and grab a drink. They have a wide selection of both alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. Bowling alley is in the back and parking is really easy. Hope this helps!

This place is awesome!! From KC visiting for the weekend and someone recommended this place to watch the football game. There is so much to do and the food and staff are amazing! Thank you Logan (server) and Dylan (manager) for making our visit great. They plenty to do for big kids ( adults) and little kids.

Overall, this place is fun, but nothing I would dream about going back to. Their pre-mixed punch drinks are very good and we’re definitely the highlight of the meal for me! I would especially recommend the watermelon based punch - SO yummy! As for the food, it was good, just not great. Bowling was packed on a Wednesday night, so we didn’t end up getting to try it. Overall, unsure if it would be worth giving another try. Solid 3/5 stars.

I seriously love the vibe of this place. Even without tasting anything I was already planning my next trip to Punchbowl because of how cool of a spot it is.I got the Shrimp Burger and a Chefs Cup. I definitely think the drinks here are better than their food. Regardless, I had a great time and will be back to try more of their drink options.

My group of 14 went for a bday dinner and we expected typical bar food and had low expectations but the food was so good and flavorful!! There’s also so many good drinks to pick from both alcoholic and non-alcoholic oh and do yourself a favor and get one of the shakes! I’m gonna go back JUST for the shake. Our waiter Andrew was great and made our experience great. He was attentive, friendly and quick and he was happy to answer my many questions because I was indecisive!

Our first visit to the West End Punch Bowl after hearing good things about it. We had a party of 5 and had dinner & drinks and had a great time. The menu was simple with interesting choices and delicious. Fun vibe and our server Jackie was fun and knowledgeable and made the night a true pleasure. We will be back and pass our experience on to our friends. Of course well ask for Jackie.

Amazingly fun restaurant! The food is quality and the service is excellent, but the best part is the atmosphere of fun and joy. With board games, bocce ball, bowling, darts, cornhole, and more, Punch Bowl Social is great for family, friends, and dates. Some games are free and some have a cost like bowling and billiards. The dining space and bars are expansive.

This place freaking huge! First time and I had no idea. I think I counted 3 different bars? Food was very good. I had shrimp tacos. They have a 2 lane private party bowling lane area that is very cool. Great spot for big groups

Similar experience as the others...food was good, but the service was terrible. There were either not enough staff, or our server was just slow. The host was rude when we had asked about our reservation, telling us well get sat whenever its ready. We were sat at our table 35 min later. (Not sure what the purpose of the reservation was.) The games were fun, but the lines to play were really long.

The place is HUGE. I am a but concerned on the size to keep it going for a long time. Having sid that, the place has something for every taste. The list of beer wine and spirits is perfect. Not eternal but they have plenty one would like. The menu is not too sophisticated, but again your pub fare with enough of a twist.Seating has plenty options, high chairs, regular chairs and tables. Long tables with benches. Nice booths. 2 or 3 bars with seating and TVs. Many many many different seating areas and choices. Plenty TVs throughout.Clean place quick friendly professional service.It has arcade games, corn hole, few bowling lanes. Tons of things for fun.The happy hour is a good 20 to 30% off regular pricing. I didnt see anything major as 2x1 things. Maybe even better happy hours take place at doable hours and days in the week. Example a Friday 3-6pm is happy hour.Pricing is not bad value at all. Especially on food since they have really good portions more on the shareable stuff.Ambiance is fresh and nice. Patrons are cordial and friendly.I will be back many times as I really liked everything I saw, tasted and experienced.

Great space for large groups or gatherings. The Green Chorizo Fries are a must order along with some very interesting cocktails. Between boozy milk shakes & indoor games, how could you go wrong?

The rosemary fries were actually good. I was nervous to try them but it ended up being good. The wings were also good. I think it would be better to have more wings (since its $10 for 5-6 wings). I also ordered a banana shake with banana infused brandy and it was really good. The place is more pricey than the average.I hope in the future there are more food options during lunch and dinner.There is also bowling in the building. I did not get to partake in bowling though.

Have been here several times for networking events. This place is massive and I bet it could host almost any size of group. Our service has always been timely and kind.The food has been fantastic as well, the tacos and nachos were definitely a stand out. Drink prices are pretty good too. Would definitely come in again. Fun place with all kinds of games and activities - bowling, darts, skeet ball, table tennis, etc. Good beer selection but seemed pricey - it is the West End after all, so I guess...Food was good - the Knockoff Burger and fries were very good and everyone at my table of 12 seemed to enjoy their food. However, dont expect to get full on an order of wings. Apparently you do not come close to getting your moneys worth.Neat place if youre looking for a different kind of date or night out, just expect to get on a possibly lengthy wait list for some of the activities.Lastly, service was top notch. Everyone I came in contact with was attentive and friendly.

I dont understand why I always have a bad experience at this restaurant. The atmosphere is very nice and the aesthetics of the bar are beautiful. However (in my experience) employees are not aware theyre in the service industry. The feel of the communication and attitude is more similar to the DMV vs a bar or restaurant.Im giving 2 stars because the manger I spoke to was the exact opposite. He was very helpful and clearly a cut above the hiring selection. Im leaving this review after visiting a second time and having the same experience as the first.

If you’re looking for a place to eat AND play, you’ve found a good spot. You can get served wherever you’d like, whether bowling or playing bocce ball. Staff during our visit were friendly and even let us play corn hole and bocce before the reserving party arrived.Food is a bit pricey given the serving size, but the kids menu ironically offers generous portions. You’ll pay a bit more than a generic pub for the ability to play a multitude of games.

So much fun! Energizing atmosphere, and the food is unreal! We had a group of 10 and shared a bunch of apps, had meals, and finished with desserts. It was all so good. My fave was the fries that had the peanut/sriracha sauce on them - YUM.

Our bartender was great, but other than that, no thanks. We arrived around 4, a couple hours before our reservation and every thing was reserved except the board games and arcade (which is small) I mean everything reserved. They really need to post this on their website so we dont drive an hour out of our way to play a few games of expensive skee ball.

Went here to celebrate my wifes birthday, just with my family. Chose it because we thought it would be fun to play some of the games with the family. As it turns out, they allowed a party to reserve the vast majority of the games and they wouldnt allow other people to play them even before the party showed up and even when the party wasnt using them. The food selection here isnt great and the waiter service was really poor, so the one thing we were hoping for was some family fun. Apparently you cannot count on family fun if someone else has the fun reserved.

This is a super fun place to go with a group. I was part of the planning committee for a company party for 120. The catering people were very easy to work with. The games are terrific. My favorite was the 8-man fooseball. The arcade was fun but a little small (only one pinball). Bowling was fun socially but the scoring wasnt very accurate (pins on wires). The tap beer selections were excellent. Nice local mix. They lose a star though for dropping the ball on the food. Food was served at 11:30am. The line didnt really get going until 11:40. By 11:55 the beef and potatoes were gone. They made more but it didnt come out until 12:20 - a long wait. But the food was top-notch. Really really good chicken and beef. The whole setup was very tasty.

Great place to get together with family and friends

I can’t believe how horrible the service we received last Saturday night was. We were a group of 7, with a pre-made reservation and it took us over an hour to get our first round of drinks. We mentioned to the server a couple of times about how long it was taking and she didn’t seem to care. Our food came out before our drinks! It was absurd.Then, they made my burger wrong - another 45 minutes to come out and they charged me for two burgers in the end.The food was good, fun atmosphere, but TERRIBLE service. We won’t be back. Go elsewhere!

We had a gathering here with about 40 friends and family. It was a great place for us to bring our kids and still be able to enjoy everyone. The food that we had was amazing. There were lots of things to do like foosball, bowling, board games or just enjoying everyone. The noise was not too loud where we couldnt hear each other speak. I recommend trying this out.

By far the most exceptional service I could dream of. Jackie was our waitress and knew how to top my dad’s “dad jokes.” It was like Comedy Central at our table. It was a busy night, but she knew how to keep us happy. I will be back for sure, this time with a group of friends. Your establishment deserves more stars! Five is not enough. This was our second time here, the first w time we werent impressed but this time was awesome! I had the lobster roll, which was seasoned to perfection. My husband had the Knockoff burger which he really enjoyed as well. Fun atmosphere and lots to do for a date night or out with friends and family.

This place has it all - great food, fun atmosphere and games for grown ups! Love the private karaoke rooms and the tacos are some of the best weve had. Great for happy hour. Definitely come with a group of friends to maximize the fun. Love that West End still offers free parking.

What a fun place! There are so many things to do, including karaoke, arcade games, bowling, and board games. The atmosphere is light and fun and the food was so much better than I could have imagined! Get the super food grain bowl. I know it sounds boring and bland but far from it! They toss it in this Miso Ginger Vinaigrette that is so delicious. Our reservation was for 7:30 but the friendly staff was able to seat us a little early and our server was personable and knowledgeable. I will definitely be back!

Since I turned 21 I was looking for places to hang for drinks and games and punch bowl won the pick. Came in with a group of friends and immediately got drinks for me and everyone else. We hit the same circular bar in the middle 3 times with no ID check. The 4th drink was at the side bar next to the darts and pool table where we finally got our IDs checked. My ID expired today and so was my friends on the same day. She was super cool with it and we got our drinks. When it came to late night around 2200 we went to the bar and food place and I wanted tacos and whiskey where the lady said no to my ID and even said I wasnt allowed in the building. Very disappointed in this place after and dont get why we were served alcohol 4 other times with no issues but then it is. Wont be coming back and neither will the friends. Had potential.

Just had a very awkward experience.Sat down at the bar. The bartender was looking at the liquor bottles. Came over about 2 minutes later and asked for our drink orders. She then disappeared in back for another period of time, I assumed she needed a bottle for the drink I requested. She comes back (not with something used to make requested beverages). At the point I realize she is still making drinks for a table. All the while, 3 employees are just standing at the host stand. Clearly this bartender could use some help.I mentioned this to the ladies at the front who just gave me a deer in the headlights look and did not even respond.I am new to the area as we just moved into one of the new apartment complexes in the West End. It has been fun trying all the great places over here but Punch Bowl Social will not be one of them.Best of luck!
