Large park with updated playground equipment. The basketball court looks brand new.

Nice park. Has 2 playgrounds, a kiddie pool, basketball hoop, volley ball nets and a soccer field. Only downside is its usually packed.

I love playing pétanque at the bocce courts in this park. Its one of few places in the city with a good sand surface for the game.Ive been playing a couple times each year for more than a decade, and every time its been a great experience. The courts are always well-kept and most of the time there are one or more courts free.The park also has a kids pool, basketball court, playground, and a wide field for pickup soccer or baseball. Check it out.

Great park. Clean, plenty to do, and has a wading pool. I love that theres a little kid park and a big kid park. I gave four out of five stars because some of the wood in the little kid park is starting to deteriorate. Minneapolis parks seem to have some amazing unique wood playground equipment but it just isnt holding up. Hopefully it can be restored.

Great park with lots of shade from oak trees. A basketball court, volleyball court, baseball diamond, bocce ball courts, wading pool and a pavilion. Plenty of space to just lay down a blanket or put up a hammock and relax.

Did you know this used to be a cemetery? This park has a lot to offer.. wading pool, basketball court, bocce courts, baseball... One of the best spots in NE!!

I only went the one time to see her. A love i cant ever be with. Whether it becomes a pleasant memory or something else. I will cherish the trip i made to this park and the time i soend with her.. Even if for only a short time. The memory will last forever.

A staffed building with public restrooms, two playgrounds, well kept basketball court, picnic tables, grills, small kiddy pool, baseball fields, and lots of open space for games etc as well as plenty of trees for shade. This park is set up for everyone!!! I grew up here and still love this park.Only negative thing that I can say is lots of acorns!!!

This park has several nice amenities such as a ball field, pavilion and grill, wading pool, bocce field, basketball court, as well as plenty of open space and trees. Ive really enjoyed walking around and spending time here during my visit.

Lots of space for kiddos to run around, and plenty of equipment to keep them busy. Kiddos and guardians coming and going throughout the day.And yesterday was Mothers Day, and the park was a mess from people rudely leaving garbage, half drunk beverage cans, even grilled chicken still on the grill ... It was disgusting, but just before 11AM, right after we arrived the clean up crew came through and cleaned every little last bit up. Nice crew, too! Kevin was very thorough to make sure the kiddos would be safe.Love that it has a free pool, too.

It was an old cemetary for 46 soldiers of the civil war before it became a parkI came across one marker randomly which was cool.

Ill makes a new and old playground equipment but the old equipment is still in pretty darn good shape. Great for toddlers that are sure footed to about 10 years. They have a brand new bball court alongside a gorgeous wooden pavilion. Also has a wading pool, soccer field, a few bbq grills, a baseball field and a sad looking sand volleyball court. Plenty of space to walk your dog

This is a very nice Location! However, its May and the restrooms arent open! Hello! Where else does a guy go! On the tree and catch a ticket!? Luckly there was a portable at the Johnson Park further north! Install a portable if you cant find the key to the restrooms please!! :P
