It is a wonderful use of an old historic building and bring together a unique collection of artists and businesses. I love the fact there is a ramp on the back side of the building and inside there is an elevator. The basement level will remind everyone of their grandparents basement (earthy), not a bad or dirty smell, just... Old. The other floors were filled with a multitude of shops that regrettably were closed, it was Dec 24 after all. But it was interesting to just see how many, and then wonder about the businesses based on the names. We were greeted and helped by multiple people who were doing last minute photo shoots of family members and such to find the shop we were looking for. The Shop was not open that day, so we will return and perhaps get a chance to explore the other shops as well.

This was a fun place to visit. We were there night BKGP performed just before they moved to nm. Awesome people all around.Small .

Old rustic come alive building

Went for a casting call recently (I got the booking!), been for photoshoots in the past. Love the charm of this building! Give me old windows, natural lighting and lots of brick any day!

Lovely building and great artists. Often take the dog for a walk through the Franconia offshoot sculpture park in the back. An elevator would be great, but I understand the difficulty in adding a useable one to a historic building.

Pick your visit wisely. There is no air movement in the building, hot days can be rough.
