Beautiful open park. The skyline is amazing. I like taking pictures so having such an open space to take pics of the skyline was nice. nice place to go for a run, have a picnic or watch the daily boats on the water. Walking distance from downtown, the discovery center and the art museum.

Beautiful park with a fabulous view of the city skyline and the lake. Wonderful walking paths and open grass areas. Took a long stroll and flew a kite in the field of grass. The kite store had cold drinks and snacks along with kites and other items for sale.

Went for a walk on a beautiful fall day. There were a LOT of geese, both on the grass and the water. A little chilly and beyond tourist season, so no crowds to deal with. Gorgeous views out over the lake.

One experience is different from the other. There are horse flies that bite so get spray and the water can be so clear and other days it could be dirty as well as porta potties that need to be maintained or there just isnt enough. The good thing is it is peaceful and isnt that loud so u can relax with a book or just chill and listen to the waves. I take my family down here and its safe enough to let them play at a safe distance. Other people that I notice do the same. Again i do stress again, BRING FLY SWATTERS OR BUG REPELLANT. enjoy

My favorite place on the city! I come here to walk everyday Summer, winter, spring, or fall! Beautiful and peaceful views. Plenty of free parking. Ample space to walk, run, ride, or sit. They have benches along the trail to sit and look at the water. Plenty of grass if you want to layout or picnic. Check out the museums when theyre open!! Rent a bike,, sailboat, or paddleboat. So many things to do! One of the best landscaped waterfronts in the country!

Excellent place for a long walk or run

Absolutely nice place to go during a sunset in Milwaukee. Take some relaxing moments walking around and enjoying the lake and the Milwaukee skyline. Good parking lots, it has restrooms and a convenient store as well. Some people like to prepare barbecues during weekends.

Beautiful beach against the backdrop of downtown Milwaukee. It was not crowded when we visited. Parking was very easy to find and we found a great spot to relax and enjoy the breeze and views.

Really appreciate the sunshine and the lakeside. Sitting on the grass or the bench enjoy the blue sky. Lot of boats sailing there. A nice place to relax the mind and walk along the park is a good thing in weekends!

Nice park by Lake Michigan. Lots of trails, a few picnic tables scattered around. If you keep driving in, you come to free parking. We went on a weekday, so parking was plentiful.

Relaxing. There was only 2 more people at that time. Felt good, I enjoyed the walk, although I couldnt enjoy the fresh air(afraid to take my mask off). Then it started raining and just when back home.

Gorgeous views and a ton of fun things to do. Or you can just walk and enjoy the scenery for free.

Its the best place for recreational activities. Anyone can pass the lazy moment over there and kids love will love the spot. Some special activities happen on some occasions. So the best place to find inner peace in such a nice city.

Nice lakefront park with walking/biking path, picnic tables, restrooms, free parking. No beach, but good views of boating traffic and the downtown.

Its a beautiful park near the lakefront and downtown Milwaukee. We were here for the water lantern festival and had a great time. The park was clean and had great paths surrounding the lagoon. Its a great place to walk a dog or take a jog.

Always a great place to walk for exercise or for premier kite flying fun. With the myriad of crossing pathways you can adjust the length of your walk to fit your distance goals while enjoying the views and breezes. You may even catch conversations in foreign languages; this incredible Park is popular with the Citys tourists.

Great place to spend some time with friends and family. Good for walk around or for a quick jog. Got plenty parking space too.

Excellent park to take a stroll, play guerilla hopscotch or shoot bottle rockets at small children. 10/10 would scotch again.

Came here for a bike ride and was very relaxing! Stopped at Gift of Wings for ice cream and enjoyed the kind and helpful staff. Will definitely visit again!

Pretty park with a great view of the Milwaukee skyline and a great walking path that follows the shore of Lake Michigan. Went during a kite festival and it was a sight to see all the kites dancing against a skyscraper backdrop. There were swan boats on the pond and it looked like a lot of fun!

This is our park for relaxing our minds and taking in the people and the views of our beautiful lakefront and the War Memorial. The high rises on the western hills make you feel like youre somewhere else; and yet it is Milwaukee. Love it; plus I am a veteran.

Bigger than I thought. Loved walking all over the park and down by the marina.

Beautiful day for a surrey ride at the lakefront. Free rides for first responders at Wheel Fun Rentals! We had a great time!

Expansive park on the lakefront with great views of downtown and Lake Michigan. Miles of walking trails, or you can rent a bike, surrey or another of the contraptions they have on offer. I believe you can even rent kites. Great place to enjoy the views or have a picnic. Free parking as well.

Awesome views of Milwaukee. Plenty to do while youre on the lake down there. Especially in the summer time. You can always find something fun. You can always find something good to eat in the summer down here when the festivals are going on. Rent a bike,boat,jet ski. Fly kites or just people watch. Nothing beats lake drive in the summer in Milwaukee

Always an awesome place to spend the day for the 3rd. Fireworks were excellent (Thanks Yelich, Brewer, American Family Insurance!! 2019) Dont really head down there for anything else but I can tell its a great park year round!

This is one of the best places to enjoy the lake, this park has some of the best views of the downtown skyline.

Even on a cloudy, windy day this is a great spot. Lake Michigan is beautiful even when churned up in whitecaps.

A lovely memorial that is somewhat tucked away while still being visible. There is a lack of seating and shade if you want to stay to reflect or remember though.

The Milwaukee Lakeshore Park is a very beautiful place. You have the attraction of the lake itself on one side, with sculptures and landscaped park grounds. You have unique architecture and the cityscape on the other. You have perfect paved bike trails throughout.

Beautiful place to visit in Milwaukees heart.

Had a lot of fun. Daughters wanted to go on the water so we rented a paddle boat. Inexpensive and worth it.

Its gone downhill over the years, but still a nice place to go with family if its not too busy.

Wow, wow, wow. I really enjoyed Veterans Park. It reminds me of a smaller, far more intimate version of Chicagos lakefront. People biking, bbq-ing, just having a good time by the water. Paddleboats were amazingly relaxing.

It was fun my wife made it interesting making jokes of me while we were riding the swans.

This whole section of MKE is beautiful and very well kept. Hats off to the city for keeping at least this area clean. We got our awesome views from the Northwestern Mutual building during doors open Milwaukee!

One of the venue for HD 115th Anniversary event. Large and accommodating with great view of Lake Michigan and the skyline of downtown Milwaukee. It’s too bad that ground is muddy and grass not well maintained.

Great king salmon fishing. the locals really like the crowd up close to you though. Brought our own boat so we just moved to another spot. Awesome scenery with trophy fish everywhere.

If you can have a good time in a public place with wind blowing and the temperature at 30°F then that place has to have something special about it. Ample amount of parking. Loved it.

Not really much to say. Good place to bike, run, walk, eat, and all around be. Would recommend to anyone in Milwaukee!

Beautiful park along Lake Michigan. Wonderful walking trails where you can enjoy the Veteran monuments, walking, running, biking or skating. A lot to entertain you besides the scenery like kite flying, fishing and places to get something to eat or drink.

Great place to just go and chill. Kite shop was not open at the north end which is actually a different park. The entire space is easy in easy out. 8$+ to park is a tough sell when you can go another 1/4 mile and park for free.

Perfectly splendid in any weather.
