Dont go here. Ive been eating lunch here for 35 years in solitude, and I want you to do your part to keep it clean and quiet.

First time on the West side of the Golden Gate Bridge. It was remarkable. The clearest crisp weather, beautiful views in all directions. The History behind the Battery Rathbone McIndoe is history I didnt know about.I love all historical spots for the history if the people who stood guard to defend our beautiful bay!

Amazing place. Assuming you can find the start of the road, and they havent closed it off, this is a wonderful stop on the drive down to where the lighthouse and everything else are located. There is just enough parking for a few vehicles. And there isnt too much to see, so you wont stay long. But fine views and some interesting exploring on the gun emplacements.

Great place for slightly different photo ops, not too crowded and you get to climb on things. No guns left though, its just a concrete bunker.
